Has anyone else had a problem with the Artist search buttons search peramiters changing after Apples latest ipod update ? I synced my ipod touch recently and it came up with a message saying a new update was available for the ipod but might take an hour .
Last time I synced my ipod touch it ofered me an update for the pod that could take about an hour , I did it and now it doesnt search properly . When I used the Artist tab at the bottom of my ipod before it would find every single song on the ipod by that artist (ie it searched by TRACK Artist) . Now it only find the songs by any given artist that are on Albums by that Artist (ie it searches by ALBUM Artist) What that means is it wont find any song by any Artist on a Various Artist CD . HAS ANYNOE ELSE GOT THIS PROBLEM OR A SOLUTION?

Standard troubleshooting...
Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Remove the Camera app from Recently Used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Tap and hold any icon in this list until they wiggle
- Press the red to delete the Camera app from this list.
- Press the home button twice when done.
- Restart the Camera app
If still a problem restore with your backup.
If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue. -
Hi. I have a OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.1 Mac Book Air, Processor 1.86 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.
Has anyone else had a problem with the audio not keeping up with the video when switching to full screen on YouTube?
The video starts out fine, but if I click on the expand icon in the lower right corner of the screen the audio won't keep up.
Refreshing the page don't help at all. In fact, nothing seems to help once it starts.
I did not have this problem at all using Mavericks. The problem started after installing Yosemite.
Any way to fix it?only $99, i thought it was closer to $175.

Has anyone else had a problem with their nano sim slot bending snapping or breaking when they put their sim in!? I have had to order a replacement and only had the phone 5hours!

That makes less sense as the sim tray a fairly stiff metal and should be pulled straight out once released. You didn't answer the question about where is was bought. Is is a real iPhone? -

Has anyone else had this problem with the iphone 4 dock and bumper?
I purchased an iphone 4 dock and bumper but when ever I sit the iphone in the dock with the bumper on it won't get a sufficient enough connection to charge so I have to take the bumper off in order for it to charge.
Has anyone else had this problem?Yes I am not impressed with that either. How can apple design such an accessory and then not have it compatable with another accessory of theirs!?
The same goes for the in-car charger also. It's a good job the iphone 4 is so good, otherwise it would have been a return to Blackberry for me! -
I only have my IPhone5 for two months and am very upset that now they may need to give me a new phone and lose anything that may not have been recently backed up by the phone. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you reseolve it? Hard reboots did not help.

Has anyone else had this problem with their screen?
This has happened to me twice, at random....................The background of the phone would go dark, and three bars approx 7 or 8 cm in width would appear running down the length of the phone.
Background was a dark gray, the three bars were a darker gray almost black.
I called into Verizon just now and spoke to a CS rep and they transferred me to technical support. They logged the problem, but I told them I didn't want to send my phone back, as they are on backorder already.
Please let me know if you have had ANY problems or issues with your screen. The lady in tech support said once Verizon has taken reports on any problem with -3- people, they send it onto Motorola for resolution.

The only problem I'm having now is the battery, I knew the life would be short, but give me a break......I started using my Droid X at around noon off and on and it is 2:25 here est and the battery indicator is on yellow already !!

So on the order, it clearly states that I would receive an extra 1 GB of data for two years when I bought the new iPhone. I actually added two iPhone 6's to my account. And each order stated the promotional data. It did not automatically add when I activated the two new phones. I have made 4-5 phone calls to customer service and I now have .488 GB of promotional data on my account. I should have 2 GB...
Anyone else have this issue and how did you get it resolved?I was running into the same problem with my Mac. I could not open nor find an application that would open a .spdoc file extension. However, I went to my iPad and was able to open the file using the Scanner Pro app. I hope this helps.

Has anyone else had a problem with the screen cracking on the S5?
I have NOT dropped my phone, yet the screen cracked in two places. The LCD is fine. I called Verizon, who told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung, on Verizon's advice, and was told they are aware of the problem. I can send it back to Samsung and they will repair/replace the phone, but I will be without a phone for a minimum of 7-10 days after they receive it. This, to me is unacceptable. Anyone else face the same problem? I can go through insurance and pay 99.00 for something I did not do to replace the phone! If Verizon and Samsung are aware of this problem, I strongly feel that Verizon should replace my phone(not through insurance) and send it back to Samsung!

Occasionally, I will close my Macbook Pro when I'm not using it, and when I reopen it my wireless network shows as being connected, but the internet will not function whatsoever. I tried disabling the WIFI and re-enabling it but the problem persisted. Ultimately I have to just restart then everything works fine. I even tested my cell phone (which uses my home WIFI also) and was able to pull up websites, which isolates the problem to the computer.
Seems like after the computer goes on Standby or Sleep, it only has the trouble immediately after. Any help will be greatly appreciated!Thanks so much but none of that helped. It was driving me crazy because it would back up another external drive. I just changed the name of the drive from iPhoto/iTunes Library to Media Libraries and IT WORKED!! I guess for some reason it didn't like the drive being called iPhoto or iTunes ???? I don't understand but I have tried so many solutions and exchanging things out but the name change did it????!!!

This was a waste of time and I am outraged that Apple have not checked the game after it's reviews. However I want to get my money back as I could buy a different app with the small sum of money. This app did not clearly state that it wasn't a game to play just to watch. A review quote " I want my money back worst app ever! Every button does the same thing home, shop, my items and the actions all take you to the auction. I use Scanner Pro, which is a document scanning app. It scans (takes a picture of) the documents then saves as a "spdoc" and uploads to iCloud, then retrieves the file when you need to view or send. I had some important tax docs saved and when I went to open them today they can't be retrieved. The folder containing the files shows the the space is allocated for the files (says folder is 8 mb and the files I can see in the folder are only taking up 6.2 mbs).
Is there anything I can do to retrieve these files. They are super important!
