Have 8 devices I need to add to itunes account

We have 3 iphones, 2 ipod touch, 2 computers and 1 iPad that we need on our itunes account.  With the default of 5, do we need to set up another account with the same billing info to accommodate these devices?  ALSO, if I set up a new account on a computer that has itunes on it, will I be able to access the music currently in the itunes library?  In other words, share the library from the old account with the possible new account?

There is no default of 5 devices.
Why do you think this?
There is a limit of COMPUTERS that you can authorize for one itunes account.  This has nothing to do with ipod/iphone/ipad or Apple TV
