Haven't received a conformation e-mail giving me tracking info

Hi Everyone,
I ordered my upgraded phone on 2/7, however they called me this morning and said that I didn't select a new plan b/c my old plan is no longer available. So I told them which plan I had selected and then called back to accept the Terms and Agreements. Since then, I called back to see when my phone would now be shipped out and the CS rep, who was very helpful and pleasant, said everything they needed was there and my phone should go out today and I will receive it tomorrow; I just hadn't received an email yet because they usually aren't sent out until around 5 pm (guess EST). When 5 o'clock came and past, I called back to see if my phone would still go out today and I was told yes again by CSR but that email with tracking information wouldn't be sent until the phone is actually scanned onto the truck and Verizon receives that info at the time as well. I have NEVER experienced anything like this from Verizon before. I was just wondering if anybody has every had a similar situation and if so, how long did it take to receive any tracking info and ordered phone? I can view my receipts for my order (with todays date: 2/10/14) along with receipt showing acceptance of Terms and Agreements.so I know Verizon has received my order and payment so there should be nothing holding this up. If anyone has any insight or helpful information, I would love to hear from you. Thanks!! Brianna

    Brianna, sounds like you are eager to get into that phone. We are also eager to get that to you. Based on the information you have provided there should be no delay in shipment. The tracking information is generated by the shipper when they first scan the package. I apologize on behalf of Verizon Wireless for any delay in providing the tracking information.

    That's a strange status for your shipping progress. I apologize for the delay and I appreciate your patience while we get this figured out. 
    Have you reached out to shipping provider?  If so, did they file a tracer on the item?  
    If you haven't, then I'll have to reach out to our Research department to get a tracer on the item.  The tracer can usually take a few days to process the location of the item.  
    Please keep me updated on anything you hear from the shipping company.

    The iPad will support multiple Gmail accounts, but of course you have to set each one up individually.  Did you set up both accounts?  Go into Settings/ Mail, Contacts, Calendars to confirm both accounts exist.  If they do, also familiarize yourself on how to navigate between accounts to make sure you can view your Inbox.  You may also want to check your settings to make sure that you have the default account set up as you expect for Mail, Contacts, Calendar, and Notes (if you're using all those features).  That is important only when initiating something new, you have to have a default account to do such a thing so make sure the default is your account since it is your iPad (assuming that's what you want).
    Alternatively, install the free Gmail app and then use only his (or your) account with that app and use the standard iOS Mail app for the other account.

    If your computer is running a 32 bit operating system (e.g. Win 7 32 bit) then you will not able to download those apps since they will not run on your computer.

    I had the same thing happen to me. I called verizon and they said that it is most likely due to the fact that there were so many pre-orders coming in that the system was just taking longer to process. My account wasn't charged until 9/13

    Thank you for your inquiry. Adding to what was stated, it does sound like you selected the paperless billing option on My Verizon. Please log back in and change your preference to start receiving your bill. Please note it can take a bill cycle before you start receiving a paper bill depending on when you process the request. When a bill cycle closes, it takes about 12 days for the billing statement is received via US Mail.          I am having the same problem. I have created an e-mail accont with Ovi.com and have also signed up for Windows Live. I am not recieving the e-mail to verify my Ovi account with Windows Live. I have turned off the spam filter on Ovi yet, I have had no progress.  Does anyone have an idea to why this is occuring and have a solution to the problem?

    delete your mail account and add again your own then try. if it doesnt work reset the phone and start as an new phone

  • Mac Mail not receiving all of my mail -- any ideas why not or how to fix?

    My Mac Mail is my main work account -- I'm a freelancer & work from home. In the past month or so, about 4 work contacts have asked me why I haven't responded to emails I never received, which leads me to wonder how many other emails I haven't received. I don't care as much about dropped personal ones, but dropped work emails are a serious bummer.
    Any idea how I can check what's going on or fix somehow? Not sure whether this is a Mac Mail issue or something else.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Just installed Lion haven't received an external email for over 2 hours, anyone got any ideas

    Anybody having email issues after upgrading to Lion.  Haven't received an external email for over 2 hours which is really unusual.

    Go to >system prefs>mail calander & contacts then just click accept on use the inbox.
