Having problems running 3.7 RCP app in e4
I'm trying to get my 3.7 RCP app (https://github.com/Phillipus/archi) to run in e4. I'm absolutely failing here.
I'm using eclipse-SDK-I20120216-2200-win32, I added the EMF and GEF from software update, I imported my code, it compiles. I created a Launch configuration based on the app's product, added only the required selected plug-ins, added "equinox.ds" and hit "Add Required Plug-ins". I hit Run and get:

Having problem running an application
I have recently installed jdk 1.2.2 and i have no problem running applet but when i try to run an application i get the message 1 error can't find<filename> . java.
The path in autoexec.bat is fine. JRE File is include in my file jdk1.2.2.
I have installed and deinstalled it a couple of time and can't make it work.
Could someone help me please!!
Thanking you in advance!doesn't sound like a path problem at all. you say when you try to RUN the app you get a message can't find filename.java. When you're running the app you run the binary class file i.e. java MainClass.class. If you're compiling the app you would do javac MainClass.java. Clarify your situation further if this does not help you out.

Is anyone else having problems running Flash Player on Mountain Lion?
After installing Flash Player on my MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion, my computer started crashing when I put it to sleep. When I uninstalled Flash, I no longer had the problem. Is anyone else having problems like this with Flash Player? Is this an issue with Mountain Lion or Adobe? Is there a fix for it, or am I just out of luck with the prospect of running Flash Player on my new Mac?

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this exercise is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login. Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Be sure your Mac is shut down.
Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
*Note: If FileVault is enabled under OS X 10.7 or later, or if a firmware password is set, you can’t boot in safe mode.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem(s)?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test. -

Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with that application. Did something happen prior to that? Did you delete something on the phone or have you performed a reset? Since you were unable to delete or reinstall the application, try to do a reboot. If this didn't work, you may perform a soft reset or checked if there is an available update for the software on your phone.
Let us know what will happen after you perform those troubleshooting. -
Having Problems Running my Java Progs

I keep getting the following error message when I try to run any of my java programs.

this is the app that im trying to run;

}I cant see anything wrong with this piece of code. Ive definately saved the code as HelloApp.java. I've tried several different programs all with the same result. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

JazOK, classpath is different from path, it's specifically used by java to locate .class files.
Apparently some Windoze versions do not automatically include the local directory in the classpath - or may not have a classpath variable set until you do it manually.
So, the easiest way to see if this is your problem is to set the classpath in the command line like so:
java -cp C:\WhereIHidMyFiles HelloApp
(obviously, substitute the correct directory name above) -
I am having problems downloading updates to my apps.
Some apps are updating without any problems but apps like fifa12 have refused to update for as long as I can remember. I have repeatedly tried to update the apps but I get a waiting status on the app, is there something I am doing wrong help somebody.
If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

Is any one else having problems with the Faebook Messenger app on their iPad 2?
The main issue with the Facebook Messenger app on my iPad 2 is the keyboard. Tends to malfunction unless I reboot the system. For example, the ONLY two keys that work are the "space bar and i/I." Hitting the "backspace" key closes the keyboard. Doesn't happen all the time but most of the time. It's a pain in the *** having to reboot my iPad everytime this crap happens. Any one else have any suggestions? I appreciate any comments, suggestions, feedback, etc.

My phone won't update the apps or let me download any new ones. Been going on for few days now.
Many developers are releasing updates today because tomorrow Apple is shutting down iTunes Connect (the developer backend to iTunes) for the holidays. This could be affecting things, but I doubt it.
You can try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears. Try again to see if the problem persists. -

Hallo. If all of your apps purchases from the same Apple ID, you can try to update them on iTunes, ways as below:
iTunes 12 for Windows: Download previous purchases from the iTunes Store
iTunes 12 for Mac: Download previous purchases from the iTunes Store

T400: Having problems running Wonderland Online
thats what i face once i bought this worthless laptop from lenovo.for one thing i dont need any user account plug in.this com keeps going to that screen after some time,and it screws the programme im running currently.i try to find the place to remove it but it isnt anywhere obvious.after turning off all the screensaver it still happens.i finally got a service guy to remove it.but now it stills hangs my game every half hour!wtf...this didnt happen when i was using my former laptop and desktop.its absurd.
worse is,i find it exceedingly hard to find lenovo when i need it.their phone service is always off duty when i call,worse there isnt an email service for me to mail my issues.thats why im even here.once when i got their support staff,she couldnt diagnose the problem,and was even unsure what the user account login screen is!then she tells me shes going to check,but the phone went dead.next thing i know when i call back,they are off duty.wtfh??!if shes knocking off,at least have the courtesy to say so,rather than putting me on hold!its ridiculous,selling a defective product and giving **bleep** serviceMy best guess based on the limited information you provided is that the computer is going to sleep after some inactivity.
By default, I think it set to sleep after a certain amount of time of inactivity.
Go to Power Options in Control Panel and change the Sleep time, or you can disable it.
Also, while there, you can disable "Require password on wake up". That is probably what is giving you the user login screen.
