Having Trouble Linking mySQL Database to Website

I am considering a move of all my websites into Azure and setup a test account this afternoon with the free trial. I've been able to setup the website; however, I'm having issues with the creation - more specifically the linkage - of a MySQL database
to the site. I've tried to link the database in a number of ways including both the existing and preview portals in addition to trying to create the new resource instead of linking. In each scenario the database is created but the linkage fails.
The message I keep getting is:
Could not link resource '>DB Name>' to web site '<Site Name>'.
Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for you posting!
Firstly, please make sure your MySQL database in host on Azure, not in your project.
Secondly, if your database is create on Azure, I suggest you could try those step:
1.delete the entire website
2.create a new website and select add the existing MySQL database as a Linked Resource .

Having trouble linking dll file

Hey guys,
I'm having trouble linking a third part dll file in visual studio 2013.
I'm using a third part library called "tinyXml2" to parse xml file in my plugin. Here's my folder structure"Adobe After Effects CS6 Win SDK\Examples\AEGP\ServerRender\Win\tinyXml",
my project file is in the "Win" folder.
In my "tinyXml" folder I have 3 files "tinyxml2.dll", "tinyxml2.h" and "tinyxml2.lib".
I use "#pragma comment(lib，"tinyXml\tinyxml2.lib")" to link the lib file
but it doesn't work, I still get "error LNK2019" and "error LNK2001" errors says the compiler can't find the methods I'm using.
I have set the "Project Properties --> C/C++ --> Code Generation-->Runtime Library" to "/MT" too
Do you ever running into such problem before? Please help me !!!

Never mind, newbie mistake. If I want to link a dll to my project, I need to make sure that my dll and lib file are compiled with the same settings as my plugin. Current my plugin is compiled in debug mode targeting x64, so I need to make sure my dll and lib are compiled with such settings too!

XP SP3 with Dreamweaver can't link mySQL database

My OS is XP SP3
When it sets linking to database would show the error message
" HTTP ERROR! 403 STOP"
I have tried these two solution method
install this : Dreamweaver Extention Fix and "Resolved issues with Dreamweaver MX 2004 update (7.0.1)"
but the situation is the same!!
how can i do ?

Because of XP SP2 preventing access between Dreamweaver and MySQL,
DW have provided two kinds of method to solute these problem.
But it doesn't work in XP SP3.
Who can help me?? SOS!

Trouble connect MySql database on cluster

Dear Friends
I am trying to connect the MySql database on our cluster which have ROCKS cluster ebvironment on it. My code is just a test code to connect to the "test" database and i got fallowing exception
Exception: Data source rejected establishment of connection, message from server: "Host 'chemdynm.chem.ttu.edu' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server"

Read the MySQL documentation about how to set up permissions. Not only do you have to declare permissions for each user ID, you also have to declare permissions for the hosts they may connect from. This is nothing to do with Java or JDBC.

Having trouble linking buttons to apps..

Hello,
Im trying to make a simple menu that will be on a USB stick. Im trying to link the buttons to execute a few apps that will be run right off of the USB stick. I have started the menu but stuck on finding exactly (if it is possible to do what im looking to do) the right code. I have have searched the forum and run across a few different discussions based on the same thing im trying to do, but cannot get it working. Im checking to see if anyone can lead me to the right direction or check to see what is needed. I have no JAVA programming, other than from a few books and tutorials. I will attach a link with a screen shot and *.java file if anyone can please look at it. It's purpose is for a few technicians at work. It will be contained on the USB stick and run from Windows PC's.
The directories and files on the USB will be like:

Yea it does, but this is when midi mapping gets a little confusing for me.
this is what im working with here. It says that the number is 40(#08lsb) and when i press it the numbers underneath the highlighted button say "40" and "0" underneath the "40" and the "0" changes to a "1" when i press it. but i still cant get the button to illumitate or trigger what i want it to.

I have been using Flash for a short while and have just learned how to create a rotating banner. At this point my problem is adding a hotspot or a link from each image highlighted in the Flash movie. Can anyone take a look at my flash file and provide me with an example of actionscript that allows each image in the slideshow to link to a different page within my site. A dummy link is /Shop_DVDs.html or a full url could be www.bikepaparazzi.com. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone having trouble signing in (to this website) under IE 10 and 11?

I am. Sign in is fine with Opera. I'm sure the problem will correct itself but I was curious whether anyone else was experiencing this. The sign in page never allows you to actually complete the text in the boxes, the page just flashes and the busy sign keeps cycling. Windows 7 64bit.
My first post was misleading - I meant signing into this website, not CC. Sign in with Opera, Firefox and Chromw is fine. Strange.

Having trouble setting up Tenda router, website dead?

I got this cheap Tenda travel wireless N router, it's a Tenda 150m(something in Chinese)G5. I was planning to use it as a travel router to get my iPad on hotel wired internet, and later to extend wifi in my house. I have the setup instructions, it wants me to go on a browser to 192.168.2.1 to get to the setup page. But it never responds no matter which browser I use.
Searching on the net for help, I have found other addresses. I therefore also tried 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1 and those don't respond either. It only cost me 15 bucks, so it's no big loss if it doesn't work, but I would really like to get it going.
I also have an Airport Express on its way to me for the same purposes, which I expect to work better for me. But does anyone have experience with this one?

The router appears to be defective.

You need to make sure that Bluetooth is activated in your iPad. It takes some times for the 2 to pair after that ... Assuming you have the Alu Keyboard and not the older White wireless keyboard (which does not work)

I am having trouble linking my Actiontec MR1424WR with my WRT54GL..help!!!

I currently have Verizon FIOS, and I love it. It runs through an Actiontec MR1424WR wireless router(WEP encrypted). The only problem is that the wireless range sucks on it. So, today I bought the WRT54GL router, upgraded firmware to dd-wrt, connected it to my actiontec router, and the range problem was fixed. The new problem is that I dont get internet through the linksys router, but I get can get it through the Actiontec router(when in range). Can somebody walk me through on what I need to do or change to let my linksys router recieve the internet from the actiontec and be able to send out the internet to my computer.
Setup
Wall->Actiontec wireless Router->Linksys wireless Router->computer across the house wirelesly
I know I will have to change some settings, but im not really sure which ones to change, or what to change them to.

I fixed it myself.
I just disabled the DHCP server on the linksys router and also change the ip address on from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.254....everything is great now!

Having trouble linking to iTunes library on external drive

I know there have been may questions on this topic but I can't seem to find answer I am looking for. Here is my scenario....
I have my iTunes stored on an external hard drive that is connected to windows machine. I have recently purchased a MacbookPro. I want to connect to my external hard drive from the MBP so I can listen to my songs on my MBP.
I have configured preferences in iTunes on MBP to use the iTunes library(songs) on external hard drive. When I open iTUNES on MBP I choose the index file that I have shared on my windows machine. So the problem is iTunes is not displaying all my songs on the iMAC.
Does anyone have any idea why this happening?
The end result is I would be connecting to the same library from windows machine and my Mac. Can this be done?

Tried hooking up my external drive to my Mini. This morning my Mini had all my info listed, but I couldn't play any songs, for obvious reasons. Now, my Mini is hooked up to the external, iTunes prefs are set on the path to the external - but there is no music in iTunes. No lists, no songs, nada. Just a virgin iTunes window. ***?
