Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there any SAP std. possibility, If I entered the text in the Credit memo heder and which get copied into the output of the Invoice list(Credit memo list).
If yes then please let me know how to configure.
Thanks & Regards,
SachinHi Sachin,
To map your requirement you have to ask your Abaper to pick up the Text entered in the Header Text field by using Function module "READ_TEXT" (T-code - SE37).
Firstly go to the Billing document> Header> Text and press the Display log icon available at the bottom where you have entered your Text. It will give you details like ID and Object name against the Text Type where you have entered your text.
Then Use T-code - SE37 then select "READ_TEXT" function module and Execute. System will ask you to enter your client code, ID, Language and the Billing document no. along with the Object Name and then execute. System will display the RESULT at the bottom. Ask your ABAPer to pick this data and use the same on Invoice.
Hope the above meets your requirement.
REWARD if it helps you!!

SAP SCRIPT Header text and Item text not printing in customized PO
Hello Experts,
I have copied the standard MEDRUCK to ZMEDRUCK and customized the form according to the requirement.
I want to print the header text and Item text in my form.
For Header text I have used :
/: INCLUDE &EKKO-EBELN& OBJECT EKKO ID F01
Problem 1: The text what I enter in header text is flowing only when I hit on print preview without saving the form. Once I save the SAP SCRIPT and click on print preview the field is appearing blank. I also tried to print the form, but the field is appearing blank even on the print out.
Problem 2: For item text the field is concatenation of EBELN & EBELP. Can anyone suggest me how to concatenate and fetch the text in item text.Hi,
Im getting an error in my subroutine pool for i_xtline which is to fetch ITEM TEXT., It says its not a in any internal table nor defined as data. How can I proceed further. I have pasted my code below. Please check and revert ASAP

Header Text PO from Vendor master automatically
Dear Friends
This is regarding automatically adoption of header text in PO from vendor master. I am following these steps
- Maintained customizing as MM>purchasing > PO>texts for PO >define copying rules for header texts .
in this , select the text type ( this is the PO header text ) and click on text linkage and maintain source obj as vendor master and maintain the fixing as blank ( ie text automatically adopt in the target obj)
-Then I wrote text (needed in FR lanugage) to respective vendor in purchasing view
Now When I create a PO, system does not propose any thing under header text
Did I miss anything.
Please respond
Regards
SGHi,
1. First I assume the configuration settings are correct
MM- Purchasing -- PO --Texts for PO --Define Copying rules for header text
Here the target text type (in this case the PO text type ) i.e. sequence no. is assigned to the correct source object and text (in this case the vendor text type)
2.If you logon to the system using the language option. i.e. logon id, password and language you get the SAP screens in that language. Now if you try to maintain vendor text in FR and create a PO, the FR Text would get copied to the PO. Now if you go back to the EN logon you ll still find the vendor text in FR. So it is definitely linked to the logon language.
There should be another way for this too.
This is an observation and may help you resolve your issue. -

How to create a text editor, the one like header text in PO
Dear Ones,
My requirement is that I want to create a text editor for storing terms and condition plant wise.
The editor should be the one like header text in PO. It can take end number of lines.
I created the text object ('TERMS') in table ttxob and text for it in table ttxot.
Also created text id ('L000' and 'L001') in table ttxid and text for it in table ttxit.
Now using FM read_text, save_text and edit_text, I have written a program but it does not save the data.
When I run the program initially it displays me blank, then I enter some data into it. Again when I come back it displays the data and also saves the edition. But if I close my session the data is gone.
It means it is not actually saving the data in database. My code is as below:

The header text in sales order are coming on DE (and has to be PT)
Hi SDN Team members,
I have a strange issue. In the sale s order header the text by default it is coming as DE(German language) but it should be PT portugal language. This situation is in production system. The SAP log on language is PT.
I have replicated the same scenario in Relica of Production as well as test system where i am getting by default language is Portugal. Even i have tried to log on in to PT language where i am not getting the above problem where sales order shows the header text as default PT.
I have checked the sold to party - where the language is maintained as PT, Also in Sales organization and in company code level where the language is maintained in PT.
I have checked the OSS Notes also 442976 and Note 451147 and also the report - RVTEXTE..
This problem comes for almost all the sales users of the portugal.
Can you please help me to resolve this problem.
Looking forward for your favorable reply.
Thanks and Regards,
JanaHi SDN team,
I have solved this request. By running the Program - RVTEXTE and inputing the selection parameters as per out business requirement and the problem has been resolved.
Team - Thanks for all your valuable inputs.

Transfer document header text from billing document to FI document
Dear all,
Where do I specify that the document header text out of the billing document should be transferred to the corresponding FI document?
Currently, the FI document header text (BKPF-BKTXT) remeans blank after transfer from billing document. We need this field to be filled in, but I haven't found how to have this filled in.
In copy control from sales doc to billing doc, there is the possibility to transfer the Reference number & Assignment, but nothing about document header texts.
Some say that it would only be possible via coding, but anybody has any idea if it might be possible via standard SAP?
Many thanks!
Best regardsHi,
We also had a bit same requirement, which is to copy the billing header text to FI item text (BSEG-SGTXT). The solution we took is to use FI Substitution (t-code GGB1), so that every time a FI document created from SD... the substitution reads the billing header text and put it in the FI item text. I think the same method could be used for FI header text (BKPF-BKTXT). Below is the solution for your reference.
Prerequisite:
Document Type = 'RV' AND Reference <> '' AND
( Transaction code = 'VF01' OR Transaction code = 'VF02' OR
Transaction code = 'VF03' )
Substitution:
Using exit which coding is as below.
*& Form u900
Copy Billing Header Text to SGTXT
-->P_SGTXT FI Item Text
FORM u900 USING p_sgtxt TYPE bseg-sgtxt.
DATA: lv_name TYPE thead-tdname,
lt_line TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF tline,
lw_line TYPE tline.
lv_name = bkpf-xblnr.
CALL FUNCTION 'READ_TEXT'
EXPORTING
id = 'Z001'
language = sy-langu
name = lv_name
object = 'VBBK'
TABLES
lines = lt_line[]
EXCEPTIONS
id = 1
language = 2
name = 3
not_found = 4
object = 5
reference_check = 6
wrong_access_to_archive = 7
OTHERS = 8.
IF sy-subrc EQ 0.
READ TABLE lt_line
INTO lw_line
INDEX 1.
In Billing Header Text, the sign '&' (ampersand) is automatically
added some characters so it becomes '<(>&<)>'.
The logic below is to fix that issue.
REPLACE ALL OCCURRENCES OF '<(>' IN lw_line-tdline WITH space.
REPLACE ALL OCCURRENCES OF '<)>' IN lw_line-tdline WITH space.
p_sgtxt = lw_line-tdline.
ENDIF.
ENDFORM.

Hello Experts,
We have requirement of printing Some text in PO Header. Scenario is we are using Automatic
PO option for creating the Purchase order directly from PR having document type YA only.
We want to print certain Fix Text details to be printed in PO header for only Automatic PO
document type. Also we are maintaing these details in multiple languages , and we want
depending upon Vendors Country/Language system should pick these details and print in
Purchase order header.
Also guide me while converting PR to PO using automatic PO option which PO document type
does the system select for creating the order. Where do we maintain these settings e.g If my
PR document type NB but i want to create the PO with document type YA, how to configure and
where these settings are maintained.
Please rvert and thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
SPHi
You can link the Purchase requistion with the Purchase order .Follow the stpes :
SPRO> MM>Purchasing >Purchase Requisition>Define Document Types
Click the document type craeted by you and maintain the linkage with the Purchase order document using Link purchase requisition - document type
For example : PR document type YA to PO document type YA
Even the Different text can be configured in such a way that whwnever i convert it into another document the text should also be copied to the precedding document.
This can be defined in
SPRO> MM>Purchasing >Purchase Requisition>Texts for Purchase Requisitions
Define the copying rules for this .
You want to print the fixed text ( Header Text). You can enter using PO print passing the Parameter.You want maintain the Text -vendor /country wise that you can maintain with the vendor ( XK01)

Erroneous Shipping Header Text in the Sales Order
Hi ,
We are facing one problem.Can you please help us..
We seemed to have a recurring issue in SAP Production wherein an erroneous shipping text and supply location header text
suddenly appears on the sales order header text. As of this stage, our interim solution is to manually clear the erroneous text via invoking
the SAVE_TEXT command directly in Production to clear out the text. The problem with this approach is that we are "reactive"
to the event meaning we only get to know of the issue after the National Order Centre reports the issue and by the time it reach
IT it already affected quite a few sales and stock transport orders.
I
a) an investigation to be conducted as to identify the root cause of this issue
b) permanent solution to be put in place to rectify the issue
here's the text ID that got affected
Text ID = Z022 (Shipping Text)
Text ID = Z029 (Supply Location)
Language = EN
Text Name = XXXXXXXXXX
Text Object = VBBK
a list of programs that calls SAVE_TEXT and updates
the above-mentioned text ID. We have gone through the SD user-exit MV45AFZZ.
The sample you see below is an STO. As you know the STO is created inside the sales user-exit and uses the
shipping instruction default from the originating sales order to pass on the text to the STO shipping text.
We are unable to re-create this issue so this sorts of adds a layer of complexity.
I found SAPLSTXD memory id..It is importing from this id..But there is no export in the program..
Can you please help us where the text is exporting ..We need to find out the root cause of this issue and solution..
Thanks in advance.
Satish kumar.I found SAPLSTXD memory id..It is importing from this id..But there is no export in the program..
Chances are it is set and exported at some point, then abandoned after processing for that document...it needs to be cleared probably, since your user is remaining in the same user context and therefore when another import is executed, the text stored there is brought in, even though not for that order/document....believe you'll find this is a programming error, need to export space or clear the ID after it is used...
Check the other MV45AFZ* objects also...MV45AFZZ is not the only SD user exit...look at the inlcudes (named like mv45afz* ) in SE80 for program SAPMV45A. I can't see SD (don't run at my employer), but you might also check copy requirements in transaction VOFM entries? Some of the SD wizards can advise on that part.
Try ABAP Scan program RSRSCAN1, probably as background job, if you don't find in MV45AFZ* members. Sorry, that's the old program (but it might find for you). Current version is program RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN.

Heading texts not appearing correctly in WDA search help
Hello experts,
I am facing a problem in WDA. I have a field(Profile Key) in my WDA application which takes the input search help automatically from the data dictionary. When I execute my application the F4 help is displayed for the field on pressing F4 but the problem is: the heading texts are not appearing properly(instead dots are dispalyed) for few of the fields in the search help's value list. Some observations:
1. heading texts are not properly displayed for columns whose field length is 1 or 2.
2. in DDIC, heading labels are maintained for the logon language
3. same search help works fine in R/3, the problem is only with WDA
How can I solve this problem? Please help with your inputs.
Thanks,
YuvarajThe problem can be solved by applying the note no 1100420.

Table Column Header Text - Refresh Table
Hi. A question about programmatically changing the Header Text property of a Table Component.
I've added code, in the backing bean Setter for the Table component, to change the header text as required.
The problem is that when the page is rendered, the header changes are not displayed initially. Only after a PPR is performed (on a different component) does the table render with my property changes displayed.
Am I doing the header text manipulation in the wrong place? Is there a way to refresh the table programmatically prior to it rendering initially (e.g. after the RENDER_RESPONSE phase?)?
Cheers.Hi Bala,
After following your invaluable advice I now have the table displaying more or less as a I need. The labels are set correctly (from the Attribute Hint that I set in the AttrDefImpl), and the Rendered property for each column is now derived from Expression Language pointing to the same AttributeHints...
However, I'm still struggling with the DisplayIndex for the table columns. I'm attempting to set the DisplayIndex column property using EL that gets a value from the VO binding FieldOrder control attribute (which contains a numeric value). However, this does not resolve properly and in the column Property Inspector the DisplayIndex doesn't seem to display correctly itself...
I'm wondering if this is because the FieldOrder control attribute is a String while the DisplayIndex takes an Integer. Is there a way to perform some conversion on this in the EL itself? Or maybe that is not the problem.
Thanks again for all your assistance!

I found the new Pages missed the function of back to previous version? This is a very useful and unique function on Pages, I found that it is also disappeared in Pages 09 after I upgraded to OSX 10.9, anybody know where to find out this function? Ton

I Go to inbox, hit edit, hit the message but instead of the message being deleted the message opens. Can't I just delete without it first opening.
