I have creative suite 5.5 and have recently updated my iMac to Yosemite. Now I can't open the adobe apps. I have done the suggested Java update and mac OS X Java patch update.. still no go. Can you HELP?

I have tried EVERY suggestion Adobe has made and no matter what, I get the black "Adobe Reader Installer" screen EVERY TIME!! Any suggestions to help me overcome this problem would be appreciated. BTW: I have a Windows 7 Home OS. I prefer FireFox. I have successfully downloaded Adobe Reader using all the major browsers, however it does NOT matter, I am NOT able to actually install Adobe Reader, every time all I get is the black pop-up "Adobe Reader Installer" screen!!!
PS.... I had a previous version on my computer that needed to be updated.... so I uninstalled it because I was having trouble installing the new version.... so even that did not help!!

I have subscribed to the student package and I also received a confirmation SMS saying that the amount has been deducted. But when I sign in through creative cloud, it shows that I am still running on a trial version. Why is that?

I cannot seem to sign in to creative cloud. It asks me to sign in. Once I have, it cycles , and then tells me that "you've been signed out".. It then repeats the cycle over and over again

Why am I unable to export all of a sudden. I thought when I signed up for creative cloud I'd have full access with all of the programs installed.
I must correct this: Creative Cloud DOES include the Acrobat Pro app (http//helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html). Like all the other apps in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, more than 20 others), you simply ask Creative Cloud to install the app.
And this is the crucial point. Acrobat Pro is an app, entirely different from the Adobe Reader app. I believe the original poster is running Adobe Reader INSTEAD of Acrobat Pro. Adobe Reader is a different, free, app and for it, exporting is an add-on service. So make sure Acrobat Pro is installed and make sure you are using it. If you installed Adobe Reader as well and don't need it, then uninstall Adobe Reader to make life easier for yourself. You might then have to repair Acrobat Pro. (TIP: never uninstall Creative Cloud apps with the Windows control panel, but do uninstall Adobe Reader that way). -
HI. I HAVE ALREADY MEMEBRSHIP for one app in creative cloud. I want to upgrade it to be complete membership . first I could not cancel my old one . second i pay for the second one, third i could not download the indesign cc ( which i need right now because they ask for serial number) . I have already cs6 products. is that technical problem in adobe or what ?

I already looked at the adobe site for solutions for it but it seems that none of those help at my problem.

When I try to access my desktop appication of Creative Cloud it repeatedly tells me I have been signed out and will not access my apps.

I'm trying to get my itunes to go back to english but is coming up Russian on windows 7. I initally installed English version and about 6 months ago it came back Russian. It was English for over 2 yrs. I have use all the suggestion including unistall and reenstall of a new down load from apple.
I copied the iTunes file from the external drive and it's in both places. I thought all I would need is the iTunes program (which I downloaded to new computer) and my iTunes library file. There must be something else that's missing. My iTunes library looks the same on the new computer as it does when I open it on the external drive. If I click on an iTunes library song from my new computer, it will only play if I have the external drive plugged in.
My back-up drive is a mess. I have multiple copies of music, video, photo, and document files and I don't know how that happened. ={ Obviously, I don't know how to back up stuff properly and there are back-up files extending over a 6- to 8-year period. I think all I did was just drag and drop the main folders from the back-up drive to the same main folders on the C: drive. Also (and I'm kind of fuzzy on this) Windows used to automatically save music files in a folder within my document files (which makes no sense to me). As my Jewish friends would say, "Oy Vey!" -

Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to locate the opm.db file and delete it. (as instructed below) I go to applications>Adobe Creative Cloud and double click. It prompts me to login, it logs in and says there is an update, I click update and it prompts me to sign in with my password, I enter the same password and it doesn't take it. Also, the opm.db file is back in the OOBE folder. Im I launching Creative Cloud incorrectly?
Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: :\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud. Try signing in.
