Hi Koushik,
It is better to go with SAP FI as you have experienced in FI
But most of the companies are looking for Finance post graduates(MBA) or else should be CA/ICWA
if you are finance graduate at under graduate level you can convence the interviewer.
Even if you choose SAP SD or CRM also the companies are looking for Domain experience and should be post graduate(MBA)
most of my friends are facing the same problem

Many peoples says that BI , APO , BW and HANA are the highest paying modules.
But with the passage of time the value of the professional decreases because many people go work with this modules then ...supply and demand = decreases.
Only the people that really knows continue making lots of moneyand the characteristic of these people are the same:
They always read the SDN community of his modules.
They really study the sap help.
They do not want to make lots of money early on.

I have query kindly solve my issue.
What is the basic configuration for RD04 out put type.
Becoz iam doing the crosscompany sales, while customer is ordering the to Plant A, at tht time plant A is not having the goods, then Plant B will deliver the goods. Then Plant B will raise the invoice to Plant A and Plant A raise the invoice to customer.
That means IV(intercompany billing), while i am doing the inter company billing the there is a Output type RD04 , vendor invoice posting.
But in my scenario it is not happening. Kindly any one can help me in this issue.

Hi,
First you have to assign the RD04 O/P type to your Billing O/P determination procedure.
Then maintain the condition record for O/P type (VV31).
Please check with the same and confirm.

Check whether the depreciation area defined is a real depreciation area or not. This you can check in the following menu path:
SPRO > Financial Accounting > Asset Accounting > Valuation > Depreciation Areas > Define Depreciation Areas.

We are planning to implement SAP Expert finder in ECC 6.0 and EP 7.0. Searched in SDN regarding the same, but couldnt able to find much information, please share any information which is useful for me to start off with.
These are the steps i followed till now
1) Assigned following roles in R3
SAP_HR_PA_XF_ADMIN
SAP_HR_PA_XF_DESIGNER
SAP_HR_PA_XF_EXPERT
SAP_HR_PA_XF_SERVICE_USER_DOC
Z:SAP_HR_PA_XF_EXPERT
2) Assigned following groups for the same user in the Portal (under R3_ROLE_DS)
SAP_HR_PA_XF_ADMIN
SAP_HR_PA_XF_DESIGNER
SAP_HR_PA_XF_EXPERT
SAP_HR_PA_XF_SERVICE_USER_DOC
Z:SAP_HR_PA_XF_EXPERT
3) Under SPRO
Cross-Application Components -> General Application Functions -> SAP Expert Finder
a)Basic Settings
b)Further Settings
c)Cyclic Activities
but how can i use the Expert finder after assigning these groups?

Is it Possible to Revert the cancelled Goods Reciept....
At our Place user has Made a GRN which was cancelled but the indicator aginst the line item was not selected ..while cancelling ..
As a Result the PO History was not updated ....
could there be any Other Reason for the same..

Hi ,
You can not cancel GR document without flagging OK for line item,
You will get message saying " you have not flagged any item " and it will not allow you to go forward with the transaction.
Please check for other reasons for PO History not updated.

Thanks! Issue has been resolved.
I suspect things went wrong at the point of uploading the album. After recreating I had to upload it several times because I got strange network connection errors from dotmac. My connection worked fine though.
I created more pages: nine instead of three to isolate if one of the files caused the issue. This wasn't the case.

i have total 2.2 years of experience which include 1.2 in s/w testing and
as an sap consultant with 1.2 years of experience with ABAP v4.7 and BW v3.1
all i want to know is that what knowledge & skills should i have to get a good job
or what interviewers are looking for or what they ask with having 1.2 years of experience
i have a very good knowledge or what can i do to increase my self-confidence
good and more suggestions may help

Well, I am really happy that people are coming wit some of the issues which will be helpful to lot of the people. In one of my postings in forum. I have mentioned that it is for people to decide how to use this forum ( though it has to be within certain limits).
In your case I think it will be better to concentrate more on ABAP for time being. The reason is that there arte ample amount of jobs in ABAP. Once you get the confidence in technical aspect, you can plan a switch over in other area.
Key is to get an entry and that is possible through ABAP.

it's me again I managed to clear the problem of the crazy AAAAA letters in the brouser Safari.
I went to Apple's own program "Font Book catalogus" and clicked font by font only on the conflicting fonts and let the program automatically fix it.(there is e box you can click on to do that. And now it works. (after a restart of your mac)

<alle lettertypen> die dan vervolgens allemaal verschijen dan loop je na of er bij sommige confict is.
Als er ergens een conflict is druk je op de knop "los automatisch op" (of handmatig) ik heb automatisch gedaan.
en na een restart van de gehele Mac deed safari het weer goed.

i am clearing all technical rounds, but HR is not clearing me.
i am in sap for the last 2.5 years. i left my previous job without taking a new job and because of this HR is not taking me, i think.

2000-2999                       Time Data
4000-4999                       Applicant Data (recruitment)
