Help finding files for SSO

Hi everyone,
We're trying to setup SSO at my company using this article (we're on Apex 3.1.2):

Everything is going smoothly so far, but we're now caught at Step 5:
Step 5 - (only necessary if SSO SDK was installed after installing Application Express)
a. Locate the custom_auth_sso source files for your Application Express installation.
b. Connect as SYS and from the location of the files run:
alter session set current_schema = flows_xxxxxx;
@custom_auth_sso.sql
@custom_auth_sso.plb
grant execute on wwv_flow_custom_auth_sso to public;
The problem is very simple - we're not sure where to find the "custom_auth_sso" source files and unfortunately, I am not a DBA, so my understanding of this is limited. Unfortunately, the DBA I am working with - his knowledge is seemingly equally as limited... So, my hunch is that these files should be somewhere on the db server where ApEx is installed, but the DBA is telling me they are not there. So, in order to get these two files, do I need to re-install ApEx somewhere or is there an easier way?
Please excuse my ignorance on this matter, thank you in advance for your help!

Look in the /utilities directory of the main APEX ZIP file.

It seems that SSO is for AppEx Application Authentication only. You can't specify which Database User your application will connect to the database with if you are authenticating using SSO.

Help finding files

I have 4 different hard drives and have very poor organization skills. all hard drives have been used as my scratch disk at one time or another.
I lost a *.fcp file and can't find it.I don't remember what I named it. I do know that in the browser I had a folder that had .mov files in it
I have already done a search on those .mov files and found the .mov files but have yet to find the
actual .fcp file that I was working with.... any one else know of any way to find specific .mov files that are to be in one of my .fcp file?

How many results do you get when you Spotlight search on .fcp Dave? If it's not too many, you could hover your mouse over each one and write down all the locations where you've saved FCP project files. Narrow it down from there.
Poor organizational skill is not the issue. The issue is organizational discipline.
Store all your FCP project files on your boot volume inside a folder named FCP Projects. Inside the FCP Projects folder, each client you work for should have its own folder. All of the FCP projects for a client should live in the client's folder inside the FCP Projects folder.
Daily, back up your FCP Projects folder to another volume, and to a CD-R (or DVD-R, if the folder becomes larger than a CD-R can hold.)
All media files (captures, graphics, audio) should go on a volume that is on a different hard drive than your boot volume. If you only have two hard drives, all media should go on the media drive.
I set my Capture Scratch to the top level of my media drive. That makes folder organization for all captures and renders easier for me to handle.
As far as it is possible for you to do, put all media files for a project on the same media drive. That will make organization easier as well.
But whatever method you use for folder and file organization, stick to it in a disciplined way. That's the key.

Need help compressing files for transmission?

I want to move a number of files by compressing them. I had been using Stuffit Expender but for some reason I don't understand, it compresses not just the files I select but others on my desktop as well. So I'm looking to fix this or find alternative.

There is a free 30 day trial version. Might help you figure out if it is a version problem. But I don't bother since the Mac OS provides the ability both to compress built in.
By the way, Stuffit Expander is free. I try to keep that updated. Althugh even that may not be necessary with the Mac OS doing its magic.

Can't find file for Trojan Horse on my MacBook

Anyone seen this before?
I have the Norton Antivirus Program installed on my MacBook.
I believe an attack occurred while I was looking through the Apple Support Forums for help with a QuickTime problem and accidentally clicked on the following link: http:www.smacktalkpaintball.com/video/
The Norton Warning came up and I hit the delete option and then set Norton to scan manually.
The following came up at the end of the scan:
Virus "bof.jar-51a4bd07-3d4b399d.zip" detected, Today at 7:24 AM. Repair failed.
/Users/Owner/Li...bd07-3d4b399d.zip Trojan Horse infected
I was not able to locate either of these files anywhere on my computer.
I have two external hard drives that I use to back-up data, but neither of them were connected at the time of the attack, and nothing else was connected when I ran the virus scan.
I do not have Windows installed on this MacBook - Mac OS X, Version 10.5.8,

That sounds an unlikely outcome on both counts. Norton anti-virus is just that: anti-virus, and I would not trust it to deal with trojans.
Are you sure you actually installed a Trojan?
If you allow a Trojan to be installed, the user's DNS records can be modified, redirecting incoming internet traffic through the attacker's servers, where it can be hijacked and injected with malicious websites and pornographic advertisements. The trojan also installs a watchdog process that ensures the victim's (that's you!) DNS records stay modified on a minute-by-minute basis.

Programs says it's empty, my documents says it's not available, internet got wiped out, need help finding files

Error: Could not find file for old Adobe Reader Bundle

We are running Zenworks 11.2.3a (just upgraded to this version last week) on a linux server. Today, I received calls from a number of users, their computers were displaying the following error message:
Could not find the file "/var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo/tmp/zpm/plp//windows/x86/en/E8833D51-5176-4B73-B6D2-A47603C3270D.plp" to install.
They are getting this pop-up message 2 times every time Zenworks refreshes.
I tried to find this file on the Zenworks server but the directory does not exist on the server. In fact, I can only navigate as far as /var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo/tmp/zpm - there is only one folder in this directory named dauzip.
Here is the error message from the zmd-messages.log on one of the workstations:

Help finding files saved using an iphone app

Morning all,
i am really struggling to find a file which was generated using an app on my iphone.
i have been capturing my expenses using an iphone app, and then the report is extracted it saves it at the following location:
/var/mobile/Applications/.../Documents/MyExpenses.csv
i have tried to find these files on my phone and can not - support tells me to use iTunes to find them - when i open itunes the only things i can find are apps and music - no files at all.
Please would someone explain to this novice where i can find these files - stumped and frustrated

Help finding benchmarks for current iMac variations

Hello all,
I am trying to find some benchmarks to compare the various choices in the current iMac lineup. Specifically I am interested in the 20" iMac and would love to know how much of a performance jump the 2600pro provides over the 2400xt, since that would be my only reason to really pay for the higher priced setup.
Just to clarify, the system will be used for the following: Final Cut Express 4, Pro Tools 7, Diablo 3 (when it comes out), and the rest are basics.

They are usually published in MacWorld magazine. You will also find some comparisons at Bare Feats. Google searches may find you some others.

ISR_FORM_SMC1 is Based on Internal Service Request form. Goto Transaction "QISRSCENARIO" and Find SMC1 Scenario.Click the SMC1 and double click the version there you can define cost value.

Need help finding tutorials for segmenting and contouring

I'm completely knew to photoshop and other image editting software so I'm rather lost at the moment. Would someone please direct me to a tutoral or tutorials detailing the proper method to contour or segment an image?

Using the quick selection tool should give better results for selecting the hands
than the magic wand.
Using the hand at the top as an example:
1. Make a selection around the hand using the retangular marquee tool and then right
   click and choose new layer via copy.
2. Select the quick selection tool and click inside the hand as many times as it
    takes to select the hand (some of the things outside the hand might be selected also)
3. Press the alt key and click on the areas outside the hand to deselect them
    You will probably have to zoom in close to see what's really selected and alternate
    between adding to the selection and subtracting from the selection until it looks good.
4. Then select where it says Refine Edge in the tool options bar and adjust the selection
    till it looks good then click ok.
5. Go to the bottom of the layers panel and click the icon that says Add layer mask
   (having a layer mask will let you do any touch ups by painting on the layer mask
    with either a white brush to show more of the hand or a black brush to hide more
    of the hand)
6. Repeat the steps for the other hands in the picture.
Here's what your layers panel and selection of the hands should
look like. ( added the white color fill layer to better see how good the hands were selected)
I guess you'll have explain more about the contouring part.
