Help for iCloud
My iCloud is all messed up. How do I delete it and start over on all my devices. It won't let me change my primary e mail which has changed. It shows my out going as Tig2Lvv when it is actually Tig2Luv. I just changed my Apple ID to reflect this but it wasn't changed on my iPhone. Please help, I am not that computer smart.

This can happen if you had set up 'Find My Mac/iPad' and had not turned it off before changing the ID.
Try going back to http://appleid.apple.com and changing the ID back to the original address. If you can get this accepted, then go to the iCloud preferences/settings pane, stop 'Find My ....', and then sign out. Do the same on any other devices or computers.
Then go back to http://appleid.apple.com and change the ID to the new one. Sign in with that on all your devices.
However if the address which forms the original ID is now not working it can't be validated and it's possible that you won't be able to revert to it. In this situation only Support can help you.
To contact iCloud Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the initial period, you can contact them here:

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee.

For iCloud you go to Settings>iCloud and sign out and sign in with your iCloud account.
There are also many other setting that can be associated with here Apple ID like the following:
- Settings>iTunes & App Stores (sign out and sign in)
- Setting Mail
- Setting Messages and Settings>Facetime Add your own ID/email address and delete hers -
I created a new apple id for my iphone and ipad which work great and allow me to access Icloud. on my macbook air I can't get it to use my new apple id for icloud. It keeps going back to my old apple id and doesn't afford me to alter it. I use system preferences-icloud and it just wants to verify the old apple id but doesn't afford me the opportunity to delete teh account or edit it like the iphone5 and ipad. Help?

Sir, your Apple ID can be used as an iCloud account as well. They are both the same thing.

Had asked for help with iCloud 3 weeks ago. Cloud has my old email and I no longer know the password, wont't let me sign in with new email. When I talked with apple cust service they assured me that everything associated with apple would change over. NO it did not! Cannot find how to get cloud to change this. Sandie PSame thing happened to me. My son's iPod touch suddenly started indicating that my "username or PW had changed" or was "incorrect" so I paid Apple $30 to find out that all that was required was updating the software by plugging his iPod into my computer & syncing with iTunes. My problem was then solved.

AppleID and passcode used to activate the iPad or it will be useless to you.
There is no workaround.
Suggest you try very hard to remember that AppleID and passcode. Did you try the

PLease help me us finf my iphone app.
i Have iphone5,itouch and ipad2 under my name but my id for the said gadget is my previous IF which is unable now cos i forgot the password so i decided to buy and create a new id.. But when i tried to open the find my iphone app its asking for icloud id which is already unable.

If you can't get your password reset via that page then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it for you.

What you mean by 'buy and create a new id', it's free to create iTunes accounts. But until you've logged out of your existing account, you won't be able to log into a new account. -
Need help... getting an error message "not enough storage" for icloud and it will not let me get passed the message

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
I have an iphone 5 and ipad. I paid for icloud. I "think" iphone is okay but ipad keep saying can't verify account. I can't change that. I have been sent to the page on apple about setting up icloud but that doesn't help. There is no place for me to fix my account or change anything. Anyone know what to do? The apple support page doesn't answer my question. If just has instructions to set up, but I can't get anywhere on the ipad since it keeps telling me account not verified.
Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID verify the changes, enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again. -
I restored my iphone to a backed up version from last month. However, I forgot the password from that time, and I cannot restore iphone or restore backup because "Find my phone" function is on for iCloud. What can I do now??? Help!

Need help with Apple ID login for iCloud/MobileMe to move Calendar.
Despite the multiple warnings from Apple that MobileMe would be shutting down on June 30 & that I needed to migrate my "stuff," I didn't realize that my iCal calendar on my Mac & iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) was through my MobileMe account (@me.com login) and not my "main" Apple ID account (which is a Gmail login), so I didn't bother doing anything to migrate my "stuff" because I hardly ever used my MobileMe account, or so I thought. That said, my life revolves around my iCal calendar-- can't live without it! Two days ago I started getting a pop-up message on my Mac that says "iCal can’t log in to your “[email protected]” account because your password may be incorrect." It was while I went through Preferences to fix this that I realized my MobileMe account was the master one for iCal! I know that my password was correct, but I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that MobileMe is now shut down that caused the pop-up in the first place. Meanwhile, my calendars are not syncing between my devices, which is something I'd like to resolve ASAP!
I'd like to push everything over to iCloud, but I noticed that for some (dumb) reason, I used my MobileMe account login for iCloud as well! Is there any way to merge or replace my MobileMe account with my Gmail Apple ID account so that my iCloud is no longer tied to MobileMe, since that program is now defunct? If not, at the very least, any help you could provide on how to transfer my calendar to the Cloud would be much appreciated! Thank you!Nevermind. Figured out the answer myself! Just had to dig a little deeper into the Apple Support Community than I had before I posted!

Hi. I tried switching my Apple ID email address to my new email address and I don't know how to switch it for iCloud and iTunes. Please help!! It seems like Apple thinks I have two separate accounts, when I just tried to simply change it!

Hi, upgraded to OSX Mavericks..my contacts on my iphone4 and iPad don't appear on my iMac..I've tried all ways but can't find a way for iCloud to deposit the contacts on my Mac..Contacts on my Mac is blank, so I'm starting from a clean sheet...can anyone help? Thanks PAR236
I recommend to check www.icloud.com, are your contacts shown there?
If not -> Something might be not set up correctly on you iOS devices.
Also.. Simple but maybe occuring: Contacts -> Preferences -> Accounts -> iCloud is enabled? (Should be by default if you have iCloud setup via the system preferences, but you never know..)
