Help me in cluster

Question

i have configured a cluster,
node a and node b in the island 1,all in the same machine,but have different server port,
when there is no sesionn,it works well,if one is down,and request is direct to another,but if i have session ,it also redirect to another node(if one down) but the session is wrong.
please help me,
here is my code in servlet
HttpSession session=request.getSession() ;
String scount=(String)session.getAttribute("counter");
int count=1;
if(scount==null)
session.setAttribute("counter","1");
else
count=Integer.parseInt(scount)+1;
session.setAttribute("counter",""+count);

If I understand it right , you dont see any log or stdout msg ? The only
          way to figure out whats happening seems like you need to do process
          monitoring.
          try using , 'tusc' to see what happens to the process on the hpux boxes.
