I have one tool bar on the left and button on it .When clicking on this button ,one panel appear on main panel .and When clicking again it is indented

two posts of the same problem, and you've yet to ask a decent question in either of them.Actually, this is a triple posting and the first made no sense either which is why the OP was asked to post a SSCCE.
Maybe with the link you provided and a proper SSCCE in two or three days the OP will be able to put together a meaningfull question.

InDesign (CS5) beachballs when clicking into a text frame

Hi,
I'm working on a document that causes a weird problem: when I click into a text frame, sometimes this causes InDesign to beachball for a few seconds. Activity monitor shows that InDesign takes 100% CPU time - no other activity involved. After a few seconds, everything works smoothly again.
This does not happen every single time I click into a text frame. It happens especially after inserting sth from a library, or from another document (say, 7 out of 10 times). But it may also happen when copying (Cmd-C, Cmd-V or Alt-drag) a simple text frame within the same page.
I gets more weird: This only seems to happen in two of my documents (and copys thereof). There isn't anything special about these documents. They contain a lot of tables and anchored objects, but that's true for a lot of other documents, too. I tried copying a table from document A (no problems) to document B (the one with problems). Clicking into this table causes a beachball. Coping the very same table within document A is fine. Even copying the table back from document B does not cause any problems. It seems like the effect is document-exclusive. I just don't know what makes it so darn exlusive .
This problem occurs on different machines (all Macs, all 10.6, all CS5). The faster the machine, the shorter the beachball time. But even on an 8-core-iMac it easily takes up to 2 secs. Which is annoying, to say the least.
Any ideas?

Hmm, what version of 10.6 is this? I thought, as of 10.6.8, Sample Process always included the Binary Images section at the end. Unfortunately, because basically every one of the 250-odd plugins in InDesign has a GetPlugin() symbol, it's tough to know exactly what is going on there...

Well, I made some attempt to filter out the weeds. A substantial amount of time is spent in the regular expression library. Do you have GREP styles? They may be part of the problem.
If we can resolve this without needing to know which GetPlugIn() are which, that would be helpful. Otherwise you'll need to [maybe?] upgrade to 10.6.8; force a crash (View > Send Signal > Abort (SIGABRT)) in Activity Monitor, which may not be easy to do usefully, since if the crash happens during one of the unremarkable parts of the beachball, it won't tell us anything; break out fancier less user-friendly tools like Instruments.app or gdb.
I don't suppose you're familiar with any of those tools?
So, I would try removing all your non-system fonts and seeing if that changes the behavior. Or tightening up GREP styles...
Or pulling out the heavy guns.

I need help with my itunes, since updating my software last week to IOS 7, I lost the majority of my apps off my phone, so when I now connect my iphone to itunes and click on the apps key to update the phone, itunes compleyely shuts down unexpectedly.

Put the button click into an action listener and build the new frame there. The code I have below isn't exactly what you're doing (it's amazingly oversimplified), but it's probably similar enough to get your wheels turning in the right direction.

Can I make a button bring up an image when clicked?

I know how to make a button show an image when rolling over or holding down a button, but I don't know how to make my button clickable to where it opens up an image. I am new at this.
I have a page that has some thumbs showing. I want to be able to click the thumb and have the full size image pop up. Is that doable? I guess with another click to make the image go way and have the thumbs showing again.

Here is a quick example showing a button (that would contain the thumbnail image) that when clicked (look at the interactions panel) brings up a state with the larger image.

How can I make a specific page open in a new window when clicked from a menu?

Don't know if its possible but I have one specific page I want to open in a new window in the browswer when clicked on from a widget menu. I know how to go in and put the coding in but it would be nice if there is some option in Muse to do that already. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

ryanj4799 You'll need to change the Menu Type to Manual in the widget's options and add the links yourself. Then go to the Hyperlinks panel. Check the option to open in a new tab/window.

How to run a subVI without poping up normally, but when clicking a button, popup the front panel?

I know pop-up the front panel of a subVi when called by selecting VI Properties>>Windows apperence.
But what I need to do is: always run the SubVI inside the parent VI as the nornal subVI do without poping up. But when I click a button"show front panel", the SubVI popup the front panel.
Is there anyway to do this?

You can use a static VI reference to the subVI and then use the Front Panel Open invoke method to show the front panel when you want. I have attached two VIs that show this. I saved these VIs for LabVIEW 2009 so you should be able to open them up and run them in 2009 or later. Add.VI is the subVI that you are calling. The Caller.VI is just a While Loop that contiually calls the Add subVI. Inside of the While Loop is also a Case Structure with a Static VI Reference (you might need to change the path this is pointing to after downloading the VIs to your computer for this to work) and the Front Panel Open invoke method. You can run the Caller.VI and interact with the main Front Panel as normal and see the subVI but then you can click the Open subVI? boolean button and it will open the subVI's front panel. You can continue to interact with the main front panel and see the values update on the subVI's front panel as well. You can just close the subVI's front panel when you are done viewing it. Does this help?

Is there a way to place a button on the front panel that when clicked gives a pop up dialog box with more info in it?

Hi Everyone,
The simulations that I am creating are very simple themselves but are intended for use in a classroom setting to help students learn more about the theory being demonstrated. I am hoping to be able to place a "Help" or "more info" button on the front panel so that if a student wants more info about the theory they can click on it and a pop up appears with background info on it. It should also have a second button to close it and return to the main front panel again. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

Use an event structure on the main vi that when the button is clicked, launches a "Help" sub vi. Inside the sub vi (with the properties set to load front panel when called of course), use another event structure to wait for the button of the subVI to be clicked so you can return to the main VI. Do you need help with using event structures?

Yes, many times. If you are setup to "extend a wireless network, the screen looks like this:
If you click the Wireless Options button, the screen looks like this:
Where is it on this screen that you see a setting to adjust the channel? It sounds like you are confusing "create a wireless network"....which does allow you to adjust channels.....with "exend a wireless network" which does not.
Normally, when you extend a wireless network, AirPort Utility used to always assign the same channel to the extending device. That is no longer the case. It might be the same, or it might be different. You have no control over this, so you have to accept what AirPort Utility thinks is best.

I have a number of tabs which work on my pages. My very last Tab is a Help Tab.
What I'm trying to achieve is that when a person clicks on the Help tab, the page should open in a new window.
The rest of the tabs should function normally, ie just switch pages in the same window.
