Help on when loop

Question

This is my code for the 99 bottles of beer on the wall song... I got the idea from a book and said, hey neat, I should try that:
class beerSong{
     public static void main(String[] args){
          int beerNum = 99;
          when(beerNum > 1); {
               System.out.println(+beerNum+" bottles of beer on the wall, "+beerNum+" bottles of beer,");
               beerNum = beerNum - 1;
               System.out.println(" take one down, pass it around, "+beerNum+" bottles of beer on the wall!");
} but when I try to compile it, I get error messages. I have tried and failed many a time, and now I ask you guys: whats up with the when loop?

Notice that FOR can go backwards, lol, so dont use WHILE.

     new BeerSong();
public BeerSong(){
     for(int i = 100; i >= 0; i--){
     System.out.println("\n" + (i) + " Bottles of Beer on the Wall, " + (i) + " Bottles of Beer");
     System.out.println("Take One Down and Pass It Around " + (i) + " Bottles of Beer on the Wall");
}
