Help Please: how to turn off autocommit in 9.0.2

Hi, You Experts,
I am using one same STATEFUL jsp page for user to add new and edit existing records.
When a user trys to ADD a new record, I use the following codes to create an empty record without committing:
<% if (actParam.equals("AddNew")) { %>
<!-- Create a new empty record -->
<jbo:Row id="newRow" datasource="dsEdit" action="Create" />
<% } %>
When the user decided to SAVE the record, the follwing codes update the record and commit it:
<% if (postParam.equals("Post")) { %>
<jbo:Row id="theRow" datasource="dsEdit" rowkeyparam="MyRowKey" action="Update">
<jbo:SetAttribute dataitem="*"/>
</jbo:Row>
<jbo:PostChanges appid="am"/>
<jbo:Commit appid="am"/>
<% } %>
Otherwise, the following codes will delete the empty or half-filled record and commit it:
<% if (postParam.equals("NotPost")) { %>
<jbo:Row id="delRow" datasource="dsEdit" rowkeyparam="MyRowKey" action="Delete">
</jbo:Row>
<jbo:Commit appid="am"/>
<% } %>
This scheme works just fine for all users who are rule-following citizens. However, if someone leave the page (e.g., by use back button on the browser) after having started adding a new record, an EMPTY record is always commited to DB seemingly automatically.
So, how can I turn the autocommit off so that no empty record is committed to DB if the use drifted away mindlessly.

The new row is being posted becuase 'somewhere' in your application you are calling commit. We dont commit automatically.
