Help:ranking report(order by sales amount) can't have break up groups!

break group:vendor/department/sub_class
and order by sales amount in sub class level;

I have split the report into 3 and change the group order after I think about the data model, at last solve the problem.
my problem is user want vendor performance report summary by vendor or by department or by subclass as option. and after select the summary level, user can select order by sales_amount,sales_gp or vendor_id.

Hi,
is there any SAP standard report to generate report as We need to run a report to see by Material and/or Product line the Net sales amount and units for a given time period. By net sale I mean Gross sales net return, net other allowances
also we need to have standard costs in the report.
Please let me know if you know of any report in SAP which can give me these values.

do you manage profitability analysis?
in case, yes, you can have report with net turnover and standard cost.
1. about net turnover you need to map sales order condition for net tunrnover to value COPA value fileds.
2. about standard cost you need to activate COPA valuation.
it is only a short suggestion, but you can find much information on this topics in the forum

How many members can you have in a GROUP?

I am in the process of creating "groups" in my Blackberry 8330 Curve. On my previous cell phone, I could only send a text to 10 contacts at the time even if I had more than 10 members in a group. I have been told by older style BB users that this is still the case. Can someone out there tell me if this is true with the newer 8330's? For example, I would like to create a group of all the poker players in my address book (about 50). When I want to play, I could select that group called Poker Players....type the message and hit the send button. It is very aggravating to type the message 5 different times and select each group (1-5) all because you can't send to more than 10 contacts at the time.

I cannot find any limitations on the number of members in a group either in the 8300 documentation
or the knowledgebase. I'm afraid you're just going to have to test it. You might think about using
groups called poker 1, poker two.

Can CSS115XX have 2 service group with different upstream?

Just to ask if CSS can support the architect that 2 service group with different upstream.
It seems if I set a default route then I can have only one upstream routing path.

you can configure mulitple gateway/upstream.
The CSS by default select the correct route....the one that corresponds to the inbound request.
So, if request came in from upstream-A the response will be sent through that same upstream.
This behavior can be modified with the following command :
CSS11503-2(config)# ip ecmp ?
address             Choose among alternate paths based on IP addresses
no-prefer-ingress   Do not prefer the ingress port for the reverse path
                      egress
roundrobin          Alternate between equal paths in a roundrobin fashion

Question on Search Help and Authorization Check for Sales Order Type

Question 1:
When I go to VA01 and click the search help, it shows only order type that are not blocked.
However, when I have sales order type in select-options of a Z program,
S_AUART FOR VBAK-AUART
I click on the search help, it gives all the sales order types. How can I have a list with unblocked sales order type only?
Question 2:
I want to check whether a use can extract data from a sales order type (e.g. OR and RE)that he/she authorized to use.
I have include the following in my program:
AUTHORITY-CHECK OBJECT 'AUART'
ID 'AUART' FIELD 'OR'.
It always returns SY-SUBRC = 12.
But order type 'OR' is granted to the user (he/she can create order with type OR in VA01)

VA46 - split the item by different orders of sale

It is possible through va46, split the item by different orders of sale?
Example
I have a contract with 10 units of an item
I want create 10 sales orders, each with 1 item each month and I use the va46. it's possible? The material is a service. How can I do? Does anyone have documentation on this topic ?

Can I define two AI groups on an AT-MIO-16E-10?

I have one group that consists of channels 0,1 in differential mode, and this group is externally triggered by another pulse and works fine. When I try to define a second AI group on this device, it screws up the first one. THey are different groups formed with different channels, generating (I assume) different task IDs.

Ok. I was using diff. channels 0 and 1 (which takes up 0 and 8 for ch0 and 1 and 9 for ch1) and then trying to set up another group to do a different acquisition. Both groups are configured at the very beginning of the vi. The (0,1) group is set up to be externally triggered. I use AI START to start it, then I use a CTR START vi to start the group of counters which triggers the AI, and then I have an AI READ for that group. In frame AFTER that, I start the other group and then do an AI READ from taht other group.
Only one of the groups will work. If the first group is working, the second one records a zero. If the second group is working, the first group records a 0 every time.
If i use another DAQ board for the second group, it works fine, I
just can't have the two groups on the AT-MIO16E-10. But I don't like not knowing WHY it doesn't work.
Any guidance? I tried putting in some wait statements between the AI START and AI READ vi's, no luck.

I would advise to use status profile at sales order header level.
Such as status 10 - order created/unconfirmed
20 - order approved
Now go to se16, type VBAK get field OBJNR and go to JEST Table with OBJNR as input field you can see E0001 X as active, that means orders are unconfirmed.
Based on that an ABAP report can be prepared to list all orders which are unconfirmed.

You will have to join oe_order_lines_all and mtl_material_transactions.
The oe_order_lines_all.scheduled_ship_date will give you when the order was supposed to ship.
The "sales order issue" transaction in the mtl_material_transaction will give you the date on which the sales order issue transaction occurred.
Alternatively, you can use the dates in wsh_delivery_details and wsh_new_deliveries tables and compare them with scheduled_ship_date.

Hi All,
my company is going to charge some customers delivery charge. It is implemented as a kind of surcharge on Sales Orders. The surcharge can be found as a condition type in FI document after posting.
Our salesmen want to know the sales amount and GP (Gross Profit) of material, not include the surcharge.
Could anyone suggest any Sales Reports that can show the GP of material excluding the delivery surcharge?

Self Updating Report of Open Sales Orders (Maybe Crystal )

I want a self updating report of Open Sales Order. I want it to refresh constantly. I know that it could be an alarm but it would be executed every # minutes and dont want to. Any ideas ? I dont know Crystal Reports enough but is it posible ?

If I were you , I will not be crazy looking at my sales order in every 1 minutes ..I would train my users to check at least 15 minutes.
I understand what u are trying to do;you want that customer will see the latest open SO created ..but 15 minutes is good enough time .
I think you have to check if database size grows up big time ..so far no report has come to me from my clients for this set up .
make sure you are not saving an alert into database
If you are using multiple alerts , I will atleast monitor my database for a while to see i encounter performance issue ..
So far for one alert at every 15 minutes ..i think u should be fine ..
