Help Required With Moving Containers Please

I'm in urgent need of a solution in the following JAVA program:

}What's required in the left, mid, & right Actions at the very end is:
To add instructions to the rightAction() method to make the swan move 10 pixels to the
right each time the RIGHT button is pressed. Similarly, add instructions to the
leftAction() method to make the swan move 10 pixels to the left when the LEFT
button is pressed. Finally, when the MID button is pressed, make the moon move two
pixels to the right and one pixel downwards.

so what have you tried?
edit: nvrmind, I'm going to bed. Hint: you're trying to move a Container. So find it's API, look up the methods regarding this critter, and see if you can find any that tell you its current location and how to set a new location. Good luck.
