I have the same plan and somehow someone has cracked into it and I go over each month It shows other managers onmy account and there are none,,,,,I can not pay 2 $500 BILLS THEY ARE CHARGING ALL KINDS OF STUFF TO MY ACCT ALL DATING SITES, ALL NORTONS AND MCAFEES TO MY BANK AND IT GOES ON N ON AND ON,,,iTS A RIP OFF AND i NEED SOME HELP WITH THIS AND i HAD NEVER HAD A PROBLEM TIL SOMEONE HACKED INTO FACEBOOK,,,,,wHAT DO i DO????? THESE ARE NOT MY CHARGES AT ALL EVEN PRESCRIPTIONS HAVE BEEN ORDERED CHARGED AND GOT ME AND DR IN TROUBLE PLEASE HELP

Call Verizon about the verIzon stuff. You can remove the account manager from your screen name but before call to tell them these people aren't allowed so it is notated then delete. They might be skeptical of you if you have them deleted before. If there are things done to the account the over the phone people will know hopefully what happened. If there unauthorized and customer service can't do anything go above them. And go to financial services and put yourself in a payment arrangement to keep your service from being worse then it seems.
I had someone steal 3 lines of service by upgrading the lines with 3 blackberrys bold the new one. It stunk because we tried to cancell it many times and they still let it go through. Yes they charged us $850 and then upgrades and it was billed to account etc. took weeks and we were in an arrangement untill it was taken care because it was sent to a different state then my family. They were saying my dad ordered then when I know he would never get one with a keyboard. He was at work anyways. Anyways sometimes if you get the right person they care about you. At times it might not seem like it when they have this attitude like your guilty of it all.
We have been through it all with thieves of cards etc and you have to stand up for yourself. Be nice though.

Okay so I just got an iPhone 5. My first iPhone. In the past I've had two different iPods, an iPod Touch 3rd Generation, and an iPad 2.
I only have 87 cents in my bank account so I paid cash for a $15 iTunes card so I could get some applications on my new iPhone 5. I realize that iTunes won't let me download updates or buy new applications when my bank account has a low or insufficient balance, so it will ask to verify the code on the back of the card. After entering the code, it says to please enter valid information. The information is valid, but won't be accepted because it has a low balance.
I tried selecting "None" as my payment options to see if that would allow me to make purchases using the $15 balance I just redeemed from the iTunes card. It doesn't seem to help the situation.
I went to contact Apple, but I had to schedule a call (this is the first time I've ever had to contact support for a problem - ever). I also sent in an email hoping I would get a response sooner. I want to play with my phone now, not in a few days when they can finally call me back...
While trying to figure out a solution to this, I ran into a couple of security questions that aren't even mine... They can't be because I don't have an answer for them. These security codes are not mine. I tried putting in an answer and it didn't work - obviously, because the questions don't apply to me. What the heck is going on Apple? I've never had so much trouble with your services before.
I'm not very happy right now.

Look, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful.

How do I get updates that are not mine not to show up in mac app store?

I have updates in my updates in the mac app store that will not go away and they are not mine. They are someone else's that have someone else's apple ID. It is just a little strange that just all the sudden they pop up about two days ago. It is sort of annoying that these updates will not go away. Any help is well appreciated. Thanks!

When creating a return by copying an order tax and charges are not defaulting?

I have created a Return by copying sales order. But tax and charges are not defaulted from original sales order. Please note unit selling price is 0 for this item. I am using 11.5.10.2 version.
Sales Order: 143674
Item: UT1
Quantity: 2
unit selling price: $0
Tax: $0
Charges: $0
Calculated price flag: Freeze Price
But Return created as follows by using copy.
Return Order: 6678
Item: UT1
Quantity: -2
unit selling price: $0
Tax: -$5
Charges: -$20
Calculated price flag: Partial Price

At sales order form, you select Action > Copy
Change the order type to your "Return transaction type"
Go to Line Tab
Change the line type to Return type, enter return reason.
Save
This creates new RMA order.....this way this should copy the original tax amount.
For the Charges part, check in the modifier definition whether "Include on Returns" is checked in the Discount/Charges TAB.

If you want help you’ll need to give us more information. There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 8 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have.

I have a couple of recommendations for you here. First for the purchases that you did not authorize, I would reach out to the iTunes store support directly.

Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.

Open the Time Machine pane in System Preferences. If it shows that Time Machine is ON, click the padlock icon in the lower left corner, if necessary, to unlock it. Scroll to the bottom of the list of backup drives and click Add or Remove Backup Disk. Remove all the disks, then add them back. Quit System Preferences. Test.

Weird photos (gifs. jpg.) appearing in images that are not mine

When I look in images on my desktop mac there are weird gifs and jpgs that are not mine. Where did they come from and how do I get rid of them?

They may belong to the system, or to applications. The "All Images" search shows you images all across your hard drive, not just in your personal pictures folder. When you scroll down and click on an image in that search list, the status bar at the bottom of the window will tell you the path for that image. That will tell you what application it belongs to. Most of the time, you don't want to delete images that belong to the system or apps, since it can prevent things from working correctly.

You must have all apps downloaded by your Apple ID, otherwise you will still facing this problem. Delete the apps you did not download by yourself and download them again. I will fix your problem.
By the way, your device is configurate with your Apple ID? Check it in: Settings>>iTunes Store and App Store

I have Norton Internet Security, but that doesn't seem to have stopped it. And it's goofy. It won't let me lock it by clicking its lock. The lock keeps magically coming unlocked.
Also, my computer crashes more than once a week on average.
Those two facts are related.
