Hi Jai,
Rather than starting a crmb2b or crmb2c.
I would suggest you to restart all the b2b application.
To do this under the Netweaver Administrator -> Applications
search for b2b in application name.
It'll show you five result. Restart each of the application one by one and give it a try.
Since the exception seems to initialization error. If the above dosen't work, verify your changes and restart the J2EE engine.
Please let me know if any further help required.
Regards,
Prashil

  • CRM warning comes?why?

    dear friends,
when i am login SAP B1 , found this warning.
module< CRM service user (stand alone)> expired on <20080730>
    why this is comming?
    regards,
    mahesh

    Hi Kisna
Go to Administration > License > License Administration and select the components TAB. Check the CRM licenses and the others for expiration date. Is this a live company database? Have you applied for the correct number of licenses? If you request a new license file from SAP and the number of licenses is different to the details kept by SAP, the license file will be limited to 2 weeks giving you a chance to rectify. Also, if you have previously requested a license and select new system instead of changing the existing license info, the same 2 week license will apply.
Let me know when you requested the license file and if you have selected a second one at some point in time.
    Kind regards
    Peter Juby

  • To trigger CRM COND COM BADI

    Hello All,
We have a requirement. While creating an internet order a user can enter a promo code, when a promo code is entered then this value should be passed to IPC to fetch the condition records. During the implementation phase customer decided not to activate the campaign management.
To achieve this I created a custom field on header . when ever a user creates an internet order and passes the promo code while providing the item details the com condition badi is triggered. Now when user enters the item details and presses enters after getting the price if usr enters the promo code the BADI is not triggered as SAP has restricted the call to this BADI due to performance issues.
I am thinking of extending the item structure by custom field using EEWB and try to trigger the item change. Because the com condition badi is called only when there is any change in the item.
Has anyone worked on this situation before if yes could you please provide me the details.
Is there any other way we can trigger the com condition badi.
    Thanks and Regards
    Sohit Gulati

    Hi Sohit,
Scenario 1: Condition table created based on the promocode standard field.
    1. how are you Accessesing the Condition records from the Condition table. is it a standard field or a custome filed (which you created for promocode).
    2. if it is a standard field in the condition table, you should pass the custom field value to the standard field using this BADI for this structure CRMT_ACS_I_COM appropriate standard field.
Scenario: 2 Condition table created based on the promocode custom field.
    1. if the Condition table created by using ur custom field, then Check whether that Custome Field is avialable in the structure CRMT_ACS_I_COM (Communication Structure: Item Fields for Condition Accesses) . if is not generate a fieldcatalog for this field and this field will automatically updates the Structure and no need to implement the BADI also.
    regards,
    Kumar.

    Hi Jai,
    Rather than starting a crmb2b or crmb2c.
    Regards,
    Prashil

  • Pcd object "com.sap.pct.crm.core.valuehelp" cannot be accessed

    Hi dear gurus,
    We need your help.
We are a company working with CRM 5.0 Sp 15 on EP 7.0.
    We have this problem:
One of the BP's tabs shows the Marketing Attributes in the standard way: first of all you have to decide the attribute set ("Add"), then you have to choose the attribute ("Add" in the attribute section) and at last you can choose the value for the attribute.
This works well in dev and qas, both through the portal and through the PCUI web pages launched by a link in the sapgui.
This also works in the production environment, but ONLY if launched through the SAP GUI's web app (without the portal's intervention)
The problem is that, in the production environment, when we click on the value list of the attribute set IN THE PORTAL, we receive an exception of this kind:
    [EXCEPTION]
com.sapportals.portal.prt.runtime.PortalRuntimeException: Access is denied: pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.crm/com.sap.pct.crm.roles/com.sap.pct.crm.core.defaultservices/com.sap.pct.crm.core.valuehelp - user: TEAMDEVEL, TEAMDEVEL
We have re-created the role copying it from the QAS environment, we have linked a new user to it but we still have the problem.
Is the user lacking a portal authorization in the production system? What would it be? Shouldn't it have been fixed by the recreation of the role and of the user? Any ideas?
Thank you very much for your precious help...

    Hi Giovanni,
It looks like a permissions issue, you might want to refer to the permissions of
    1. The role that you are creating, see to it that you have everyone group assigned to it and enduser checked.
    2. As you are connecting to CRM system, you might be have created a system using which you are accessing the CRM system, check for the permissions of that as well.
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers,
    Sandeep Tudumu

  • SAP CRM 7.0 Standart B2C web Catalog Product prices are not shown

    Hi CRM web channel Gurus,
We have done all XCM configurations in terms of 'b2c, isauseradm, shopadmin and ipc' components accordingly. Our catalog replicated to TREX successfully that is used ZB2C pricing procedure from ECC all condition replications are well done. On GUI, we can see the ECC condition on the product master data with tcode COMMPR01 unfortunately on the web we can not see the prices of catalog products.
Moreover after adding  a product to shopping basket through completion of the order process then pricing procedure calculates true price that both seem on the web and tcode CRMD_ORDER in terms of checking out ECC conditions.
Is there any missing customizing IPC entries on XCM or RFC destination error on Middleware Parameter in terms of SAPCRM_SPC parameters. Could you please help in order to solve this issue?
all your answers help will be appriciated.
    Thanks in Advance
    Fahrettin

    Hi Mark,
In the Shopadmin for our shop that we are using IPC pricing for the Product catalog
That's exactly true that all of the products condition data are shown 0,00 in terms of enable pricing analysis in the XCM this should allow you to see the Condition data that is resulting in the 0,00 price in the webshop. How can I show the true condition data that is resulting without 0,00 accordingly?
    I I have also checked transaction SM53-VMC log display that checked out the logs there is no error log for 1 week on there and the last error log shown below;

  • Crm 7.0 webchannel ,define catalog type query

    Hi all,
m facing a problem in webchannel (crm),if any of you can guide me in this regard, i would greatly appriciate it..the problem is :
While performing "define catalog type" ,under the "Folder Template" tab when m trying to assign my newly created AREA & ITEM m getting the message "no values selected, maintain entries" & when i click yes m getting a window "choose customizing project". There is a button stating "continue w/o specifying project", if i click on that its taking me to "Define template for forlder" under basic functions in spro crm.I have already maintained folder for area & item which are saved then why are they not showing when m pressing f4.
    regards,
    Nitin

I am assuming that your requirement is to create a new catalog type
Normally, the CRM system comes with few standard catalog types - such as, AUTO and MANU. These catalog types usually have the respective "Areas" and "Items" predefined. For example, the Catalog type MANU has MANU-AREA and MANU-ITEM. The message here is, the standard system does come with several values predefined for these configuration tasks.
Now, coming to your requirement, if you don't see any standard values in your configuration steps, then there is some issue you should look into.
In your case, since no standard values are available for the "For Areas" and "For Items" - which actually should be in CRMD_KW_TEMPL table, I think you have to check if everything has been done correctly as far as the upgrade transport or installation transport goes.
What is the version of CRM are you in? Though the following note is old, it is worth investigating.

We also updated our ERP's OS to Windows Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008R2.
The Java side is a Developer Workplace installed on Windows XP.
I have checked t-code WWM3 and ERS300_001_001 is there and there is data in it.
I checked SRMO and the indexes look fine as well as TREX. ( I have also deleted and recreated them)
All the connections seem good between ERP and TREX.
There are no short dumps or errors in ST22 or SM21.
ST11 doesn't have any error logs that I can see when I am trying to connect from B2B.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thank you,

The issue was with the TREX configuration in Visual Administrator.
    From Visual Administrator:
Server -> Services -> TREX Service
    Then change nameserver.address to tcpip://<host>:<port>

  • CRM Table for finding Partner Function for a Sales Order

    Hello everyone,
I am trying to retrieve Ship-to-Party Customer Number for a particular Transaction (Sales Order) from a SAP CRM table.
In SAP SD we have a table VBPA for the same.
I would like to retrieve the same either from a single table if available or multiple linked tables in SAP CRM.
I tried to link CRMD_ORDERADM_H & CRDM_PARTNER to retrieve the data .. But it dint work.
I am new to CRM .. so Gurus, please share ur insight.
    Thanks
    Vin

    Hi,
    Select GUID_SET in table CRMD_LINK where GUID_HI = CRMD_ORDERAMD_H-GUID.
Use the GUID_SET to select data in table CRMD_PARTNER.

  • Several clients in CRM PCUI.  Problems reusing the same iView for ValueHelp

    Hi, all:
We are implementing a new scenario with PCUI (based on Case Management) and using the client number 400.
The problem is that this is the second scenario because there is an already customized scenario using client 200 of the CRM server and the same EP.
      These are the symptoms:
    a) Launching the application from the SAP_GUI (like a CRM BSP Application) the main screen and the value helps (pop-up windows) are working correctly.
    b) Launching the application from a newly create BSP iView, the main screen appears correctly; but the pop-up windows are not working.  These are the issues i have seen:
1.- The system object with the system alias SAP_CRM points to client 200.
2.- The iView that is called when the value help is clicked has the value SAP_CRM as the system alias.  And it is accessing client 200 even thought the URL parameter sap-client=400 is passed to it.
I tried a workaround copying standard iView located in:
    pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.crm/com.sap.pct.crm.roles/com.sap.pct.crm.core.defaultservices/com.sap.pct.crm.core.valuehelp
to another location in Portal Content and changing the parameter system alias to SAP_CRM_400 (which is a correct system object pointing to client 400).  But i don't know how to configure the search to use this iview instead of the standard one.
Can anyone help me with this workaround or with other solution to this problem?
    Thank you,
    Fran

  • Custom Application in CRM 5.0 SP13

We have made changes as per note 1017761 to get a custom application working ...
In the attached file I have made a summary of the errors related to
    the "sap.com/home~syn_crm" application.
Overall we have 3 missing references to classes or classes definition
    - we have to check again the project and what jars are added to the
    project.
And one JNDI error, for making a lookup by name: "SAP/CRM/b2b".
All those errors I think are caused by wrong project construction, that is:
wrong references or jar files not added to the project
    wrong project xml configuration files

  • Custom report Fetch XML error in CRM 2011 online version

When i am trying to connect to my online CRM 2011 server below error appears
Unable to connect to data source 'DataSource1'.The connection to server "https://{my org name}.crm5.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc"
could not be established. Make sure that the connection string and credentials are correct, and try again.
I also tried as per Abhishek Agarwal MSFT suggestion as
    1. Make sure that the credentials are correct.
    2. Try accessing the same URL through the web browser by providing the same credentials.
    3. Try enabling traces for BIDS and look for the detailed error logs. You can do this by creating the regular
CRM trace registry entries under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRMBidsExtensions or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSCRMBidsExtensions is you have a 64 bit
    machine.
but nothing happens, trace log is

First, please make sure you are using the right version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Report Authoring Extension
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=64a09b75-8376-4b9d-aea3-8a83a1837c4d
Second, please make sure the connection string is correct, for CRM online,
The connection string should be: <ServerURL>;<OrganizationUniqueName>;<HomeRealmURL>
In this connection string, only <ServerURL> is mandatory.

    Hello John,
It seems to be a permission issue. Just open the permission editor of the system and assign the everyone group to it. Select the checkbox corresponding to end-user. save it.
    It will solve ur problem.

  • Template Designer - Using Word templates in CRM 5.2

Hi, I am trying to understand how to go about setting upp a crm 5.2 system for using word templates. I have trouble finding information about it. Does anyone have any link suggestions or knowledge about it which You can share?
    Thanks!
    Best regards Eva
Edited by: Eva Hamberg on Jan 11, 2010 11:46 AM

    Hello,
First of all I would recommend to implement all OSS notes for your CRM version. Search for application area "CRM-BF-COM". Example:
Note 1068364 - Office Integration fixes CRM 5.2
Then kindly check the online help for more information on how to use the template designer:

  • E-mail router (On-premise) to CRM 2015 (On-line) connectivity issue

    Hello Experts,
I was trying to configure e-mail router on my location environment (working on domain administrator credentials :)) to connect to CRM 2015 Online server (TRIAL version).
Unfortunately during "Load data" process ("Users, Queues and Forward Mailboxes" tab in E-mail Router Configuration Manager) I'm still getting "Access is denied" error.
"CRM Server address" I'm using is: “https://disco.crm.dynamics.com/orgname” ("orgname" is 100% correct, I've also tried "DEV" instead of "DISCO" address option) and "Access credentials"
specified are also correct (this is System Administrator user in my CRM organization).
I assume that the problem is somehow connected with user account, because when I’m trying to use some fake one (ex. "[email protected]") the error message is different ("GetAuthStateEx(), Request Status: ").
I was trying to use Fiddler to see problem source and I found that "Access denied" is return during accessing "https://disco.crm.dynamics.com/XrmServices/2011/Discovery.svc" URL.
Am I missing something? Should CRM account used by e-mail router have some additional permissions except "System administrator" role in CRM?
Any help will be really appreciated.
    Kind regards,
    Piotr

I've checked unique organization name on developer resources page many times (this is very common reason of many problems with e-mail router deployments).
Actually I'm looking at this name right now and it is 100% correct (only lowercase letters, no "strange" characters :)).
Today - the error message looks a little different.
I've checked above mentioned web service address ( https://disco.crm.dynamics.com/XrmServices/2011/Discovery.svc ) in IE and there is no problem with accessing it.
I'm wondering should this error be somehow connected with fact that our CRM online organization is TRIAL version or that it is 7.0.1 version (our e-mail router is 7.0.0)?
    Any other ideas?
    Best regards,
    PG
