If the code you are trying to enter has letters then you are not looking at a serial number. A serial number only contains numbers - 6 sets of 4 numbers.
Find your serial number quickly
You might be dealing with a redemption code. This is especially so if you purchased it from a store or the like.

Unfortunately, Adobe has quit support of earlier version. They have a version of AA9 Pro for Windows posted, but not for the MAC as I understand it. You can try Adobe Acrobat X (10) Pro, Reader, and Suite Direct Download Links | ProDesignTools, but again I can only find PC versions. Someone may drop by with a link or you might see if anyone locally has the CD (that you could get the install file from). You will still need to use your original S/N.

It should download and install. When you then first launch it and try to log into your CC account, it will ask you what to do. Then you can select to deactivate all other installs.

I was sold the Adobe suite for a Mac but I have a PC and I didn't find out until after registration.

I spent 3 years saving money for the adobe production suite to which I finally bought it and already registered the product to whicH I just found out that the product I was sold was for a Mac not a PC. the software i tried to unzip the file with the 7 zip program but i get a messege that there is a broken files during unzipping

Waleed.dajani you can download Creative Suite 6 Design Standard for Mac OS at Download CS6 products. The installer should accept both retail and volume license serial numbers.

Where can I download photoshop cs 8.0 I have the serial number from the case but I can't find the Cd that came with it. I can't find where to download the software for it so I can just enter the serial number and download the program.

I am trying to find at least the trial version so that I can enter the serial number that I have on the back of the case and activate the full version so I can get some work I need to get done finished. My laptop was thrown away after a flood in my basement and I believe the cd was still in it. I don't recall ever taking it out.

Forget your existing disc and serial number. They won't work.
Download the new non-activation version of CS2 (applies to CS owners as well) from
Error: Activation Server Unavailable | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3
Install then enter the new serial number provided at that link.
