COGS - Cost of Goods Sold account will be triggered once Post GI.
Movement type + Valuation area determines the G/L account-
check on OMWB- SImulation - Enter Plant, Mateial & Movement type
then based on inward/outward movements (modification/processing keys ) G/L account will be created.
Number ranges for GI will be assigned to doc type:WL in OBA7

    Hi,
    Delivery is created with reference to Purchase order for subcontracting, to view  the delivery check  in purchase order history it displays the delivery double click on the delivery.Check in VL02N.
    Delivery quantity are copied from Purchase order,
    To avoid over delivery in subcontract process in material master purchasing view there field called purchase value key which controls this.

    You can enable the log to see what's going. That will tell you the exact number of documets that failed.

    If your question is correct and if I understand it correctly, you are asking about a document type of PO, used by a Vendor to create for you...and receipts of such POs generated....To find receipts of such document, you wanted document type....if this is correct, it could be one of the follwoing:
    1) Either you have a work around solution if you are using standard SAP R/3 or ECC
    So, in your project there may be a document type created to let the vendor create POs for you ....for which there must  be a document type created...that you only can track it...to track it, there are many ways...you may find those out from first EKKO using user ID provided to external vendors to create POs for you.....Then run those PO#s from the result in ME2N or ME2k etc...by selecting appropriate selection parameters...(for example WE101)
    2) If you are using SCM solution of SAP, it may be supplier collaboration hub
    3) SUS - Supplier Self Service of SRM.....
    In all the above cases, you can still find the result as explained in STEP#1 above

    Hi,
    Does anyone know if it is possible to control which documents go up in iCloud? I plan to use my documents mostly for school so I like the idea of being able to save the documents on iCloud in case I forget to print a paper that I might need to submit or to e-mail myself a keynote file for a presentation. I have an iPhone so was hoping to use that with the iCloud in case of emergencies like that.
    However, Im not too thrilled about having other documents of a more personal nature to be uploaded on the internet, regardless of how "safe" it might be. Therefore, I was wondering if any one knows whether it is possible to upload just certain documents in iCloud and keep others from being uploaded? If so, how do I do this?
    I also like the ability of being able to hear whatever music I have on my Macbook Pro on my iPhone without the need to use the phone's storage or needing to sync the entire music library (i.e., get a particular song whenever I feel like listening to it while I'm on the go). Is this possible?

    hi mpera,
    Think of iCloud as any folder you got on you computer.  In order to have a file in it, you must save it there or copy there.
    There are only two different with a standard folder; first, for now you can only place iWork '09 file there and PDF (this should improve in time), second you don't have access to this folder by Finder but by the applications themselves.
    If you need to make other type of documents accessible from the web, you will have to think of third party software like DropBox.

  • How to find out which documents are linked to a graphic

    We're in the process of cleaning up our network drive by moving relevant files to a new drive and deleting duplicate or other unnecessary files. We have a lot of files and it would not be practical to do this migration in mass so we would like to do it piecemeal, deleting files as they are migrated to the new drive.
    In the past, if a graphic file was used in multiple documents, we would link the documents to the graphic, wherever the graphic was first stored (which has cause many problems). Moving forward we want to keep all the graphic files with the document that uses them (even though that will create multiple copies of the same file).
    My concern is that a graphic file in one folder may be linked to multiple documents and if we delete that graphic, when it comes time to migrate the other linked documents, it will be cumbersome to track down the missing graphic.
    Does anyone know an easy way to identify all of the documents that are linked to a graphic? Is there a Where Used script for graphics or something?
    We are using FrameMaker 8 on Windows XP Professional.

    I know of a Perl script that separates used from unused graphics: http://members.shaw.ca/philip.sharman/graphix/graphix.htm
    You will also need a Perl environment.
    We've tested this script with Strawberry Perl: http://strawberryperl.com/
    It is working, but you need to map network drives. It doesn't work with UNC paths.

    We have a scenario for Sales Return where the client requirement is to Cr the COGS account with same value as used in Sales Invoice.
    Month 1 , Material Std Price is 10$
    While posting GI in Sales Order entry is
    Cr Stock A/C 10$
    Dr COGS a/c 10$
    Now Return is posted in Month 2 , Material Std Price is 15$
    Requirement is to Post
    Dr Stock A/C 15$
    Dr COGS a/c 10$
    Dr Difference a/c 5$
    Where as Std SAP Posts Cr of 15$ to COGS only,
    Pls suggest any clue / userexit / badi

    Thanks for your inputs.
    we are implementing in pharma company. As per your suggestion the product which we are taking in as Return material is say for example a tablet which i cannot take in as dissamble production order which is not posssible.
    So a thought to enter as separate item. I know this will affect inventory. ANy suggestion for this.
    Because after tatking this as return item we have to book Incoming Excise invoice and then Credit memo to adjust the customer balance.
    Any suggestion how to follow the steps in SAP. Your help will be very useful.

    Sat is correct, the change log does not go down to that level.  The lowest level would be user, date, time.   I suppose if it was necessary, you could use a user exit to get the current IP and update a custom table  with the data.  I'm not really sure of the point though.

    Is there a way to tell which doc object is active? Or whether the Acrobat program is active or not?
    The situation is following:
    1. I have documents A and B
    2. When opened A starts an interval with app.setInterval("PROCEDURE();", 100)
    3. I would like the repeatedly run PROCEDURE-method to do different things depending on the active document (A or B)
    Can this be achieved using javascript? If there would be a method like app.activeDocument() that'd return the active document, then I would be able to distinguish between A and B, but I can't find anything of the sort...

    I'm sorry I don't seem to be able to describe the situation clearly. What I would like to do is the following:
    Doc A runs the following command when opened:

    ??? == How to get the title of the document that  has the focus? ('this.info.Title' doesn't work as described below)
    'this.info.Title' always returns the title of the document that runs the command.
    For example:

    Now when I open the console it prints A's title repeatedly.
    Then I open document B, it receives focus and becomes active. The console (that is now displayed on top of document B) still continues to print A's title.

    I read in the old blogs that preview thumbnails are not supported for excel files, Is this still the same in Sharepiont 2013 ?

  • What determines which documents are stored in the Cloud

    I have set up iCloud on my desktop and laptop.
    I had expected that all my Pages documents would be duplicated on both machines but this has now happened. I' assuming this is a failure of my understanding rather than a malfunction!

    Depends on your settings. If you go to Mail -> Preferences -> Composing -> Create Notes And To Dos In
    This is how it will work. Mine is currently set to be created on whichever section I'm under.
    At least for me it will also only save the note if there is data in it or it is the only note available on that account.

  • Which document outlines the new .jsp's for v7?

    In looking at the new object folder files, I noticed that some of them are gone and replaced with new ones, like "leafWrapper" is replaced with channel (I think).
    I've downloaded all of the available documents, ut cannot find one that outlines the screen layout like the old v6 documents that clearly showed by provider the files, where they were on the screen and how they were used together to construct the page.
    Maybe I'm just have a moment, but I cannot seem to find the equiv. for v7
