Hi really need help, on my iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 if I call someone and put them on speaker before the calls connected, the call will fail, and refuse to end call any ideas, been back to apple 3 times!
Really need help as both my iPhone 4 and iphone 5 have the same problem, if I call someone using speaker the call never connects, just "hangs". Then when I give up neither phone will end the call! Been back to apple 3 times and all handsets replaced but still no different!
Not sure if this Term is Relevant towards an iPhone but, my iPhone won't Post unless if it's plugged into a Charger.

for the past 13 weeks I get the message that "this phone has not been backed up on the cloud". However, every night it is connected to wifi, phone is connected to power, and the screen is locked. My ipad will not respond to anything and I can not reset it because itunes requires me to turn off find my ipad function in the settings page before it will reset. I can not get to the settings page. any ideas?
Try a hard restart. Press and hold both the Home and Power buttons until the phone restarts.

I have tried to put my iphone 5 into DFU mode and it powered off and it wont turn back on i have tried holding the home button and power button i didnt see the appple logo please help me.
If you've had it under a year, you're still in warranty - I would contact Apple (give them a call or go to a store).

Everytime I am in library, my cellphone doesn't have a signal. So my phone only gets wifi.
When I leave the library, my iPhone 5 doesn't search for a signal. It shows me "no service" until I turn on/off the airplane mode.
Then the phone starts to search for signal.
Is this my phone problem or the carrier?
Should I get a replacement?

Mozilla is open and 'responding' but remains minimized and refuses to work. Any idea how to fix it?
Furthermore, mousing over mozilla doesn't show a regular window, but a snippet of the top of one. I've restarted both mozilla and my PC multiple times, to no avail.
The Firefox window might be off screen. If you make Firefox active, even though you can't see it, and press the following keys, can you get the window maximized?

I had the same problem on my Mac Pro, iPad, Macbook Pro. Could not load iTunes, App Store or any support community. Called Apple Care and she asked if I had rebooted my router in awhile. I had not. Each of these would load half way and then just stop. She said iTunes and App Store could be stopped as they are different than my Discover or e-Bay accounts, which were fine. So during the 75 min call I pulled the power cord of the Netgear Wi Fi router, let it sit for 2 or 3 min and then replugged the power adapter. In about 4 to 5 min the sites started to load, although not displayed correctly. After quitting and re-starting the apps in question they are working fine again. But this has happened twice now in a 6 hour time period. So give it a try, but also give it a couple of tries.

I really need help because that's only phone i got.Just back from Genius Bar and two other people at my table had the same problem. Their 4Ss aren't charging either. One of them had a fried board according to the tech. At least my HW checked out OK. It just won't charge.
The tech tried to tell me that it was because my connector was corroded, which I told him was kind of a weak argument since evidence points to that the update has something to do with it.
They're seeing a lot of these and it looks like they already have a script.
Luckily I had enough juice left to recycle it for like $180, so I picked up a 5S with a new 2 year.
It looked to me like this is going to blow up pretty big. Like class action lawsuit big.
If you have an iPhone 4 or 4S, and you haven't updated it to iOS 7, don't for now. See if a patch comes out that doesn't brick your phone. Or get an induction charger maybe? Don't just update and expect absolutely no problems because too many people are having problems right now. -
Hello, i really need help. I had just updated my iphone 3gs to i.o.s. 6.0.1, and after I updated, it won't activate.I tried it in itunes and it always says " We cannot activate your iphone at this time..." and when I activate using Wi-Fi, it says, "Your iPhone cannot be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable." I could swear that my Wi-Fi is fine, and my Itunes is on the latest version. Is this a bad thing or does this normally occurs? Can I still fix this ? I'm so desperate to use my iphone cause I use it everyday for personal purposes. I sure would appreciate any tip or help . PLSSSS ! Thank you for that wonderful being that can help.
Do not take it to a third party repair shop - downgrading causes problems and voids your warranty.
I had to unlock it so that i could really use it as a phone.
And that is the root of the problem. Unless you had your carrier unlock it, it was hacked and cannot be legitimately activated. Even if you don't care about warranty or problems, downgrading simply will not help an activation issue. -

Don't know what you mean by "some time ago", but unless you activated Find My Phone and the phone is still on, the answer is no. (Even if you ask 3 times).

I updated to ios 6 on my iPod touch earlier and had the same issue. I think iCloud has been backing mine up though. I freaked out because all 500 of my photos were gone and my stupid self didnt do a back up... But then they all reappeared :..) Maybe i just got lucky? Good luck though..

hello everyone!my problem is a serious one:/ so,i got my iphone hacked about half an year ago and it has been making me problems recently,that's why i decided to remove my jailbreak!i went to the settings of the iphone and clicked erase data&settings,it didn't do anything,i did it twice-the same,no result.so i decided to upgrade my version to the latest which is 6.1.3 i think or 6.0.3.however,when i did half of the update,a picture appeared on the phone showing i must connect my phone to itunes,BUT there is 1 big problem here.my iphone port had been broken and i can't connect it with my computer,although it can charge in the computer port and normally!so,i don't really get why my itunes can't detect my iphone......i tried everything...i really need help or i am not going to have my iphone normally working again.....://////////

Your files are unaffected by a reset.. no reset via the reset button on the TC harms, deletes or does anything to your files.
The Factory Reset universal
Unplug your TC/AE. Hold in reset. and power the TC/AE back on.. all without releasing reset and keep holding in for about 10sec. The time is not important.. it is the front LED rapid flashing that indicates you are in factory mode.
Release reset.
If it doesn’t flash rapidly you have released reset at some point and try again.
Be Gentle! Feel the switch click on. It has a positive feel.. add no more pressure after that.
TC/AE will reboot after a couple of minutes with default factory settings and will wipe out previous configurations.
No files are deleted on the hard disk.. No reset of the TC deletes files.. to do that you use erase from the airport utility.
Here is how to do a fully manual setup for TC which is sometimes necessary with Mavericks in particular.
Airport Utility shows "unexpected error - please try again" when connecting to Time Capsule -
Need some help! My iPhone 4 cannot play music through it's built in speaker, only with headphones. I also cannot adjust volume, it only shows "ringer". I really do not know when it starts. I already clean the jack and dock,reset it and still cannot be fixed. I updated it to IOS 7.1.1 recently only, does it have connection with the inconvenience I am experiencing right now?
