  • Hide values for certain condition types in Quotation Saleorder and Invoice

    Hi All,
    I have written code to hide values for certain condition types in LV69AFZZ,
    this works fine in the ITEM LEVEL.
    But for the same condition types, I could not hide the values in the HEADER LEVEL.
    Unless I hide it at header level also, this is useless.
    Please guide me how to do it.
    Thanks & Regards
    Pradeep

    Hi,
    We have been using FORM USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION of LV69AFZz for item level & FORM USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KOPF of LV69AFZZ for hiding heade level conditions.
    I hope this helps,
    Regards

  • Hide value in interative report where it stored in DDIC table?

    hi,
    In interactive report, after hide , value is stored in SAP memory, and it also stored in one DDIC table, can any one tell me this DDIC table name.
    thanks in advance
    sarath

    Hi,
                   It will not be any of the DDIC tables.just Stores the content of the dobj variable with the current list row in the current list level. It will be stored in abap memory at the runtime.
                    Assoon as the report has been executed and u come out of the list it will be released.

  • Result row does not hide value

    Hi all,
    I have some calculated key figures that are using formula variables to get dates to do calculations on.
    Since summing up date values does not lead to anything meaningful, I selected the 'Hide' value in the 'Calculate results as...' section.
    However, the results row is still showing an 'X' in this column when I run the query.
    I have one calculated key figure for a date using this same method (formula variable from an infoobject) and the result row is hidden correctly.
    Does anyone have any idea on why the result row would still display even though it supposed to be hidden?
    Thanks in advance.

    result rows needs need to be suppressed for characteristic properties.
    in query designer , click on characteristics in your reports ( i.e  rows ) goto display property supress the result rows..

    hi gurus,
    we use costing based COPA. i have created a new value field and assign it to a  SD condition. but when billing, there is error, i check the system and found this value field has been actived but can not displayed in my operating concern. i want to transfer the value field to operating data structure with T-code KEA0. but failed. because it is actived in the column "Copy from". it is in our production system. very urgent. the following is the error message.
    Operating concern 6000 does not contain value field VV150
    Message no. KE891
    Diagnosis
    Value field VV150 is not found in operating concern 6000. This value field is nevertheless assigned to condition type ZD69.
    System Response
    The billing document cannot be posted to Profitability Analysis.
    Procedure
    Delete the assignment to condition type ZD69 for operating concern 6000. You do this in Customizing for Profitability Analysis underFlows of Actual Values -> Transfer of Billing Documents -> Assign Value Fields.
    your valuable point will be assigned.
    thanks in advance.
    Ivan

    You have to declare the l_lotno and l_batno as global variables.
    here they are local variables and their scope is withing the block in which they are defined.
    Declare them outside the blocks(Performs etc)

  • POWER PIVOT : VBA SCRIPT ON SLICER TO HIDE VALUES

    Hi,
    Can someone help in vba coding to assign to slicer in power pivot report.I have a slicer with blank values coming. i have to hide those blank values.  My Model is SSAS tabular model . Since the tabular model wont support outer join these blank
    values are coming in the slicer.
    ie, i have a column called "fact.measures " in fact table and have   two dimension tables  called dim.measures1 and dim.measures2( measures2 is a subset  of measures1) . The measures2.measures column have
    only 4 members  : budget,cost, revenue, margin where as measures1.measures have more values in addition to above 4 members.
    Iam joining two dimensions to the fact table. Since measures2.measures  have only 4 members in the column and fact have more members iam getting blank values in the measures2.measures  . Since i cannot have any other logic in the model only option
    is to hide those blank values in the slicer created on the measures2.measures.
    can someone help me with a vba code to hide this blank value. "Hide items with no values " in the slicer property will not work since these blank sell have values in the fact table.
    IAM USING 2013 EXCEL
    Hope you got an idea of the issue
    looking forward for suggestions and tips
    thank you

    Thank you for trying but it's not what I am after.  I understand how to use Slicers with pivot tables.   My question relates to Pivot Tables created using PowerPivot.   Directly under the Pivot Fields list on the right is a section where
    you choose what you want to pivot  i.e  Filters, Values, Rows, Columns.   These are standard with any pivot table.  When I watch videos on PowerPivot there are 2 additional options in the section.  Slicer Vertical, Slicers Horizontal.
     The video comments  they only show in when creating a pivot table using PowerPivot.  These 2 options are not there for me.  I don't know why. It maybe the version of office I am using which is Microsoft Office Plus 2013. I'd like them
    included.  Appreciate you taking the time to help.

  • Hide value of row-item(in crosstab Template) if same with previous row

    Hi,
    I've one custom crosstab using the following xml.
    group outside crosstab- GTOP - on M_KOG3_CONC
    row-item1 -> MARKT_LINE_CONC (group G1)
    row-item2 -> S2_SEGMENT2 (group G2)
    row-item3 -> RIM_IN_INCH (group G3)
    datapoints - QTY_TIRE_SO_FTP, SHARE_FITTED_TIRE, POLICY_FITTMENT_FTP
    end G3
    <subtotal on S2_SEGMENT2> end G2
    <subtotal on MARKT_LINE_CONC> end G1
    <grand total on M_KOG3_CONC>
    end GTOP <split by page break>
    Now for M_KOG3_CONC=574, for MARKT_LINE_CONC='R02: CES - New Tire' and S2_SEGMENT2='CP20: Corporate PKW', 3rows will come for 3 RIM_IN_INCH values. I want to display values of S2_SEGMENT2 and MARKT_LINE_CONC and top-border of the cell only when it changes ie when a group starts.
    Cell top-border I couldn't display conditionally. For the value, in formfield of MARKT_LINE_CONC and S2_SEGMENT2 I used
    <?xdofx:MARKT_LINE_CONC "third_bracket"not(.=preceding::MARKT_LINE_CONC)"third_bracket"?>
    <?xdofx:S2_SEGMENT2 "third_bracket"not(.=preceding::S2_SEGMENT2)"third_bracket"?>
    but it hides MARKT_LINE_CONC and S2_SEGMENT2 value for second set of M_KOG3_CONC(=550: INDEP. SMALL) as MARKT_LINE_CONC and S2_SEGMENT2 are coming common from previous M_KOG3_CONC(=574: CHARTERWAY).
    Can anyone please give me alternate form field code satisfying this requirement.

  • Hide values in URL, passing data between two webdynpro(ABAP) applications.

    Hi
       When transferring the data between two webdynpro applications,  How to hide the values in URL.
    Example : First application is using for login
                    Second application is for some transactional screens.
    Based on first application login data second application should trigger. When passing the user id and password thru URL every one can see the user name and password at internet explorer, so how to hide that user name and password in URL.
    Thanks
    Murali Papana.

    Hi Lekha,

        HAS_SCROLLBARS = ABAP_TRUE
        HAS_STATUSBAR  = ABAP_TRUE
        HAS_TOOLBAR    = ABAP_FALSE
        HAS_LOCATION   = ABAP_TRUE

  • Hide value in prompt ?

    Hello,
    I am working on a report in Webi XIR2 SP4 and I would like to hide the value for a special prompt during user is filling in it like a password : is it possible to replace characters with points ("****") for exemple ?
    I see that something like tihs exists in Crystal Report but I found any options about it in Business Objects / Web Intelligence / Designer.
    Do you have an idea ?
    Thanks for your answer.
    Bests Regards.

    you can find this in the help of the universe designer.....
    see this,,,,,,
    good luck

    @Prompt
    You can use the @Prompt function to create an interactive object. You use a @Prompt function in the Where clause for an object. It forces a user to enter a value for a restriction when that object is used in a query. When the user runs the query, a prompt box appears asking for a value to be entered.
    @Prompts are useful when you want to force a restriction in the inferred SQL but do not want to preset the value of the condition.
    You can optionally define default values for prompts. A prompt containing default values behaves in the same way as a Web Intelligence prompt with default values.
    The syntax of the function is as follows:
    @Prompt('message','type',[lov],mono/multi,free/constrained/primary_key,persistent/not_persistent, [{'default value':'default key'[,'default value':'default key',...]})
    The syntax is described in the following table:
    Syntax  Description
    'message'  Text of the prompt message. The text must be enclosed between single quotes, for example, 'Choose a Region', 'Pick a time period', or 'Choose a showroom'. The text appears in the prompt box when the query is run.
    'type'  Data type returned by the function. It can be one of the following:
    'A' for alphanumeric
    'N' for number
    D' for date
    The specified data type must be enclosed in single quotes.
    lov  List of values (optional). You can specify two types of list of values:
    Hard coded list. Each value is separately enclosed in single quotes and separated by a comma. The whole list is enclosed in curly brackets. For example, {'Australia', 'France', 'Japan', 'United Kingdom', 'USA'}.
    Pointer to a List of Values from an existing object. You invoke the target lov by double clicking on the object containing the lov that you want to use in the Classes and Objects panel. This gives the Class name and the Object name, separated by a backslash. It must be enclosed in single quotes. For example: 'Client\Country'.
    mono  User can select only one value from the list of values.
    multi  User can select multiple values from the list of values.
    free  User can enter a value, or select one from the list of values.
    constrained  User must select a value from the list of values.
    primary key  Use the primary key parameter with "free" or "constrained". The user enters a value or selects from the list of values. If the primary key parameter is present, the entered or displayed value is not used to generate the query. The associated key value from the Index Awareness column is used.
    persistent  When refreshing a document, the last values used in the prompt is displayed by default.
    not persistent  When refreshing a document, no values used is displayed in the prompt by default.
    'default value':'key value'  The default values parameter is used to define default values presented to the user.
    You can define multiple default values.
    The syntax for each default value is: u2018valueu2019:u2019keyu2019.
    The colon ( is the separator between the value and the key.
    When refreshing a document these values are displayed by default but if the persistent option is set, then the last values used in the prompt are used instead of the default values.
    If you specify the primary key parameter in the prompt definition, then you must provide the key value(s).
    Note: For each of the optional parameters, if you omit an argument, you must still enter the commas as separators.
    Example: Using @Prompt to restrict countries
    The object Country returns values for the countries of resorts. If you want to restrict the returned values to resorts for only one country, you would need a separate object for each resort country in the universe. However, using the @Prompt, you need only one object as follows:
    The user is prompted to enter the name of the country, and the returned values are the resorts from that particular country, as shown below:
    When a query is run in Web Intelligence, the following prompt box appears:
    Example: @Prompt syntax with default values
    @prompt('Enter value(s) for Customer with IA:',
    'A','Customer\Customer with I A',
    Multi,primary_key,{u2018Bakeru2019:u20191u2019,u2018Brendtu2019:u20192u2019})

  • Hide values to be displayed along Y-axis in line graph

    Hi friends,
    I need to generate a line graph using Oracle reports. But the values along y-axis should not be displayed. Can anyone help me how to hide displaying values along the y-axis
    Thanks,
    venkat

    Venkat,
    I am not sure if it can be hidden. I will update this thread if I find something. But for now, what you can do is, create a Rectangle over the y-axis values. Change the background color of the rectangle same as graphs color, and line color as 'No Line'. It will hide the values.
    Hope this helps.

  • Variable exit not taking multiple single values...urgent pls

    Hi BW Guru's
    I have created an variable exit where the variable represents mulitple single values.
    In the customer exit when i trying to populate mulitiple values and move it to e_t_range it is not taking multiple values. I have also observed that it is a line item type. I want to know if there is anyway out since it is an urgent requirement. Any help would highly appreciated. I shall also award points accordingly. Thanks.

    Hi Anil,
    Thanks for your prompt response.
    I guess i am missing out some thing.
    The scenaio is like this I want to hard code some values which have to be removed from the selection hence I have created the variable  with multiple single value variable and I have removed (unchecked) ready for input as it is not required. After your suggestion I have also made it mandatory but after running the query I am getting a message Abort no value determined. I have written this code under if i_step = 1.
    My code goes like this….
    DATA: BEGIN OF I_SO_VENDNO occurs 0,
            SOURCSYS TYPE /BIC/TZSO_VEND-/BIC/ZSOURCSYS,
            ZSO_VEND TYPE /BIC/TZSO_VEND-/BIC/ZSO_VEND,
            TXTMD TYPE /BIC/TZSO_VEND-TXTMD,
          END OF I_SO_VENDNO.
    select * from  /BIC/TZSO_VEND into table i_so_vendno.
      loop at i_so_vendno where TXTMD CS 'GREAT LAKES'.
          l_s_range-low = i_so_vendno-zso_vend.
          l_s_range-sign = 'I'.
          l_s_range-opt = 'NE'.
          append l_s_range to e_t_range.
          clear: e_t_range, l_s_range, i_so_vendno.
      endloop.
    Want to know if I am missing out something.
    Thanks.

  • Hide values on dashboard prompt and set defaults

    I have a prompt with 3 values,
    1) Year-Qtr
    2) Year-Qtr Start Date
    3) Year-Qtr End Date
    2 and 3 are constrained based off of what is in the Year-Qtr drop down. How can I get 2 and 3 to automatically have the values set and also be hidden to the user.
    Is this possible?

    Check this thread out for different ways of hiding dashboard prompts which is already posted in our forums:
    Hide dashboard prompts
    And regarding the populating the default values based on the value selected in the other prompt is not possible. The default value will always be a hardcoded vaule which can be in the form of presentation variable or sql results or an expression.
    Hope it helps
    Thanks

  • Order value for Contract(Urgent)

    Hi,
    I am loading data from 2lis_02_hdr, 2lis_02_itm, 2lis_02_scl datasources in to cusotmized cube.
    In the ITM datasource we have fields EBELN(PO Number), KONNR(Agreement number), and we have a filed NETWR(Net Order value) against the PO number.
    Here requirement is they want report which contain Target value(KTWRT), Order Value(NETWR) against Agreement no(KONNR).
    In the customized cube I consider Agreement and Agreement Item fileds as per requirment
    I have created query with the following navigations:
      <b>I restricted PO number with Doc type=WK (for Agrement number)
      selcted PO number in Rows
      selected Target value and Order value in columns.</b>
    In Query Output it is not showing Order value against the Agreement number,
    As we know One Agrement number can have more than One PO's but in datasource level he maintains Order value against PO number.
    So How will I get the Order value against Aggrement number..what calculations are required at what level..if routines required let me know the code in brief
    Thanks in Advance
    I will assign points for each reply..please help out this problem immediately..
