Hiding MobileMe Button on toolbar?

Is there anyway to hide the MobileMe button on my toolbar? There is no option
in the preferences.
I'll never use this service (nothing personal), and I'm a bit of a
neat freak when it comes to the icons I see on my desktop.
Any ideas?

Toolbar? Desktop? Sidebar? where exactly is this thing?
Did you go to Finder>Preferences>Sidebar, and deselect it (iDisk)?

1. Before calling REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY
2. Write this code :
data : excl type SLIS_T_EXTAB.
data : exclwa type SLIS_EXTAB.
exclwa = '&OUP'.
append exclwa to excl.
exclwa = '&ODN'.
append exclwa to excl.
3. Then while calling the FM,
pass this parameter also .
IT_EXCLUDING = excl
It will work fantastic.

-->First you have to set the pf status in your alv program by,
{FORM pf_status USING rt_extab TYPE slis_t_extab.
SET PF-STATUS 'FIRST'.
ENDFORM.                    "PF_STATUS}
-->Pass this Subroutine name in the Function module, Reuse_alv_grid_display's parameters i.e,
      i_callback_pf_status_set          = 'PF_STATUS'}
*-->Then doble click on that pf status,
From the menu bar, select Extras->Adjust Template->List Viewer,
This will give you the existing statndard gui status of the program*
->Then catch that function codes in the User command Parameter of the Function module Reuse.. i.e,
      i_callback_user_command           = 'COMM'
And make a subroutine of the name 'COMM'i.e,
FORM comm USING ucomm LIKE sy-ucomm selfield TYPE slis_selfield.
DATA: okcode TYPE sy-ucomm.
okcode = ucomm.
CASE okcode.
    WHEN 'REF'.
    CALL FUNCTION 'POPUP_TO_INFORM'
      EXPORTING

Cannot keep print button on toolbar

Since upgrading firefox I cannot keep the print button the toolbar. I can open customize and pull the print icon button onto the toolbar but it is not there when I open a new session. Ii have to drag it again. How can I keep it in place. This just happens on one desktop. I run another desktop and a laptop without this problem

Print the report where? On what printer? The server's printer?
Java code runs on the server. You can't affect the client's computer from JSP.
You can write javascript code which can call window.print() but that is working through the browser to display the print dialog box (as if the user selected file:print)

Hi, after executing the report result is being displayed.Now at this stage I want a button on the application toolbar clicking on which will allow a perform to get triggered.
I tried in following manner:
SELECTION-SCREEN: FUNCTION KEY 1.
*INITIALIZATION.
TABLES: SSCRFIELDS.
*MOVE icon_mail TO sscrfields-functxt_01.
*form SEND_EMAIL .
IF sy-ucomm = 'FC01'.
     PERFORM SEND_MAIL_ASSET_STATUS.
ENDIF.
But it's not ok.The above way is not working.
Please note: I want button on toolbar only after executing the report i.e. after result display.
How can I do this?

if you are using alv than just pass 3 values to function call
     I_CALLBACK_PROGRAM                = SY-REPID   " program name
     I_CALLBACK_PF_STATUS_SET          = 'STATUS' "PF-STATUS

When you press 'save' it tries to do a commit_form.
Before commiting the form, it checks for any errors which might occur at form level, block level or item level and does the commit only when it doesn't find one.

IPhoto to MobileMe: Button Does Nothing

I am using iPhoto 08 (version 7.1.4 371) on a MacPro with system 10.5.4. In iPhoto, if I select a group of photos and click the "MobileMe" button, or choose Share/MobileMe from the menus, nothing whatsoever happens. No dialog, no nothing. It just behaves as if I'd done nothing. Additionally, if I click the "+" button to create a new album, and choose the "MobileMe" button in that dialog, the controls in the dialog remain exactly as they were before. In other words, if I was on Album I still see the "Name" dialog; if I was on Smart Album I still see the dropdowns and +/- signs to add conditions, etc. I know I'm probably foolish to even try using this combination of products, but is there a way to upload photos from iPhoto to MobileMe?

Quit iPhoto and delete the iPhoto preference file ("your username" ==> library ==> preferences ==> com.apple.iPhoto.plist) and launch iPhoto and a new, clean default preference file will be created - reset any personal preferences you have changed and try again

4.1EA. Open Body button in toolbar does not work. In object tree click on some Package. Next - in toolbar click on OpenBody button. Body is not opened.

Ow, that's a bad one, good catch.
As a workaround the 'gutter blue arrow' hyperlinks DO work.
Once I DO manage to get the body open, the button works for me without fail, even after an application restart. And I'm able to open other package bodies. So I can reproduce this bug once, but only once.
Do you see the same?

Netlet -hiding EDIT button

Hi all
Is it possible to hide netlet channels buttons(edit,help etc).
I tried as per the custonization doc, and added piece of xml code
<Boolean name="isEditable" value ="false"> in the MyFrontPageTabPanelContainer/Netlet display profile xml under <Channel name="Netlet"><Properties> .....</Properties></Channel>.
Tried thro iPlanet Directory Server Access Management amconsole .
Still the change is not reflecting in the channel screen.
Where as when i added this above piece of code for all other channels under propery of each channel as specified in Customizing channels doc,those are working fine(hided edit button).
Any idea where to make change and how to get hide the edit button.

One workaround for this problem.
You can hide any buttons you want from any channel.
These steps show how to hide all the buttons.
- create a channel say "myNetlet" from netlet provider.
- set the channel title to "myNetlet"
Go to the dir /etc/opt/SUNWps/desktop/default/JSPTableContainerProvider and edit the file providerCommands.jsp, and modify the last line :
from :
<%=minMaximizeCommand%><%=helpCommand%><%=editCommand%><%=detachAtachCommand%><%=removeCommand%>
to:
<% if ( !(title.equals("myNetlet"))){ %><%=minMaximizeCommand%><%=helpCommand%><%=editCommand%><%=detachAtachCommand%><%=removeCommand%><% } %>
Clean the dir mentioned below which contains compiled JSPs.
/var/opt/SUNWps/https-<host>.<domain>/portal/tmp/_jsps/_etc/_opt/_SUNWps/_desktop/_default_en/_JSPTableContainerProvider/_html
and reload the page.
You can customize this logic as per your needs.

Hi, colleagues! Is there any way to remove "execute" button from toolbar on selection screen (in custom report)? I only found how to append custom buttons (using function keys).

Use EXCLUDING options of the SET PF-STATUS statement and insert the function code of the execute button into a internal table and pass it with EXCLUDING.

How to hide only pause button on toolbar in run time

hello,
I had hide all the buttons like run, run continuous, abort vi and others by navigating to VI Properties and unchecking the corresponding options.
when i run the vi, all becomes hide except pause button and i didn't find any option for hiding it manually as well as programatically.
can any one tell me how to hide pause button. i have an urgent requirement for same.

I am having a lot of issues but the big one is that my menu, buttons and toolbar keep greying out

I am having multiple issues and they all seem related to the menu/settings:
• Every time I start Firefox, my bookmarks toolbar is invisible. The box to display Bookmarks Toolbar IS checked but I have to disable and then re-enable it on the toolbar menu in order to get them to display again.
• "Tabs on Top" keeps defaulting to off. I check the box every time I run the browser, but every time I close it, it's back off again when I restart.
• I keep getting tabs that cease to be interactive. They are stuck open and I cannot close, move, or pin them. In fact, if I try to click on the tab, it selects the tab immediately to the right of it. It's like Firefox does not realise these tabs exist.
All of these are frustrating but I could handle them if this also wasn't happening:
• Periodically, all my menus and buttons grey out and I am unable to use any of them. I can't click bookmarks, I can't use my back/forward buttons, I can't access anything on the menus. I can still use the URL bar and interact with the websites themselves. It seems particularly prone to doing this while I am adjusting settings or toolbars which unfortunately I have to do a lot because of the aforementioned issues. I have not yet been able to use the browser for longer than 15 minutes before it happens. I am having to restart it constantly.
Potentially Helpful Information:
I have reinstalled Firefox (once as an upgrade, once I uninstalled the original one first) several times at home in hopes this would help, but it has not.
I am using Windows 7. (at work I am still running 2k and Firefox 4 works great)
The only addons I am using are Morning Coffee, Personas, Adblock and Noscript. I use them also at work with Firefox 4 without issue. They are all updated for the latest version. Additionally, disabling them makes no difference in the presentation of these issues.

If you are having that many issues, and if you have tried all five of the Five Rs, then what I would do is take it to an Apple store to the genius bar and let them look at it. It surely sounds as if there might be something wrong with the iPod itself, and if there is, and they can't fix it, they will give you a new one on the spot (assuming they have them in stock).

Find button on toolbar won't search current page

I'm having an issue with the Find button on the standard report viewer toolbar for ASP. When I enter a search term and click on find, it starts searching on the next page even though there are entries (several) that match on the current page.
I found one mention on the internet that says it only searches forward (if you search from page 5 you won't get the entry on page 2) which is fine. However, this keeps the user from searching from page 1 (for example) when they are on page 1. If this is forward only (and that was only mentioned on a site not related to Microsoft or Crystal) then shouldn't it still look on the current page?
Anyone else have this issue?

Yes. I'm using Crystal Reports for VS 2005 (ASP.NET). I don't see much written about this issue, but it sure annoys me, and my users won't like it either. Unless there is a better alternative, I'll remove the Find feature from the reports completely so that I don't have to deal with user complaints. They can use the browser Find to search a page at a time, or export the report and search using the exported format's application.

How to use icon instead of bitmap for image on button in toolbar?

I am trying to use an image that has a transparent background on one of the buttons on our custom toolbar in Adobe Acrobat.
In the past we have been using the following code with Bitmaps to display the image and it has worked perfectly:

Unfortunately, these bitmaps are not transparent and end up showing the white background instead of the transparent one.
I have tried using Icons and PNGs as my image but I have been unable to get anything to show up. Here is the code I am using to get the AVIcon:

I got it worked with PNG file. I got transparent backgrounds in toolbar and menus.
