If you have access to metalink you should following doc for references and search for RAC frequently asked questions. And you give reasoning why should you use Oracle clusterware and not other vendors.
What would you recomend to customer, Oracle clusterware or Vendor Clusterware (I.E. MC Service Guard, HACMP, Sun Cluster, Veritas etc.) with Oracle
Database 10g Real Application Clusters?
You will be installing and using Oracle Clusterware whether or not you use the Vendor Clusterware. The question you need to ask is whether the Vendor
Clusterware gives you something that Oracle Clusterware does not. Is the RAC database on the same server as the application server? Are there any other
processes on the same server as the database that you require Vendor Clusterware to fail over to another server in the cluster if the server it is running
on fails? IF this is the case, you may want the vendor clusterware, if not, why spend the extra money when Oracle Clusterware supplies everything you need to for the clustered database included with your RAC license. Note: With Oracle Database 10g Release 2, Oracle Clusterware can be used to manage application processes in the cluster (start, stop, check, relocate)

Why is it impossible to get in contact with Adobe to cancel a subscription?

This morning at 9.56 am UK time, I finally got hold of someone to chat about the impossibility of cancelling my payments for my daughter's subscription to Adobe's Creative Cloud. The chat case number was 214119558. As soon as I explained the problem, the Adobe representative said he would find someone else to chat with me. Instead of finding someone, he closed the chat. I tried again the Chat but it was not available. This is my second day of trying to chat, speak or even send an email to anyone at ADOBE. I have contacted my bank and asked it to cancel my debit card payments. They take place every month since July 2014 without my permission. At the same time I cannot find a way to cancel the subscription. HELP!

Adobe has been charging my bank account with the reference number ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE 044-207-3650 IE.
This reference number should be enough for you to trace the CC order.
Here is the history of my complaint.
In June 2013, my daughter took a subscription for the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year) subscription. The monthly payments of £15.88 came from my bank account.
After the subscription came to an end in June 2014, Adobe increased the monthly payment from £15.88 to £22.46.
From July 2014, Adobe has collected £22.46 per month for the months of July, August, September and November, or a total of £89.84.
Neither I or my daughter gave Adobe the permission to renew the one-year subscription.
Adobe must pay back to my account the money it took without authorisation.
As of today, my bank has cancelled the recurring monthly payment to Adobe.

I mistakenly ordered Adobe Premiere Elements 13 AND Adobe Photoshop Elements 13
TOTAL COST: $200 Australian.
There is no one to contact and no email address.

Thankyou ATR for your reply. Yes I just stayed waiting on the chat line
and eventually got a response.   I'd had the trial products for about 23
days and it kept asking me if I wanted to purchase and I thought yes, I was
happy with the program but still have a lot of learning to do.
I downloaded Adobe Elements 13, then saw Adobe Premiere Elements 13... so
being a typical female, I thought, this must be something extra good on top
of what I had ordered. I paid on 18th April but when I tried to register,
it wouldn't let me.   Got help chat then, they advised me to wait until the
trial had expired and the the two registration numbers would enter okay.
However biggest surprise of all was when I was in the camera shop today and
mentioned it to the man who ran an introductory one day course which I
attended on Elements; he informed me the Adobe Premiere Elements 13 was for
video!!   Horror, I never use video.
Anyway they informed me they couldn't refund part of the package, it had to
be the whole lot.   Don't know about the US/Aust dollar difference, but the
Adobe spksmn said it was $US1,899.   My receipt from them was for $200
Australian dollars... sounds odd. However, I told them I would be
downloading the Adobe Elements 13 ONLY when I reordered.

How to Skip weight data from Sales order for Higher level BOM material

I have maintained a BOM at Item level with item category group LUMF.
And the higher level item is not subjected for pricing and costing. While creating the higher level Item I did not maintain weight for it. Now when I create a sales order due to the incompletion log system is asking to maintain Weight details for higher level item also.
But I donu2019t want to maintain weight for that item nor I want to remove net weight and gross wt from incompletion log.
While creating higher level material with material type FERT and I have maintained LUMF and all things are normal. Also tell me do I need to select any different material type or do I need to go for different settings ?
I hope my query is clear. Please ask if query is not clear.

I do not know what a reference charactersitcs is,but there are all independant characeristics in terms of their values.
A guess it is because the VC data is changed after the sales order is created, the updated VC data is displayed properly only in VA02 or VA03 but other function modules fail to display the updated VC data.
I understand there is a relationship of instance -between sales order object and VC data object-which we need to update and then see the latest data.
Please let me know if anyone has debgged VA03 to know how the standard SAP program retrieves VC data in a sales order.

Is anyone else having issues with Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 since upgrading to Yosemite?

this is a common issue, greatly discussed on the Adobe forums. I was hoping that someone in the Apple community might have some information on this. Basically, since updating my macbook pro to Yosemite, Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and 12 do not work - they freeze or several tools do not work. someone suggested a workaround - to use a mouse instead of the trackpad. Contact with Adobe has resulted in nothing - they will not own the problem. Several people have contacted Apple tech support - they will also not own the problem. Anyone have any solutions or suggestions. Adobe's answer was to purchase their new version of PSE!!

Looking at the Yosemite forum, it is obvious that this is a very common issue. You might want to post in that forum for help and advice.

Keynote 08 Flash Export not compatible with Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro

Our company uses Keynote extensively for presentations. We also give presentations online using Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional (hosted, formerly known as Macromedia Breeze - <http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatconnectpro/>). Where as it's a great environment for online seminars (best I've seen), it fails dramatically when you upload a looping Flash file created in Keynote. I first tried this in Keynote '06 and now in '08.
When I tried in Keynote 06, the animation was three slides looping, synced to an audio track. When I tried in '08, it was one slide with (the new) animations looping over 20 seconds (or so) without a soundtrack.
I have some contact with Adobe, and this issue has been sent to their engineering department, but they seem to think there's something funky about the format of the file that Keynote exports. I'm trying to gather more data for them to investigate with.
Does anyone know what version of Flash Apple's export is most like? Do we have any specs on the file export format?
Has anyone tried using Flash exports in other Flash-using online environments?

I believe I figured it was somewhere between Flash 5 and Flash 6. I say this because while the resulting presentations could be opened in QuickTime (which only uses Flash 5) a better result would be achieved by viewing in the browser. Either that, or QuickTime's Flash 5 support isn't complete.

ME9F generates authorisation High level risks, why?

Please, advise why transaction ME9F - Message Output: Purchase Orders generates High level risks with such transactions as
MK01     Create vendor (Purchasing)
MK02     Change vendor (Purchasing)
XK02     Change vendor (centrally)
MIGO     Goods movement
ME54     Release Purchase Requisition
MI04     Enter Inventory Count with Document
ME28     Release Purchase Order
etc. As I understand this transsaction is used for view and printing of output. Why such risks as "Enter Purch Agreements & create/modify fictious Vendor " or "Ability to create a purchase contract and release PO" come up?
In what conditions such risks can be reasonable?

Looking through really old posts of mine I saw that I had given this question a brain-dead answer years ago. I seriously doubt the poster is still looking for a solution (I certainly hope not) :) Almost assuredly the problem is because of a mismatch in data types. TRUNC(s1.date1,'DD') won't produce a number but rather a date truncated to midnight. TO_CHAR(TRUNC(s1.date1,'DD'), 'DD') will produce a number. It's difficult to tell from the code what the poster is trying to do, so I can't tell if that's the answer.
P.S. I wasn't actually trying to bring this post to the top of the thread -- I was just editing what was clearly an incorrect answer.

Your problem is that she used your icloud ID to connect to icloud and thus had all your data synced to her device. Contacts are not saved in a backup to icloud, since they are stored independently in the Contacts section of icloud. If someone deletes them, they are gone. If you had them on the PC would they be available in some backup you frequently make of the PC?

High Level Complaints contact number?

I've got an issue that is turning into Groundhog Day which is covered in a different thread (service getting provisioned and that BT cancelling the order shortly afterwards, this is happened three times in two months now). I'm not getting any response on trying to escalate, so in effect BT's complaints procedure isn't getting followed making it impossible to get a deadlock letter allowing me to go to arbitration.
Does anyone have a current contact number for BT's High Level Complaints department? Not too interested in a postal address, BT are a telecommunications company after all and if the only way of contacting them is mail.....

High level contract and orders created with reference

Dear All,
The client is an integrated flat steel manufacturer. They have entered into quantity contract with high level products like for example Hot rolled coils + Cold rolled coils + Heat Treated plates 5000 T per month. There is no clear cut quantity breakup of each product. On monthly basis customer releases purchase orders with exact grade and dimensions. The requirement is to capture contact for 5000T and create orders with reference to the contract with necessary completion rule. Since exact break up of the high level products is not known controlling of order quantity to 5000T will involve lot of manual intervention. I was thinking in the contract we have high level material "X with 5000T and orders created with reference with actual materials like Hot rolled coils, Cold rolled coils and exact dimension/grade mentioned. Is this possible to have different materials in contract and order with enhancement?
Any other idea of fulfilling the requirements is welcome.

Go through EKPO there is a Table BANFN it will update when you create a PO with reference to PR
Do se11 > Table EKPO> CtrlShiftF10 > Assign any of PO no. in the EBELN > Execute > you will find BANFN table
it indicates Purchase Requisition Number. it will update when you create PO with reference to PR.

HDMI Audio not working on Q190 (along with all higher level Audio Formats)

Help, I have been given the run around via support, I cannot get the HDMI audio to work with my Pioneer Surround Sound, only the Intel display audio shows in control panel (Win 8 X64) and the RealteK S/P Dif port and it is not capable of supporting 7.1 sound or bitstreaming or DTS, Dolby HD, Etc. Tec support appears not capable of fixing the issue and wanted to send me to software support and pay. I have only had the machine for 4 days and it has never supported higher level sound.
Every other device I have (had or currently) connected to the receiver works just fine. I have to figure this out or return the machine, the audio is the most important aspect for me. Besides when you advertise 7.1 support the machine you sell should be able to do it.

I have had this Q190 with the Celeron CPU since last week and I am using XBMC Frodo and the HDMI is connected to my AVR Onkyo TX-NR809 and from the Onkyo to the TV. And the sound is 7.1 with PLIIZ. It works fine. I think it may be some driver problem because Realtek Audio which is in the Q190 works fine with the Win8 preinstalled. Realtek is kind of bad with driver because I lost my wifi after upgrading to Win 8.1. After a few days with no wifi, I found out that the driver was bad, yes it was a Realtek wifi driver but posted by Lenovo for W 8.1.
I have another friend who also just bought the Q190 and he reported no audio problem so I think it is just a matter of trouble shooting the drive and configuration. I do love the form factor of the Q190.
