Historical Report Time Range

Hello,
I'm trying to schedule a report in the historical reporting client, but don't seem to be able to specify the range of times that the report covers. If I choose to run the report once, I can specify a start and end date, but if I choose to run the report daily, this option disappears. It doesn't seem possible to schedule the report to run on weekdays and cover only the times that the contact centre is open. Is this the case?

Hi,
You can always schdule the reports on daily\weekly\monthly\once with the specific start time.
There is an option for every weekday also.

  • Agent detail report shows calls outside the time range

    Hi all,
I have an UCCX 7.0 SR5 call center. My problem is that the agent detail report is showing calls outside the defined time range on the historical reporting client.
Those calls start slightly after the end time difined in the HR client.
Is there any explanation for this behaviour?
    Best Regards,

    Hello Hatem,
I think that might be expected. In the Agent Detail Report the call start time is the time the call rang at the agent's extension and not necessarily the actual time the call started. So the report will show the call was really received within the time range but it rang the agent slightly after that time.

  • 0HR_PT_2 How to get back historical data for new report time type

    Hi All Expert,
We have implemented and using the 0HR_PT_2 extractor for the past whole year. The Delta is working. Recently, there is requirement to read more data from the ZL custer table, and more new BW Report Time Types are added to extract such data.
The delta doesn't pick up the the past whole year data of the new report time type that we added.
Do we need to re-initialize the load to get back those historical data every time when we add a new report time type?
    Please advice and Thx

P.s, all hidden files are shown in es file explorer as this backup folder was hidden originally. It has a '.' in front. So I'm pretty sure the folder it's gone, but as I've not erased my phone again, shouldn't the folder be somewhere in my SD card still and how can I find it using my Mac?

  • Waiting time report in Historical Reports tool

    Hi all,
I'm looking for a report over caller waiting time. I can't mange to find such report in the Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports tool. What shoul I look for?
    Best regards
    Kristian

There are two different types of Abandonded calls that you will see in reports. The first is an Application abandon call. Eseentially this is a call that comes in to your application, does it's treatment but is ended without the caller being marked as handled. This could be due to say, a redirect out of the system or the caller terminating abruptly.
The second is a Contact Service Queue abandoned call. This is fairly straight forward, when a call enters the queue but terminates prior to being handled by an agent the call is marked abandoned.
Some things to watch out for:
I see this a lot, using the Call Redirect step without the Set Contact Info Step (marking the call as handled).
Having a voicemail opt out in queue, say someone is waiting in queue for 10 minutes and you give them the option to leave a voicemail then terminate the call.
Any time you manually terminate the caller, depending on circumstances and your script, you should mark the call as handled.
Lastly, you may want to catch on ContactInactiveException. Wherein you can do some logic to determine if you want to mark the call as handled or not.

  • UCCX Historical Report Chart Time Units

I'm running a UCCX historical report that charts each agent's logged in time in seconds.  I'd like to make the report's chart as easy to read as possible. Is it possible to change that X-axis unit from seconds to hours instead?
    Thanks!

You'd have to modify the Crystal Reports file (.rpt) to do logic to change it. Otherwise, no, not that I am aware of.

  • Historical Report - export report in excel format

    Hi,
We are on UCCX 8.0 (SU2). We have an issue with Historical when we tried to export report in excel format, the report does not display in correct column. It's very confusing. We could manually correct (rearrange) the column label but it take lots of time as we have so many reports.
Is there anyway to fix this issue? Does anyone experience the same issue with Historical Report?
I attached the pictures for example.
    Thanks,

This type of behavior is a bug. I took a look in the bug toolkit and there are several defects filed against the Agent Summary report in 8.0 but not one that matches this behavior. I would venture a guess that a DE was sloppy when fixing another bug and introduced this on us.
You should open a TAC case on this. It is also possible that this defect already exists but is not public in the toolkit yet.

    Hello,
Check out this bug, as it matches your exact error message:
CSCef56507 - HRC/Call Custom Vars rpt does not allow Calling Number to be chosen
    http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/action.do?hdnAction=searchBugs
The only thing I'm not quite sure is that it supposedly affects CRS 4.x not 5, however I think you can try the workaround on the machine with problems and see how that works.

  • Historical reports - All available DB connections in use

    Hello all,
We just started receiving DB connection errors when trying to login to the Historical reports.
the error says: "All available connections to database server are in use by other client machines. Please try again and check the log file for error 5054"
However I can't see where anyone is logged into the tool. Is there a way to see who is logged into Historical reports? Also is there a way to kill sessions to Historical reports.
    We are on UCCX 7.0 (1) SR05_Build504
Thanks for any help that you can provide.

    NM stands for Node Manager.
You can got o Widnows Services and restart Node Manager( after hours. I know you mentioned that no one is logged in at this
time but somehow sessions are stuck and restarting NM should fix that.
Please also increase this value below. This would hopefully resolve the problem in furture.
Increased the number of "Max DB Connections for Report Client Sessions"
    field under tools >>historical reporting.

  • UCCX 9.0(2) Historical reports

We recently upgraded to UCCX 9.0(2) and now use the CUIC for historical reports.  So far it seems like a step backwards in terms of ease of use and flexibility in running various reports.
Our Call Center is open from 7 AM to 7 PM M-F.  I want to run a CSQ activity report that shows the number of inbound calls after 5 PM over the last 60 days.  Seems fairly straight forward, but have not been able to figure out how to capture this information.  I choose the absolute time frame of 4/23/14 to 6/23/14 (60 days) and then choose the starting time as 5 PM and ending time as 11:59 PM.  This gives me results that I know are not correct as the volume is extremely high.  I believe what the report is capturing is from 5 PM on 4/23 and running through 11:59 PM on 6/23.
Anyone know how to run report to capture the data I am looking for?  Thanks in advance.

It was working when using together with HRC? By any change it was a customized reporting?
If not mistaken there was a recent post on how to customize it to only capture calls during office hours and non office hour
    Thanks!

  • In IPCC express, last 4 month report i;m not getting in historical report. in report it shows blank.

    Hi all,
we are using IPCC express 5.0 with high availability and call manager 6.0.
Now i;m facing an issue in historical reports.i'm not getting last 4 month reportin the historical report and the report is blank.
when i troubleshooted, i checked for filter in scheduler file, logs and i couldn;t find any issues in that.
i observed in datastore control center, agent, historical, repository status is stopped in publisher and replication status also stopped. i tried to start it but it stopped again.
as per customer information, also agent phones are communicating with standby server not with publisher for last 4 months.
so i'suspect it is database replication problem for long time that is why i;m getting the report also for these 4 months.
please find the attachment for your reference..
please anybody can help me in this..
    thanks in advance..

I know this email is confusing and really hard to understand...perhaps now you will know how i've been feeling--lost and confused with all the mis-information, with a hit and miss phone, and out of time with all the 1 1/2 hr to 2 hrs EACH wasted on this issue.
On top of all this, I can't even find out how to file a complaint with anyone higher up than Customer Service.
I hate to tell you this, but you didn't write an email. You wrote a discussion post on the Verizon Wireless Community forum which is a public peer to peer forum. Unfortunately since you didn't mark your post as a question, the VZW reps that roam this community won't ever see your post. Before you re-post it, don't. Duplicate posts get removed from the community.
I see there were several missteps both by the reps and yourself in your post. First you should have insisted on returning the phone within the 14 day return policy period. Second which Samsung Galaxy mini model did you purchase? The S3 mini or the S4 mini? Did you do any research prior to deciding on this device. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter?

  • Historical reporting...reports are different?

I'm looking at 2 reports for a 24 hour period trying to figure out the total amount of calls handled by the system. The reports are:
Contact Service Queue Activity Report and Traffic Analysis.
CSQ Activity Report shows the number of calls handled, abandoned, and dequeued. Traffic analysis just shows 1 bar with total calls.
Even if I add up all the calls from the activity report, it doesn't match the number on the traffic analysis. What's up with this?
For example - Yesterday I had roughly 1475 calls including about 50 abandoned calls from the activity report. The traffic analysis shows 1741 calls.
    Any ideas?

    Hello,
Although there exists some bugs regarding Historical Reporting discrepancies, I've found that most of the times the differences are caused just because the different reports show different information.
For example, the differences between Traffic Analysis Contact Service Queue Activity Report might be because of this:
The Contact Service Queue Activity Report includes abandoned ICD calls. (This report counts an ICD call as abandoned if the caller hangs up while queued for a CSQ or CSQs). The IVR Application Performance Analysis Report includes abandoned ICD calls and abandoned IVR calls. (This report counts a call as abandoned if the call ends before it is answered by an agent or before it is marked as handled by a workflow.)
Another example are the the differences between Traffic Analysis and Called Number Summary Report:
The Traffic Analysis Report will show any new call received into the UCCX system. For example an inbound call from the PSTN will increase the TA report. This new call will also increase the Called Number Summary Report. However, let's say the agent transfers the call to another agent or back to the CSQ. This will add a second call to the Called Number Summary Report but will not increase the TA report.
I'm not sure if this will explain the difference on your case or all cases, but I've seen it's the one that confuse most people.
Please check this FAQ which explains each report and that description might give you an idea if the reports really show a discrepancy or they just show different information:
    http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/sw_ap_to/apps_3_1/english/admn_app/hist_rep/hradvch4.pdf
HTH. If you really think it could be a bug it would be better to open a TAC case.

  • CCX Historical Reports issue

    Hi everyone,
Hope everything is going ok. I have an issue with the Cisco Historical Report Tool with UCCX 7.0 Premium version. When I opened the tool I only see 3 reports. I only see the Application Performance Analysis, Traffic Analysis or Detailed Call by Call CCDR reports. Ive checked permissions and everything but Im not able to see the rest of them. Yesterday, I was able to see them.
If you have any ideas PLEASE let me know
    Thanks for your comments.

    Hi
Firstly I'm assuming you've sanity checked that the server/client PC times are correct, user is entering sensible time/dates, and sensible filters?
    Does this affect all reports?
I've seen this happen when replication fails; sometimes putting in the other server IP when you run HRC may turn up the results. Maybe try that?
Also go into Appadmin/System/Datastore Control Centre and report back the status of the replication - primarily the Historical datastore.
