How can I buy a U.S. market Apple computer and have it delivered to Taipei?

I am a U.S. citizen living in Taiwan. I would like to purchase a U.S. market Apple computer and have it delivered to Taipei. What is the best way to do that?
Second question: Do I need to do that? If the hardware is exactly the same from region to region (not sure if this is the case,) then I could buy a computer from a local Taipei Apple store. My first language is English, so I would want a computer designed for the English-speaking market.

They are the same except possibly for the keyboard, so there is really no need to go elsewhere than the local store if you can get the keyboard version you want. In Taiwan most users probably want a keyboard with Chinese characters on it in addition to the usual QWERTY letters, but they may well sell the US version. I suggest you check it out directly yourself.

I understand what that's like, believe me. And adding problems with an Apple product really adds insult to injury. Trust me, calling them when the lines are open will be really good. They're very nice, and from my own experience they've always found a solution for me. When you're frenzied it's sometimes nice to talk to a person instead of fill out a form. It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

No, sorry. You cannot transfer an iTunes credit to another Apple ID.

Search history is a term generally referring to what sites you have visited via your browser (e.g. Safari)
To see your Safari search history just open Safari and go to the top menu and select from Show History from the History

The only way to get passed that and to use that iPhone is to ask the previous owner to remove it from icloud.com in the Find my iPhone section.

If the previous owner is not present
Make sure the device is powered on and connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Then contact the previous owner and ask them to follow these steps to remove the device from their account:
Sign in to their iCloud account at www.icloud.com/find.
Click All Devices to open a list of devices linked to their account, then select the device to be removed.
Click the Erase button to erase all content and settings from the device. When prompted, don't enter a phone number or message. Click Next until the device is erased.
When the erase is complete, click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device is erased and removed from the account, you can proceed with the device setup process.

You can't sign in because there is nothing to sign in to. For PSE 10 the only sign in was to photoshop.com, which has been dead and gone for a year and half. Just skip the sign in. Reinstalling will not change this.
