How can I contact Toshiba service via email?

I have faced big problem after updating bios from toshiba website.
i asked for help but it seems my problem is to complicated.
So how can I contact with tosiba engineers?
The Bios 1.30 is far away from perfect.

Satellite A110-275
Part Number : PSAB0E-00T00TEN
graphics adapter intel gma 945 up to 128 mb.
Recently I updated bios from 1.20 to 1.30 and after restart I lost 64 megabytes from "graphics card capabilities".
So after updating bios my computer is much weaker. why? how can i get back 128 mb memory on my intel gma 945 ??
by the way. It's possible to manually edit any file and configure gma 945 capabilities up to 256 mb? I have a lot of ram and I could use it for games, now i can only use 8-64mb.

According to some postings in this forum, you have to contact the Toshiba service partner in your country if you have some problems with the hardware.

If you look on the Repairs & Servicing area you will find a link Find an Authorized Service Provider There you will find a database with whole ASP worldwide.
But telling truth I dont think that there is an problem on your notebook but I will write more in your first posting what you have posted in the Satellite area.

Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Sounds like the phone was hacked to unlock it originally. Find out what carrier it is locked to, and look up their contact information using google or the search engine of your choice.

You must know that you cant contact Toshiba. Thats not a contact person if you have problems with your notebook.
If you have several problems you can ask here in forum and discuss with other Toshiba users or you contact an authorized service provider. The technicians can repair your notebook if there is a hardware problem and you can get spare parts from them.

Can I contact a store via email to commend a staff member?

I went into the store in the Grosvenor shopping centre in Chester today to discuss upgrading my phone, I used greeted by a friendly assistant ( I'm sorry but I didn't catch her name) who then passed me over to Mike. His customer service was exceptional, friendly and helpful he transferred all of the information over from my current phone to my new one and it could not have gone smoother. I would like to be able to contact the store via email to pass this feedback on, Is there an email address available for them?

I tried by phone but the automated voice is broken and extremely frustrating. All i want to do is get another package sent so i can send my ipod off for repair/replace but so far apple have messed up in 4 different ways.
1 - Not Repairing the ipod in the first place even though they claimed they did
2 - Putting a sticker over the freepost code making impossible to send via freepost
3 - Not having an onscreen option to cancel or resend empty package
4 - Voice "recognising" automated answer machines on the support phone number
havent got to 5 yet but i predict there will be.

yes, I have indeed spoken with 28 different customer service rep.s, today is the 29th. and yes, i do not agree with the answer i am getting. I purchased a new phone in september, it is not functioning, and has not been, "fatal error" per tech support. they have finally sent me a replacement phone, and i received it a day and a half after it was "guaranteed" to arrive. the replacement phone is refurbished, i paid for a new phone, i would simply like to have a new phone to replace it. or a refund to equal the difference in price btw purchasing a new phone vs. used.. i do not think i am being unreasonable, however, there are many people who read and reread policies on the phone. there is no way to contact the same rep. twice, so that one does not have to explain themselves again. no way to email anyone. the worst customer service i have ever dealt with ever.

I am also looking into using sockets (creating a socket server in Premiere) from my HTML5 panel, but am also getting "Socket is not defined" when running it in the context of Premiere.
I think you are mixing up the Javascript engine that is in CEF (Chrome Embedded Framework, which runs the Javascript in your HTML panel), and CEP (Common Extensibility Framework, which runs JSX code). The Socket class in question belongs to the CEP side of things. so the lack of it in CEP doesn't mean that you can't use web sockets (if they were supported) in the CEF side.
I am fairly certain jQuery doesn't do sockets, so it would be an XmlHttpRequest if using jQuery.
