Attach it to the message. An attachment is an attachment -- if it is displayed or not by the recipient's e-mail client is not under your control.
You can zip it (compress it) before sending it; if it's text, you should zip it anyway; if it's JPEG, zipping will not reduce the size (in fact, it's even possible it may increase it slightly), but most e-mail clients do not display what's inside a zip archive.

How can I stop from second window opening small in Safari and browser bar floating in and out like the dock?

Every so often I will click on a link in safari and it opens a second window. It opens it small. I can click the two diagonal arrow in the upper right hand corner and go to full view but then the browser bar at th top and all the Safari stuff like file, edit, view, history etc float up out of site. Much like the disappearing dock I can get it come back by going up by it. This is very frustrating. I have fixed it in the past but each time it is very difficult to find out how to do it. First why does this start happening? and if it does how can I get it to go back to the normal way? I will then bookmark the answer so I will be able to fix it quickly if it happens again.

I may not have called things the proper name. I am re-wording this now. Hopefully this makes it clearer.
Every so often,(3 times in 4 months), I will click on a web site and a new window will open much smaller than the standard window. I can enlarge the window by click the two arrows in the upper right hand corner but the menu bar disappears and reappears if you hover over it. I tried what some said above and when the window was small dragged it to the same size as the window under it, menu bars all visible. I closed that window and reopened it and it opened small again. I can go for several weeks and all additional windows open the correct size and with menus visible, then it goes into this mode. Everything running Lion 10.7.2 and Sarafi 5.1.1
I straightened it out one time or got it to stop doing that but don't remember how I did it. My husband fixed it the second time and he isn't around today. Anyone able to help?

    I am going to make a new packaging for a product my company is going to launch next month. The packaging is cylindrical in shape and made of paper twisted and wound around a cylinder.
    I have completed the label in Adobe Illustrator and it is a square image. Now I want to design the label in a twisting shape that wounds the cylindrical container just like the pringles chips paper container label.
    Please give me some tips or instructions that can help me design the label in my desired form. Thank you...

You may, based on the cut version showing a cut that starts and ends at the corners (Smart Guides are your friends):
1) Create the full label going all the way round, as the basic rectangular/square shape (works with both a rectangle and a square, the latter just having the same width and height), with all the artwork;
2) Decide the number of cuts;
3) Create a straight slanting path from the top left corner (you may use the Line Segment Tool) to somewhere further right at the bottom, then with the Reference Point in the Transform palette set to top left change the W value to the total width of the rectangle divided by the number of cuts, this will give you the right angle;
4) Move a copy of the straight path from 2) to the right by its W value;
5) Select both straight paths from 3) and 4) and Ctrl/Cmd+J to join them thereby creating a parallellogram with twice the W value from 3)/4);
6) Move copies of the parallellogram to the left and right by the W value from 3)/4), repeating until you have more than covered the original rectangle;
7) Leave the leftmost parallellogram where it is (covering the top left of the original rectangle) and move the others down by the height (of the original rectangle/the parallellograms), leave one where it is and continue with the remaining one(s) until they are all placed below one another;
8) Move copies of the original rectangle from 1) down by its height until you have rectangles behind all the parallellograms;
9) For each set of parallellogram and rectangle, select both and Object>Clipping Mask>Make;
10) Select all and Group them;
Now you should have the final shape and look of the cut rectangle as a group of clipping masks, made digitally; you may use that as it is to cut a single label, or you may:
11) Move copies to the right by the W value from 3)/4) to have multiple labels to cut.
This obviously requires a rather accurate cutting, but it may be less critical than usual, given the nature of the twisted label.

If you change sync settings it is on your computer and you change it and apply like you always have done.

Thanks for your support, but I changed the TimeZone (both PC and Iphone 3GS on Istanbul GMT+2) and the problem is still there. I updated also Itunes 10.5.1, same problem. I can't syncronize or update the IOS on the phone. I'm afraid I'll have to try the complete reset to factory of the Iphone (I'm afraid sync data on the iphone has been corrupted and Itunes can't sync).
Any advice on how to save all my data, since backup function does not work because it needs the sync feature?

Downgrading isn't supported and wouldn't help. You need to fix your phone.
1. Delete and reinstall all email accounts.
2, Restore the phone in iTunes, first using a backup and if needed as a new phone.

Can you restore from backup? That would be best to keep all your stuff. You can find usually several versions under restore option in iTunes. I really hope you have one of those iOS7 versions backed up to iTunes.
If you really want to start over, and I mean no contacts, photos, music, apps, anything but factory settings that aren't in the cloud or in one of the restore options. You can search ios 7.1.2 firmware and download it and install by shift click restore and choose the file you downloaded. But that is a really desperate act. But this also requires iTunes and if you've been using iTunes you probably have a backup.
