How can i erase an icloud account in ipad? Dont remember pw of that account and i have a new apple id

i have no idea on how reset the icloud account since i no longer have access to email that i used in it. even when i try to factory restore the ipad it will ask me for the pw of my previous apple id not the one that i am currently using in the apps store and the other services.
Plus the system is asking every 15 seconds to log in into the icloud, so basically i cannot use my ipad for anything other than spotify.

Hi Kate, have you perchance enabled restrictions on your device. (Settings > General > Restrictions)

Go to id.apple.com. Click manage your account. Sign in. On the left click on "Passwords and Security." At the bottom of your security questions there is a link to "Reset security questions by sending an email to your rescue email".
If you didn't setup a rescue email then you need to call Applecare.

Otherwise, you'll have to find another device to create an iCloud account on.

Go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your Apple ID to create the account. Then turn on the data you wish to sync with iCloud. See http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ios.html.

the phone says it is not charging even though it actually is. Check and see if that's the case. A very underhanded trick by Apple so they can charge 10 times what the cable is worth. They do not win admirers by that proprietary trickery.

In any case you are signed in here with an Apple ID - is that the same one? You would have to know the ID and password to post here.

If she have an iCloud Backup, she can restore from iCloud backup.

If you click the small black arrow next to your iPod's *Device Name* in the left hand pane of iTunes it should open up a submenu underneath. Go ahead and click on Music to see what songs are currently stored on your iPod.

Now the Mac won't automatically connect to the network. Genious Bar fixed my Pro, they said that you have to delete all the history, not just the network name. I have also closed iTunes, reset network settings on the iPad, then shut down and restarted the iPad. Still, I end up with greyed out rectangular icons for all the movies I've ever streamed from my Mac Mini to my ipad via my home wireless router.
Again, I have watched all the way to the end of the movie, selcted the movie in iTunes and chosen "mark as watched", and then deleted it in ITunes.
Any ideas?

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

I'm running 10.8 and Safari 6.0.2 so this might not apply to you exactly but, in that setup: in View on the menu bar is a setting for Show Toolbar. If it says "Hide Toolbar" then the toolbar is showing. If it says "Show Toolbar", it is not showing (so click on that and it will make the toolbar appear). If only certain pieces of the toolbar are missing, use View/Customize Toolbar.
