I need your help, please.
My users sometimes creates custom columns i document libraries using the SharePoint GUI. That's fine, but I need to distinguish these columns from SharePoints own columns. So here's my task at hand:
I need to find all the fields (columns) for a document in a document library that were added by a user, i.e. NOT SharePoint standard fields. Is there a way to do this, like a property or something?
In my case, I have an event receiver triggering on ItemUpdated. The following snippet iterates through all fields of my item and I can read the item title and the item value.
How can I filter this to only show title and value of
custom fields?

As the documentation about these fields seems not being documented so well at this moment, to avoid the influence in your solution, you can exclude these fields explicitly
in the if block.

I have such code:

position = text[0].insertionPoints[0].index
in the variable "position" I get global(not depending in which frame the text is) position(number of chars) of the found text, but I want to get the number of the frame where is text was found! Or how can I find only in the custome frame?

Assuming that you have some way of identifying that text frame, then it is just a matter of doing the search only against that frame. For example:
myFrame = app.documents[0].pages[3].textFrames[5];
app.findTextPreferences.findWhat = "text";
text = myFrame.findText();
position = text[0].insertionPoints[0].index
However, unless myFrame is the first in a story, the index will not be relative to the start of myFrame. To get that, you need:
framePos=myFrame.characters[0].index;
textOffsetInFrame =position - framePos;

Easy enough to do in iTunes.
Find the song you want and note the start/stop time you want the ring tone.
Right click - get info, click the Options tab and set the start/stop times as above.

Many thanks JEM24 for your help. Ive just spent the best part of six hundred pounds on a new Sony Rx100m2 compact camera, so I have no interest in the Ipods camera at all really. I doubt Ill be watching many videos on it as Im very lucky in that I have a good Android tablet. Its more as a stock music player that Ill be buying the Ipod for, if indeed I do end up buying one. I dont like the idea of paying the exorbitant amount added for more memory space that Apple along with most other companies charge. In fact I read an article on this very subject just yesterday in the tech section of Flipboard. It stated in the article that in the case of the Iphone the actual cost of each additional gigabyte of storage to Apple et al is something in the order of 60p.. This is certainly not reflected in the price us the customer has to pay at the till.. Its for this reason primarily that Apple in particular, because their products do not allow adding expandable memory of your own in the form of cheap to buy cards, that nobody in their right mind buys the 64gig etc Iphones..I am aware that we are discussing my potential purchase of an Ipod Touch here but you see my point. How can we find formula function in Payroll Formula

Guys,
As far as concern regarding oracle functionality is very vast in particularly in payroll process, mostly functions are built-in to avoid user to create any custom code, but it is not fully covered business requirement. Therefore we need to create our custom function to cover/validate our business need and for this purpose we register this function in formula function, that is the easiest way to add any condition in payroll formula by calling this. Now my requirement is that to find formula name where this function has been used.
Let's suppose any of user is created “X” formula through this functionality and called in payroll formula’s how can we find formula name wherever this function has been called.

That's a good question. Fast Formula text is stored as a LONG data type which is now a deprecated data type. You can write a PL/SQL utility function to convert the text to a VARCHAR2 and search that but that has two problems:
1) It assumes you have permission to create a function, which isn't something you'll likely have on a production database
2) It'll barf for any formula in excess of 32760 bytes
You can also use the to_lob function to copy the contents of ff_formulas_f into a new table (with a CLOB data type) and then create an Oracle text index to quickly search the CLOB. But again that assumes you have write access.
If you're patient then you can also run this hideous piece of SQL:

How can i find out what country my computer was purchased?

I got my computer as a gift and the gifter is no longer available. I called the HP Americas support center, but because my notebook was bought outside of the Americas they can't tell me anything about my computer, including what country was sold even with my serial number or if it is in warranty. Therefore, Customer Support can't direct me to the right service desk. All the know is that they can't help me. I have a Pavilion M6 1051xx.
Short of going to every country customer support website, I'm stuck. How can I find out what country was sold, so that I can get hardware support?

xx at the end is not a valid model number and those two letters give us some clue as to which market the laptop was sold in. It should be dv or ea or something like that.

How do I find customer exits quickly using SE80,SE81 or other transactions?

Is there a way of using SE80 or SE81 or any other transaction for that matter, to quickly find customer or user exists being used within a given program rather than doing a global search for CALL CUSTOMER within the program? Example, transaction EG31 (Installation Full) which runs the program SAPLE30D.
In SE80 there seem to be no reference to user or customer exits. As for SE81 I was unable to relate SAPLE30D with an application component, or at least I don't know how to do it.
In the Repository Info System (SE81 also) there is a reference to customer exits, but, you MUST know which project is tied to your program, otherwise you'll be chasing your tail!
I guess you can say the easiest way would be to do a global search in the program using the CALL CUSTOMER key words.
Well, I tried that too. The first set of results pointed to INCLUDES which turned out to be empty exits! That is, no code. So, by pure chance and unknowingly, I stumbled upon a customer exit which was the source of my errors. How I did it, I cannot remember. But the problem is that this exit was hidden in a program which was called by SAPLE30D at a later stage.
So, all this searching took a long time and more importantly, it was a lucky find. Not a methodic approach.
So the question is: How do I find customer exits quickly using SE80, SE81 or any other transaction for that matter?
