How can I generate fake AI channels for testing purposes?

In order to be able to test my VIs under several conditions, I'd like to test them by feeding pre-programmed data over regular virtual channels. Is something like this possible ?

I'm not sure this answers your question, but often times I have to develop code on a machine that doesn't actually have the DAQ hardware. Therefore, I usually create a subVI which is similar to my data acquisition VI in every way (inputs and outputs), but instead of getting the data from the card, I output some known array of data for the channels. The rest of my program doesn't know this is "dummy" data, so it works just as it should.
This is the method I recommend for such applications.

Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Keychain Menu item, then either check the Password under that item, change it, or delete it and start over.

You need to be a lot more specific about what you mean with testing purposes.
I have 10.2.0.4 database on HPUX 11.31 PA-RISC server.Note that premiere support for 10.2 has been terminated in July 2010 - whereas it only terminates in January 2015 for 11.2. So it makes a lot more sense to be on a newer version of Oracle.

It genearted javadoc for all packages except the default package.Please help me to generate javadoc for default package.

You need to pass in source filenames (rather than package names) with the javadoc command on the command line. (I don't know if this can be done in NetBeans)

How can i generate a large SCN for database

Hi,
On databases where SCN number is larger that 2^32 , my application seems to work in a weird way. Am trying to get this re produced in my test setup , but am unable to pump up the SCN number to such a large value.
I am trying this on RHEL5-64 bit and WIN2003-64 bit with Oracle 11gR2 using a script which does some table creation , deletion etc.
Does any one know any method to increase the SCN value ? This would be of great help.

Simply selecting a row from v$database, in a loop, will increase the current SCN. Don't ask me why this happens as I do not have an answer for the same.

Do you need to do that just for these two sequences but not for other sequences? I don't see a problem to use SequenceFilePostStepRuntimeError. Create this callback in both sequence files and configure them to log into the same file. SequenceFilePostStepRuntimeError callback is called after each step of the sequence file if it has runtime error. You can access the calling step error information via RunState.Caller.Step.Result.Error property. Take a look to attached example.
The "other way" is useful if you need to log errors not for every step of the sequence file, but for some of them. This is more complex, because you need to create a custom step types for these steps. For the custom step you can create substeps (post-step in your case) which will be executed every time after step of this type executed. Then, this is you job to determine if error happened in the step, acces to step's error information is via Step.Result.Error property.
Also, be aware that step's post-expression is not executed in case of error in the step.

Hello, mi format plugin loads a rgba image. I see it with transparency, that's ok, but when I go to the channels tab I only see 4 items (RGB, Red, Green and Blue).
How can I see the alpha channel of my file in the channel tab?

OK, something must be wrong... but I don't find it!
That's my whole code (resumed). I ommit some code (saving file code (not used) or main function, where I only call te "DoSomething" functions. You can see that I use layers. The DoReadContinue function is only used to show the preview.
In the DoReadStart function I set the parameters for the layers (and the preview), and I fill the "data" and "layerName" params in the DoReadLayerContinue function. I hope you can understand the code!

And that's the image that I obtain loading a 8 layer image:
The layers have transparency (when I set "transparencyPlane" to -1, or 0, or 1, or 2, or 3, or 4....., I got the same result!). The blending mode is still "normal". I had set it to "linear dodge" The "isVisible" param works OK.
Alpha 1 is still black.
Is possible that I need to set something in the .r file? I had to add "FormatLayerSupport { doesSupportFormatLayers }," to manage layers, for instance.

- Read a chapter a day from the Concepts Manual.
- Take a look in your alert log. One of the first things listed at startup is the initialization parms with non-default values. Read up on each one of them (listed in your alert log) in the Reference Manual.
- Take a look at your listener.ora, tnsnames.ora, and sqlnet.ora files. Go to the Network Administrators manual and read up on everything you see in those files.
- When you have finished reading the Concepts Manual, do it again.

You can use OpenOffice.org, running as a server and command it remotely for document convertion.
Besides HTML to PDF, there are also possible other convertions:

How can we generate proxies?

Hi,
I am doing one POC on ABAP client proxies. I am using WAS 6.20 as sender and receiver is XI server it self. If I use same XI System for both sender and receiver with different clients then I can generate proxies for sender using "SPROXY" transaction. But the sender is different system , how can I generate abap proxy in sender system?
Do I need to export any things from XI server to Sender system to generate proxies? Please help me on this.
