How can I get ALL voice mail recordings off my number?

We use RingCentral to get simultaneous ring between our home and Verizon cell phone. But what was happening, was that the voice mail on my Verizon cell would pick up before I could get to the home phone, then no one would be there. We were losing clients for our small home business.
So I asked Verizon to take ALL recordings off the cell phone account. Instead, NOW clients are calling, and before I can answer the home phone, they get a recording on my cell, saying that the mailbox is not set up!
I called Verizon tech support today and the guy could NOT remove ALL recordings from my account, he said I had to do it myself, but I don't know HOW! That was why I called THEM!!!
When someone calls us, I JUST want the Verizon wireless to ring FOREVER, unless I answer it, and NOT to go picking up with stupid recordings, before I can get to my home phone!

I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having. In regards to removing the messages from your voicemail on your phone you would have to dial *86 from your cellular device which will route you to the voicemail system and ask you to enter in your password. Once the password has been entered in you can go through and listen and delete the messages.
As for wanting your phone to ring without being routed to a voicemail or receiving a recording that the voicemail box has not been set up, I apologize as we are not able to do that. On cellular devices there is not option to prevent the phone from going to voicemail. The system is set to have an set number of rings and then route to voicemail and this can not be changed. If you would like you can set up call forwarding on your cellular phone which will route your calls to your home system instead of going to voicemail. Open Mail, then under Mail, Preferences, look at the gmail account and find the settings for the account...see how the deletion is set. If it deletes on opening, or when removed from the inbox (same thing) change that so the email stays available on the server. Do that on both machines. See if that makes things work right for you.

You can't. iCloud is not for general file backup from a Mac. It's for backup up and syncing data between mobile devices and and Macs and The following is from this Apple document: iCloud: Backup and restore overview.

Your sidekick may be relaying through a different server. If its on AT&T, it could be using cwmx.com for outgoing. However, cwmx.com only works for AT&T/Cingular EDGE customers. When on Wi-fi it won't allow you to send through it.
Many internet providers, but not all, provide an authenticating SMTP server to use when travelling. If you configured your outgoing server to use the email providers authenticating SMTP server information on a port different from port 25, you will be able to use it on most networks. Some wireless networks filter a wider range of ports, such as some work places.

What I need to know is "how" I can separate or rather create another Apple ID for my son-who is currently using "my Apple ID?" If there is a way to let him keep "all" his info on his phone (eg-contacts, music, app's, etc.) without doing a "reset?') Somehow I need to go into his phone's setting-create a new Apple ID and possibly a new password so he can still use our combined iCloud & Itunes account?
Also then letting me take back my Apple ID & password, but again allowing us (my son and I) to use the same iCloud & Itunes account? Does that make more sense??? Mail window may be in the Full Screen mode.
Move the mouse pointer to the top right corner of the Mail window and hold it there.

Only person has sent you such an email, which is why mail only puts that address in the primary address line. You could always select the recipients in the cc line and use CMD X (cut) and paste the addresses into the primary address line (CMD V)

You can open your second profile which is no ability of receiving new mail and export all of messages/contacts/calendar item to a PST file and save it somewhere.
Then open the first profile, import the privious PST file into this profile to solve the problem.
Using .pst files in Microsoft Outlook is good way to transfer the data, here is some information how to manage the PST file for your reference.

Can not get my voice mail while in canada

Hello i can not get my voice mail while in canada.. help call forwarding is off.. when i dial my 10 digit number and hit send it says call ended.... but as soon as i cross back into the us it works just fine .. all was good till approx 6 weeks ago.. i have not added any thing or removed any thing either.

While in Montreal PQ I don't receive voice mail notifications and *VM does not work. However if I dial my ten digit phone number I can retrieve my voice mail.
Also when I get to my hotel I can dial my phone and retrieve that way.
Another way is to use the backdoor Verizon voicemail number then follow the prompts to enter your cell number and password code.
It is not toll free but I have never been charged for using it.
Of course I don't know if it even is still available.
