How can I move a ringtone from my iPhone6 to my PC in order to move to a family member's iPhone6?iTunes 12? With the sidebar this was an easy task. Now I'm lost. My pc is running Windows 8.1, my iTunes is 12.0.1.

You will need an external drive that is formatted as MAC OS EXTENDED (journaled).
Move the Project, Events, and any photos and music to the external drive by following the instructions in this post.

How can I get my old ringtones from I Pone 4 onto my I Phone 5 . When syncing everting syncs exept the ringtones even thou they are seleced. Even canverted songs doesn't appear.
Where are the ringtones now?
If they are on your iphone and not your computer, then put them on your computer from your iphone: FIle>Devices>Transfer Purchases

Realize that purchased ringtones can only be downloaded once. You will have to either get them off your computer or your old phone (or buy them again). -
