How can I organize my notes in Notes into folders?

I really like using notes for my classes, but I would like to separate all of the notes on a per class basis. Right now I'm doing this by including the class name in the header of all of the notes, but they still are intermingled and are organized based on the last update. Is there a good solution for this?

I really like the built in notes program, but it is limited in what it cannot. Spend a little time in the app store. There are probably 50 alternate notes programs, all with different organizational features that may be closer to what you need. Read the features, and most importantly, read thr reviews.
Aside from the organizational issue you have, pay some attention to the sharing abilities as respect syncing, the cloud, drop box etc.
From the discussion here, most serious not takers get a app rather than rely on the built in program.

Recently got a brand new iMac with SSD and classic hard drive.
The OS and the User folder resides on the SSD but the SSD is limited in size.
Of course, when importing movies from camera archives or directly from a camera I don't want them to go to the Movies folder in my home folder but instead to another folder on the 2nd 2 TB hard drive.
However, I couldn't find any setting in iMovie's preferences for this.
There must be a way! Storing footage on that SSD doesn't make sense at all.
So, how do I do that with the latest iMovie? (Version 9.1.x)

On the import screen, you can select your other drive. This selection will become the default until you change it on the import screen.
For Events that are already on the SSD, you can move them from within iMovie.
Click View/Events By Disk.
Now you should see both drives in the Event Library.
Hold down the command key while dragging the small icon for your event to the icon for the disk other disk drive in the Event Library List. (if you do not hold down the command key, it will Copy, not Move)

You'll need to wait for all these things to come out to beta testing for that kind if detailed help. But at the moment it seems that you make the Albums in your Photos.app on the Mac or iOS device and these then turn up on the Library in the Cloud. I can see no way to create albums in a web browser, and iPhoto doesn't communicate with the Library.

If you backed up the iPad after you created the notes, you can restore from the backup to retrieve them. If you didn't backup, the notes are gone.

As I said you need to:
You need to wipe the hard disk and reinstall the OS by booting into the recovery partition and reinstall the original OS via the internet. It will ask you to enter your ID

I meant by "not compatible" that all the solutions that I found on the web did not work, especially the "Microsoft exchange" one.
Fortunately I found on the comments of the first website you mentioned the right answer for me, which I copy below:
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Other > Add CardDav Account.
Enter the following information in the fields:
Server: google.com
User Name: Enter your full Google email address
Password: Your Google account password
Select Next at the top of the screen to complete the setup.
After you have completed the setup, open the Contacts app on your device. Syncing should begin automatically.
Additional Information
Note: Make sure that SSL is enabled (under Advanced settings), and that the port is 443.
If you are using application based special password go to https://accounts.google.com/Se... and instead of your password put that special code and u r done.

The most straightforward way (assuming your iPhone 3GS is running iOS 6, which it should be) is to use iCloud to house your contacts.
Then it would be trivial to have your contacts synced and maintained between your MacBook Pro and your iPhone.
P.S.: Sorry, I said contacts but meant notes. iCloud would work for both.

You don't need them stored locally for a backup. You can manually export your contacts as archive for backup. Also, if you are backing up with Time Machine, you already have a backup. If your hard drive crashed, you would have to rely on your backup or iCloud anyway.
So, if you're comfortable with that, sign out of iCloud. Choose to delete contacts from the computer. When you sign back into iCloud, you should only have iCloud contacts listed in AB. When you open iCal, you should only have one listing for birthdays.
The other alternative is to disable the Birthday c.alendar and create one manually.
