How can I overcome JBO-27024 error

Question

Hello Everyone,
In my application , there are two InputSelectDate(Start Date & End Date) and each of them goes under validation rule ( Entity Level). The validation works fine but when both of Attributes not valid I got one extra error which is
1.JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[561204 ] of type CombinationAppModule.CombinationVO1
-How can I overcome JBO-27024 error?
-Is ADF PhaseListener custom a good solution?

Thank you John,
I managed to do step 3, but I got two errors when I tried to create a new phase listener in order to return custom life cycle.
The errors are:
-Error(8,27): method createPageLifecycle() in class view.MyADFPhaseListener cannot override method createPageLifecycle() in class oracle.adf.controller.faces.lifecycle.ADFPhaseListener with different return type, was class oracle.adf.controller.v2.lifecycle.PageLifecycle
-Error(9,20): incompatible types; found: class view.MyFacesPageLifecycle, required: class oracle.adf.controller.lifecycle.PageLifecycle
