How can I programaticly change settings on a FP-PG-522 using Measurement
Studio
for Visual Basic and an FP-1000 module?
Is there a Measurement Studio for VisualBasic DAQ control to do this?

I am either in the wrong location or have a different layout than you.
Apple button > system preferences > keyboard and mouse > mouse tab > then all I have are the options to change the tracking speed, scrolling speed, double-click speed, and which button is required to zoom with the scroll wheel. The only drop-down menu I have on this screen is to select which button + scroll wheel allows me to zoom.
I am using version 10.5.6. Am I in the incorrect section of this forum?

How can I programatically change a reference to an item in a cluster?

Hello!
I'm trying to programatically change the text background color of the elements in a large cluster.
I'm using LabVIEW 2010 SP1. Attached is a test vi that I'm expermimenting with. The test cluster has 6 elements and the final cluster will have 140.
All elements will be the same data type.
Based on the rate of change of the element value, I have to change the background color.
Instead of creating a reference for each element in the cluster (as in my test vi), I'm looking for a way of changing the reference programatically. Is there a way?
I'm also considering building an array of references as a brute force alternative but I would like to see if there is something more elegant / efficient first!
Am I making sense?

Mike,
You can get references to the elements inside the cluster from the cluster reference using property node: All Objects[]. This is an array of references to the controls inside the cluster.
Another way which might have advantages is to put a color box indicator behind each numeric. Color the numeric backgrounds Transparent. Then write the color to the color box. I did a quick modification to your VI to show this possibility. I did not adjust the size of the color box to match the numeric to emphasize what I did.

How can I programatically change the Plot Style of a 3D surface?

I believe this can be done using a property node...however I am unable to find the property. At one point in my program, the plot style automatically switches to Points, and I want it to be Surface again later. I have a 3D surface reference wired to a property node, giving me the CWGraph3D properties. If the properties followed the menu style you get from right clicking on the 3d surface, I should be able to then select the property plots, and change the plot style. However, even though I can get a reference to the plot, the only property I can access is the count. I would appreciate it if someone could show me where I am going wrong, since Im confident this can be changed programatically.

How can I programatically change the slave acquisition mode of my pci-1409?

In my LabVIEW application I need to be able to programmatically change the slave acquisition mode from standard to external HV lock. I couldn't find this property listed in the property node.

When you change this property in MAX, you are actually modifying the camera file for the session (*.icd file). These file can be modified just like a text file. You could programtically modify parse and modify the "SlaveAcqMode (STANDARD)" line in the camera file to reflect the mode you want to use. Below is a KB that explains how to parse and modify an *.iid file, you can use the same method on the icd file.

Find my iphone: how can the thief change the phone name?

Hello.
I have had 3 iphones stolen the last 5 months.
Finally I got a ping from one of the stolen iPhones. I could follow it for almost 2 months. Since I am in a country were the police wont do anything it does not help me that I have name/address of the thief.
But this strange thing happened last day/last ping I got from my stolen iPhone:
Somehow the device is removed from my "find my iphone" list and/or the device have changed name.
The device was locked with passcode/touch ID.
I have changed password AppleID 3 times since the phone was stolen (well: The police wanted my password/AppleID to track the phone. Somehow the thief got this information and I found out when my address book had 150 new entries from the thief).
I managed to change password and lock the phone remotely after that incident.
To bad I cant ask Apple any question.
How can a device be removed from my account? (I have not got any warnings that someone have logged into my iCloud account from a new device/location)
How can a thief change the name of a stolen iPhone that is locked with touchID/Password/passcode? (Iphone6). Is there still DFI attacks that can wipe the phones?
How can I check if my account is hacked?
Why cant I remotely detonate my iPhone? The battery would be a nice little bomb making the phone worthless?
(and F lazy Russian tourists police that just ask "what should we do" when I provide address/name/video of a person that have stolen stuff worth over 5000 dollars including iphones/Ipads)

Take a look at the instructions below for what to do when you sell your iPhone. If you have followed all of these steps, the new owner should contact his/her carrier to activate the phone.

How can i made changes in a site at that way that other sites do not change automatically

when i change a site (index.html), all the other (sub)sites change also with the same settings. how can i made changes in, for example index.html so that other (sub)sites do not change?
i see that the file extension is .css when i make an new site. then i save the site to index.html and the other sites changes also when i made changes in index.html (i mean the settings)

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but it sounds like you are making changes to a cascading stylesheet (a .css file) that is shared by several pages on your site, but ony want to make the change to the style on the home page.
You can do this by adding inline css to the home page elements you want to be styled differently from the rest of your site.
An example of an inline css definition would be something like this...
<div id="content" style="background-color:blue;">
In the above example, the div would be styled using whatever you have written for the #content id in your css. It would also then overwrite any background-color declared in the external .css file with the style attribute to make the background blue.

Here we have three options for delta updation:
Time Stamp:   If we want to update change in the records with respect to the time interval then this option is selected.
Calend. Day:   If we want to update change in the records with respect to day to day basis then this option is selected.
Numeric Pointer: If we want to update in case of record which is completely new with respect to Field name then we use this option.
And we have got some settings like:
Safety Interval upper limit:
This field is used by Data Sources that determine their delta generically using a repetitively-increasing field in the extract structure.
The field contains the discrepancy between the current maximum when the delta or delta init extraction took place and the data that has actually been read.
Leaving the value blank increases the risk that the system could not extract records arising during extraction.
Example: A time stamp is used to determine the delta. The time stamp that was last read is 12:00:00. The next delta extraction begins at 12:30:00. In this case, the selection interval is 12:00:00 to 12:30:00. At the end of extraction, the pointer is set to 12:30:00.
A record - for example, a document- is created at 12:25 but not saved until 12:35. It is not contained in the extracted data but, because of its time stamp, is not extracted the next time either.
For this reason, the safety margin between read and transferred data must always be larger than the maximum length of time that it takes to create a record for this DataSource (with a time stamp delta), or it must display an interval that is sufficiently large (for determining delta using a serial number).
Safety Interval Lower Limit
This field contains the value taken from the highest value of the previous delta extraction to determine the lowest value of the time stamp for the next delta extraction.
For example: A time stamp is used to determine a delta. The extracted data is master data: The system only transfers after-images that overwrite the status in the BW. Therefore, a record can be extracted into the BW for such data without any problems.
Taking this into account, the current time stamp can always be used as the upper limit when extracting: The lower limit of the next extraction is not seamlessly joined to the upper limit of the last extraction. Instead, its value is the same as this upper limit minus a safety margin. This safety margin needs to be big enough to contain all values in the extraction which already had a time stamp when the last extraction was carried out but which were not read. Not surprisingly, records can be transferred twice. However, for the reasons above, this is unavoidable.
Data Source Is Real-Time Enabled
The 'real time enabled' indicator determines whether a delta-enabled Data Source can be used as a supplier of data for a real-time daemon.
And there are two options provided like
1)     New Status for changed records:
If you select this option each record to be loaded delivers the new status for the key figures          and characteristics. DataSources with this delta type can write to ODS objects or master data tables.
2)     Additive Delta:
The key figures for extracted data are added up in BW. Data Sources with this delta type can supply data to ODS objects and Info Cubes.

Hi,
If you mean the multicolumn listbox then you have to create the its property node on the diagram (right click on the item and select "Create->property node" from pop-up menu). Then you have to select two properties:
"Active Cell"
"Cell Background color".
You can do it by expanding prperty node to 2 rows and right clicking on each row. Then select "Properties" from pop-up menu and the appropriate property.
Then you have to set-up "active cell" to the appropriate coordinates of the column header. (row=-1; column=N or column=-2 if you want to change the colors of all headers).
Now you have to connect the appropriate colorbox or numeric variable to "Cell Background color" property node and run the program.
I've attached the example.

you can add a new currency code by going to spro --- general settings --- check currency codes
for example: PERU ---> PEN
But, how can we add/change the currency rate PEN in spro?
for example: Peruvian Nuevo Sol = 4,3567619
Is it still in customizing? And if so, where can i find it?

How can I programmatically change a label?

Hi everyone,
I have a 2-D array that I wish to populate with different sorts of data. Depending upon the data, the names of the rows and columns may change. Arrays have to have identical labels and I suppose I could simply populate a string indicator, but frankly, that looks like trash.
How can I programmatically change a label of a column or a row in a 2-D array? Should I consider using a table? I want it to look nice.

I do not think you are able to change the label programatically.
But you might consider to use Captions instead of labels. You can hide labels and make captions visible programatically, and you can change the text of the caption and size (see enclosed vi).

ITunes Store shows my old ID when asking for password. How can this be changed?

Apple requires that an ID be an email address so I changed mine to my email address. The same was changed in my iPad and iPhone settings. But when I try to download something from th Apps Store, iTunes shows my old ID. How can this be changed? Please help.

So when you changed it, you went into your Apple ID that was not using an email address, and EDITed the Apple ID to the email address, correct? Did you sign out of the iTunes & App Store on your device?

Our company has 27,266,949 .PDF files that we're planning to compress in order to save server space.
We don't want to compress any of the .PDF files that have embedded images as to not alter the image's state.
How can we programatically create a list to exclude from the compression process?

Ah, see told you we were new to this and no, my taxs already have enough digits to the balance.
Ok, so based on that, we should be able to use the preflighting tool to identify the PDF’s with images, factor them out, and then continue with lossless compression on the remaining balance.
That will give us the compression we need to save space, but also allow us to stand in the court of law (if the scenario was to ever occur) and proclaim that none of our medical images have ever been altered by compression.
Sound like a reasonable plan?

once the user sign out and just left without closing the browser and a friend (suppose not a good friend ... just kidding...) of that user may open the same jsp or file .This time the security is breached. If that feature or property exists....
I know what you might say ... the user will log-out before leaving where a programer might invalidate the session at the time of log out.
Consider the case of a bad Programing or just a programer might forget to invalidate,At that time as a application administrator how can he solve that issue.

I fixed the To: autofilling incorrectly by deleting my email address from the Previous Recipients List, but is there a way to stop that from coming up on emails that I receive?

Have you checked your Mac address book? If your email is saved somewhere in your address book with the name "Holidays in the United States" it might be adding the name automatically in Mac Mail.
Alternatively, try this:
Delete an Email Address from Auto-Complete in Mac OS X Mail
To remove an email address from the auto-complete list in Mac OS X Mail:
Start typing the recipient's address or name in a new message.
Select the desired address from the auto-complete list as if you'd compose an email to them.
Click the small down arrow in the recipient.
Select Remove from Previous Recipients List from the menu.
You can also search for the unwanted address directly in the previous recipients list:
Select Window | Previous Recipients from the menu in Mac OS X Mail.
Highlight the address you want to remove.You can highlight multiple addresses by holding down the Command key.
