Hi,
i have an form employee form(form) and datagrid(contains image and edit button) in one screen.
images and buttons are displayed in the datagrid using itemrendered(inline).
My question is when i clicked on edit button the correspong image will be populated into
employee form(as one formitem).How can i do it?

Then i got the output.When i clicked on the edit buuton in datagrid(first row) then i got image is displayed in form.

I am Sreedhar from Hyderabad. working as a java developer in a small organization. I got a challenge to work on java stand alone (desktop) application. Basically our company is based on SCM(Supply Chain Management), I never work before using swings and AWT. now my present challenge is to develope an application on swings and AWT using Net Beans IDE. but i am unble find the code to connect one form to another form, i want to develop similar application like a web application , suppose if i click on OK button it has to connect next form. in the next for it has to take user name and password should allow me to access main form. please help me about this topic, if anybody interested i can send u the screen shots and i can post to ur mail. please help me as soon as possible,

Here are a few tips:
1 - Do not mix AWT and SWING: it'll just cause you headaches in the long run that you cannot fix without refactoring to properly not mix the 2 together.
2 - You use JDBC to access the database
3 - You make accessors/constructors to pass parameters that you need from one form to another.

How can I read mail attachment for making it to the payload?

Hi everybody,
in the following my scenario:
I have an incoming message with attachment by the mail sender adapter using PayloadSwapBean (because of other messages I have to use the bean). I want to send this attachment by using the mail receiver adapter to fix E-mail-address keeping the FromMailAddress, the MailSubject and the FileName
without the metadata as additional attachment.
I have found a thread where it is explained how to handle "payload as mail attachment and dynamic filename" by java-mapping. So far so good. My question is: How can I make my attachment to be the payload? How can I read the attachment by java-mapping?

Can't read text file using UTL_FILE

how can I read notepad file using UTL_FILE package.I have specified the UTL_FILE_DIR in the init.ora file.My objective is to when a button is clicked, the contents of the file will display in a text item.Here is my code written in WHEN_BUTTON_PRESSED trigger.

Why don't you use text_io? Don't forget that UTL_FILE is reading directories from the database point of view. The E drive for the database is a different E then on your client pc. I presume your database is on a different computer. Are you getting any errors?

If you would like to create a package/procedure in order to solve this problem consider using the UTL_FILE in built package, here are a few steps to get you going:
1. Get your DBA to create directory object in oracle using the following command:
create directory TEST_DIR as ‘directory_path’;
Note: This directory is on the server.
2. Grant read,write on directory directory_object_name to username;
You can find out the directory_object_name value from dba_directories view if you are using the system user account.
3. Logon as the user as mentioned above.
Sample code read plain text file code, you can modify this code to suit your need (i.e. read a csv file)

We can use script component as source/transformation to read the text file and assign the contains to a string. Split the string by chr(30) i.e RS and finally stored into an array or write to the output buffer of the script component.

I can see why that would be frustrating! Have you tried selecting Stayed Signed In underneath the Adobe ID and Password boxes when you try to log in?
What did you use to create the PDF form? If you used FormsCentral, form data is saved to your online FormsCentral account. If you have Acrobat, you can export form data as described here: Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Manage form data files

How can I read a specif cell of an Excel file using Labview VI.

Attached is a LV6.1 VI which will read a cell.
It will be looking for a sub VI found in the example C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW\examples\comm\ExcelExamples.llb.
The returned value is a string value but there is no reason why it couldn't be a number. Just connect a numeric to the type connector of the Variant to Data function.

Developing a 2 page form, username on the 1st page, password on 2nd how can i force FF to use the username from previous page when it asks to remember acct info?

I am developing a 2 page signup form, where the person enters their username on the 1st page and password on the 2nd.
When I test the form, FF asks to remember my password for the site - however it thinks the zipcode (field above the password) is the username on the account.
I have tried to put their username/email in a hidden field on the 2nd page, just above the password field - and that did not work.
How can i force FF to use the username from previous page when it asks to remember acct info?

This website is using autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving and filling the name and password.
You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save names and passwords and other form data.

Hello,
You can't select image with select query. You need to create another database block from test table which has item binds with database pic column. Now in where condition in test block's property you have to write id=5. Change test block's properties UPDATE ALLOWED, INSERT ALLOWED, DELETE ALLOWED to NO. Only Query allowed property set to YES.
Now in your particular trigger write the code
GO_BLOCK('test');
Execute_Query;
