How can i remove duplicates and certain contacts on Outlook and my iPhone?

I use the Outlook mail and contact program on my PC with a Windows 7 operating system, which I sync with my iPhone5.
After installing the iCloud program, I now have duplicate and sometimes quadruplicate contacts.
1. How can I remove the duplicates?
2. How can I be selective about which contacts I want to share on iCloud, in other words, can I share only certain contact categories/folders like work contacts or personal contacts?
3. How can I "uncloud" specific contacts and have them appear only on my computer and not on my iPhone?
4. Is there a way to restore accidently deleted contacts?

Select what is desired to sync.

Sign out of iTunes and sign in with the new ID. On your computer, under on of the iTunes menus, on your iPad Settings > iTunes and App Stores and tap on the Apple ID.
Note that all apps downloaded under the previous ID are locked to that ID, and you will have to sign back onto it for any updates.

Hello. I have noticed some very annoying adware/malware/bloatware, whatever it is called. I can not seem to get Google, Yahoo, Twitter, and Facebook off of my computer. I’m still confused.
I installed my new Windows 7 SP1 system on the 5 November 2013 and Windows Update subsequently offered a number of updates to .NET Framework 3.5.1 which are all successfully installed.
KB958488, KB979900, and KB982526 are all old updates now and, with the exception of KB958488, have never been offered by Windows Update and are not installed on my system.
As mentioned in my original post, KB958488 is installed on my system but I believe that it was installed without my knowledge by the installation of the Mouse and Keyboard Center or possibly by .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.
If Windows Update had independently determined that my system needed or could benefit from KB958488, your post appears to suggest that Windows Update would have offered
KB982526 instead.
And, of course, I still have no explanation as to why, if KB958488 is an update to .NET Framework 3.5.1, all its files appear to belong to .NET Framework 4 and my update history believes it belongs
to .NET Framework 4 as well.

I an see my windows 8 contacts.
they are all nice and some are broken down into groups.
(I double clicked an old .wab and they imported nicely into windows 8, preserving groups)
now how can I see this same structure as an email lists with groups in outlook 2013? I see the emails, but no groups.

Those groups are not supported in outlook - outlook uses a different format for groups. You'll need to import the individual contacts into Outlook and recreate the groups.

How do i remove duplicates from iCloud contacts

I have duplicates in my contacts in iCloud.
When I enquire how to remove them Apple say if the duplication is in iCloud I must contact Apple icloud Support; this is obviously in the States as they will not accept my phone number.
So how do I resolve the problem because what is mostly only odd duplicates in iCloud sometimes shows up as repeats of five or more on my iphone, ipad, and Macbook pro. Also some of the duplicates on the hardware only show the name with no content or repeat the phone number or address up to ten or more times within the actual contact card.
