How can I save progress in application as a file to the computer? "save as"

I want to be able to save the stuff going on in side a app I made to where ever on the computer, for example the desktop and be able to pull up that file and continue to work in the app. I'm making a task management application. Is there anyway to have it that all I do is click "save as" or "save"?

If you're trying to retain what the application looks like when you close it "Save" and "Save as" probably aren't what you want. Have a look at NSUserdefaults, in most cases you use them for what your describing.

How can you disable Adobe Reader from opening a file right after you save it as a pdf?

I often save word files as pdf files and right after I save them as pdfs it opens the file in adobe reader. How can I disable this?

Ahh, but that's the design function of any PDF viewer add-on to a browser.
To avoid -- Use the browser feature that saves a file to the local machine.
Then open the file with the appropriate application.
If your machine/device does not support this then you'd want to change to one that supports what you want eh.

You can't. The only way to remove the Restriction password is to: a) Restore the iPod using a backup that predates the setting up of the Restrictions password; or assuming you don't have such a backup b) Restore the iPod to Factory Settings/New iPod.

How can I stop itunes from starting when I turn on the computer?

Go to Start>All Programs and look in Startup. iF iTunes appears there, remove it.
If iTunes is not in startup, do you have any iTunes widgets? If you don't know what they are you probably don't have any.
Some iTunes Widgets can be configured to start when you start your computer and that could cause iTunes to appear.

Assuming u have coded the servlet already there are certain things u need to do for exceuting the servlet in Tomcat,
1) Assuming u r putting the servlet inside the directory named 'Mywebapp' under webapps directory, u need to create directory named Web-inf under Mywebapp and classes under Web-inf.
Copy web.xml file from any of the webapps (like the example webapp) into mywebapp.
Copy any one of the sample servlet specification in the web.xml and customise for ur servelt.
then save the web.xml file and start the Tomcat.Am assuming u have included the mywebapp entry in the server.xml file.
then invoke the servlet like http://machinename:8080/mywebapp/servletname
