How can I script the "Add Service Reference" process?

I want to write a script (cmd or powershell doesn't matter) that will take an input parameter of a path to a WSDL file and automatically add the web service to my project. Basically I want to duplicate the action of a) right click b) Add Service Reference
c) GO. Is this possible?

I've developed a webservice application using Rational Application Developer (RAD). I deployed it in a websphere 6.1 application server, using the administration console to import the war file that I had previously exported with RAD.
My webservice application is listed in the "Enterprise Applications" section of websphere's administration console as started.
My question is: how can I invoke the web service manually? Is there some kind of websphere generated webpage that I can use to call it manually?
I tried http://<server:port>/<contextroot> and http://<server:port>/<contextroot>/<servicename> in a webbrowser, but it doesn't work. Is it possible to invoke the web service manually, or do I need to develop a client?

 Go to the Portal -> System Administration -> System Configuration
 -> Portal Content folder
 -> Open Visual Composer folder
 There you can see the Webservice Systems you have created through VC.
You can delete the unwanted system here.

i have a web service ,but what is need that can i use the web services?
is only then oc4j,or anything?

You need to write a client that will access the Web service and invoke it.
You can write the client in Java for example - and JDeveloper provides wizards for this.
There is a sample in the JDeveloper Reviewer guide here:

Firefox crashes as soon as I open it, it stays open long enough to see that a bogus toolbar was added on and I suspect that's the source of the problem, but how can I remove the add-on if I can't get FF to stay open long enough to get to the tool bar?

I downloaded Vuze last night and I think it must have installed some malware because firefox hasn't worked since and a Vuze tool bar has made its way into the browser. I am running a malware scanner but its not coming up with anything. Is there any way to manually delete add-ons or plug-ins or whatever they are without being in the program itself? Thanks!

Was Firefox stable in step 3 -- open with no sessionstore.js file and then exit?
If that was stable, it might be easiest to cull the open URLs from your sessionstore.js file and re-open the most important ones manually. You will lose the ''detail'' of your session on those pages (e.g., data you had entered into a form), but if that's okay, it might be the next step.
I found a script on mozillaZine that will extract URLs from the sessionstore.js file; I just changed the formatting of the output. To run the script:
(1) Return to your profile folder and rename sessionstore.js to sessionstore.old again, then copy it to a convenient location
(2) Start Firefox (it should be in a new session)
(3) Open the following link, select all (Ctrl+a), copy (Ctrl+c) to copy the script to the clipboard: http://dev.jeffersonscher.com/sessionstore_reader.txt
(4) Open the <s>Error Console</s> Browser Console (Ctrl+Shift+j), click next to <s>Code</s> the caret (>>) and paste, then press Enter <s>or click Evaluate</s>
(5) A file selection window should appear. Navigate to the convenient location and open sessionstore.old from there.
(6) As long as the file is not corrupted, a new tab should open with a list of all the URLs the script found in the file. You can save this page for future reference if desired. Also, you can close the <s>Error</s> Browser Console now.

How can I stop the Add-on Bar from appearing everytime a new tab or window is opened?

I close it each time, and I have also removed it by unchecking it in the toolbar (or similar) menu. However, it always reappears whenever I open a new tab or re-open Firefox. How can I get rid of it unless I choose for it to become present again?

Right-click the "+" tab and deselect the Add-on Bar entry tick. The Add-on Bar should then disappear for the remainder of the session but will reappear when you restart Firefox. If you want to permanently remove the Add-on Bar then a different approach must be used, using a modified userChrome.css file.

could you please explain me how to use the update service from a business object in the VC. I have created a object which contains following attributes:
- key(ID)
- created by(UserID)
- creted at(Datetime)
- modifiedAt(Datetime)
- modifiedBy(UsedID)
- argument(string) Kardinalität: 1...1
I have developed an application service which returns the whole entries of the table.
Now I want to select the row and update the attribute argument.
(For example the value is 24, and now I want to change it to 25. )
But if I test the service UPDATE in the Service Browser it cames always the error message that a value in the mandatory field argument is missing.
Any ideas?????? I am using the NWDS SP1.

In CAF you can do it by first using the update method to retrieve the BO instance and set the new value.

How can I verify the SSL service enabled in CSS and SCA ?

I'm working for the OpenSSL vulnerability for CSS and SCA. How can I check if the device enabled the SSL service ?
- https://x.x.x.x --> cannot access.
- telnet x.x.x.x 443 --> I got a blank screen. I think this should be connection rejected if no SSL enabled.
Please guide me what command should I issue on the device(CSS and SCA) to verify the SSL service enabled ?

Sorry, I was wrong. I was looking at a Downloads window in a Profile that I had used to download & save some extensions, rather than installing those extensions directly from the AMO website. I just directly installed an extension, and NO it didn't appear in the Downloads window.
The only other thing that I can think of is to do a search of your browsing History - {Crtl + Shft + H} upper-right corner of that window = Search History - for '''addons''' and look thru that search list.

How can I stop the add multiple bookmarks pop up from filling the width of the screen?

Whenever I try to add more than one link to my bookmarks, the pop up that asks to add those links fills the width of the screen. It happens when I try to add all the current tabs to bookmarks, as well as when I use the add on, multi links. This makes it really hard to add links because I have to go to the other side of the screen to find the ok button.
I want to resize the pop up to a more managable size. However, even though I should be able to resize it, I cannot figure out how. I've also tried minimizing it, but the next time I tried to gather more bookmarks, it was back to the big size again.

Mine is set to 1 and it's faithfully copying the date/time format I use elsewhere, but that may just be coincidence. But I suspect it is simply the toggle between long and short date formats as offered in the Options GUI for the calendar.
Bear in mind that all those AM/PM indicators will eat up precious screen real estate.
Settings for the Calendar are under Tools|Options (on Windows); that'll be Edit|Preferences or Thunderbird |Preferences.
