To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to prevent the automatic downloading of the SD version when you buy an HD show.
You can, if you wish, suggest that the ability to prevent the SD version from downloading through the iTunes feedback page. But since the SD version is needed for use on iPods and there at least at present is no mechanism for someone to download the SD version at a later time should they decide they need it, Apple may just continue to force the downloading of both versions. If they get enough feedback on the issue, though, they may figure something out.

"Junk" folder on 'account name'
or
Other: (drop down list for choosing accounts and one of its folders) Junk on 'account name'
I am sure I lost all of my important, not junk mail, amazon.com messages as well as other messages from comercial sites.
Secondly: Please tell me what the difference is between the 2 junk folder choices above.

As long as you share that AppleID for iCloud, you cannot. You are sharing a a single iCloud account and sync services. The only thing you can do is get a second AppleID and use it with iCloud - you do not have to use that new AppleID for anything but iCloud (ie. you can still share an AppleID for iTunes and App store purchases).
P.S. I am assuming you both want to sync your contacts with iCloud?

i have this annoying auto recall of username and passwords when i register or log-in to particular websites especially yahoo, facebook, etc
i have often logged and didn't noticed that i have encoded my password as well in the username. now, it keeps remembering that wrong username with that password.
how can i stop this? we have several users to a desktop.

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

You do not need to move your cursor much when pressing the mouse button to cause the tab to tear-off/tear-away into a new tab. No "sensitivity" setting that I am aware of. The tab in the new window can be dragged back to the original window.

Every time I open iTunes I am prompted four times to enter my Apple ID password. Now I know that this is because I have automatic downloads enabled but it never used to do this when I had iTunes 11, only happened since I've had iTunes 12.

Hello fellow-users of Mozilla Firefox,
I send email ads using 20 different safelists every day. To get credits for sending those ads I click email ads sent by other subscribers.
Since early this year I've been using Click Earner -- http://www.clickearner.net/ -- to help speed up this task. Click Earner "fetched"
the emails from each safelist and opened each URL advertised in each email. This was a very quick job and all I did was close each tab
displaying the URL. Credits for clicking the URL were added to my safelists accounts.
Since a week ago, without me doing anything at all, my Click Earner stopped opening the emails automatically as was the case for
several months since I started using it. Click Earner support claimed Firefox prevented the program from opening the URL in a new tab each time it fetched an email ad. True enough, yesterday when I watched Click Earner in action I saw a pop-up from Firefox saying something like "Firefox prevented..." I couldn't read the rest as the pop-up disappeared immediately. And that was the only
time I saw it.
Right now I have to open each URL manually to see the ad and earn credits. This is a very slow process, just the same as when I open the emails in my gmail account. It's useless for me to subscribe to Click Earner. And it takes forever for me to earn credits from all the safelists.
I'd appreciate it very much if any one of you folks would help me overcome this glitch. I look forward to hearing from you and thank you very much in anticipation.

You could try turning off Firefox's pop-up blocker.
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Content
There you will find a checkbox for "Block pop-up windows". Assuming it's checked, uncheck it.
Does that return to the behavior you want?

just need to find out that, everytime I click on link to open a document, it goes straight in the document. I need document just to open it and not save them. as I have to delate later stage, which is time consuming, I know, I have to set on preference but could not find it how to set it up, can anybody give me some direction please. Do you mean the updating service that Firefox installs and that Windows runs in the background? You can turn that on and off with a checkbox in the Options dialog. See this article: [[Advanced settings for accessibility, browsing, system defaults, network, updates, and encryption]].

How can I stop InDesign 5.5 crashing without "mind:engine" extension

InDesign 5.5 file will open a document created in CS ID 5.5, but with a warning "We strongly advise you not to open this file", but I did anyway because I cannot find the extension it is requesting "mind:engine" As soon as I try to do anything (like change a letter) it crashes. I have searched but cannot find this extension anywhere. I thought, okay, I will upgrade to the CS 6 version and see what happens. I tried to find somehere to upgrade and got suckered into purchasing ID CC, which I did not want and now they say I have purchased it until Dec 12 even though I canceleed a few miniutes later. There was a link to "get a refund' but now it is not to be found. All I want to do is to open and edit this document. Try opeing the file, then immediately export to InDesign Interchange format (.idml). Open that and save as .indd with a new name.

My HP notebook 64 bit Windows 8 after the last iTunes update will detect my iPhone 5, sync and when finished with thy sync I start a backup to my computer. ITunes update 11.1.1.62 had difficulties with the updates on 64 bit Windows 7 and 8.1 causing an error on boot other trouble. I found solution on research that insturcted to Remove iTunes, Bonjour, Apple Support and Apple Update and reload iTunes old version. I simply reloaded the new version becasue did not have the old version of iTunes. I have been working fine with the old version. I know problem is a simple setting somewhere but it is NOT SIMPLE to me since I dont know where the find the simple setting.

My apologies...the version is 11.1.4.62 not as stated aboive in my problem description. I'm trying again and it just finished syncing fine and my iPhone 5 is still connected to iTuns physcially with USB lightening cable and is displaying the iPhone icon top right. I clicked on it and iTunes is now "hung' or locked up. Shows to be an active running application but can't get back to it so willl have to kill with task manager. There is some kind of problem going on with the latest version of iTunes and Wndows 7 and 8.1 or something. My iPhone 5 now has a new feature that it is now asking me if I "Trust" this computer. iTunes just came "unhung" after several minutes while I was typing this. Now I am going to start the backup to this computer HP Winsows 8.1 and iTune 11.1.4.62 and see what happens. Says it is Backing up Jerrys iPhone but the Barber Pole progress bar is not turning an iTunes is hung again and I cant get back to it from this page I am typing on. Maybe it will eventually release as it did a moment ago.

Hi there here is my code, the basis is it is playing a mp3 from my library.
Basically as the topic suggests I only want the sound to play once each time the UP arrow key is pressed. At the moment when you hold the up arrow down the sound keeps triggering and looping and gets really loud and noisy.

If you want the sound to only play once when the key is pressed then you don't want to have it in the ENTER_FRAME event handler like you have it. It is starting new sounds at the frame rate of your file the way you have it now.
Try having an event listener dedicated to a KeyboardEvent.KEY_DOWN event where you detect when the UP key gets pressed and use that to trigger playing the sound.
