How could I set a spot color to particular percent value?

In one of my samples PDFs I have this content part:

/CS0 cs 0.6 scn
/GS0 gs
0 0 283.46 283.46 re

How could I achieve the same value of '0.6' for some ColorSpace component with Acrobat SDK 9.x?
If I do usual Graphics state creation and then apply it to my object - I could only get this result:

How could I get those 60%, i.e 0.6? I don't see that in obvoius way in PDEColorSpec structure.

Ok, I have an answer to my question. In short - you need to use PDEGraphicState filling logic as for DeviceCMYK, but with some caviats.
Hope one day Adobe will put that into his own Acrobat SDK docs/samples. Till then I'll charge 1/2 of their Developer Support case if anyone will need an answer from me.

The design property in Table properties should work for your requirement. Select "alternating" value for design.
Please see the API below:
design
Determines the appearance of the table. The property design can take the following values and is represented by enumeration type WDTableDesign.
alternating - The table rows are displayed alternately in a different color.
standard - The table background has one color. The individual table rows are displayed with grid net lines.
transparent - The table background is transparent. The individual table rows are displayed without grid net lines.
Check whether you have changed the right property or not? Also table should contain more than one rows to test this scenario.

I've seen some ways to possibly do this with an individual cell.
Clarification on changing the font color in an individual cell would be helpful too if

I am using HttpURLConnection to establish a HTTP connection . The connection pass through a proxy, and it requires security.
I know that I can set the proxy settings in the system properties, and this works perfect.
But I don't want to set the proxy settings in the system properties, because this proxy settings will be for ALL the URLs, and I just want for a few URLs.
How could I set the proxy settings for just some URLs and not for all?

Can I invoke a SubVI in an event? and how do I set the background color of a pipe to #0000ff?

When I click an image or a glass pipe(which belongs to Industry/Chesmitry category in palette), I want a SubVI to be invoked.
The purpose is to fetch an OPC-UA data from a web service and to write to it via the service.
We are building an HMI solution which displays an interactive water plant diagram.
When users click pipes and motors in the diagram, clicked devices should be turned on and off and change their animations or colors accordingly.
OPC-UA is for communication with devices.
I couldn't even set the background color of a pipe to "#0000ff", but setting it to "Red" or "Blue" was possible, and I don't know how to invoke SubVIs in event scripts.
The documentations in NI.com are confusing and lack depth.
Even silverlight references are confusing.
How do I do all of these?

How can I rasterize a spot color file without creating "border" pixels between areas that are adjacent to each other but should not be overlapping?

We use Illustrator to create circuit layouts. For part of our process, we create an image of all of the layers using spot colors to show the printed layers overlapping each other. We then rasterize the file and send the image through a Matlab routine that performs some analysis of the circuits based on the colors of the pixels.
In some cases, I have created images with areas next to each other, but not overlapping. When rasterizing the image, the rasterizing process appears to treat the borders as overlapping and creates a single pixel wide border between the 2 areas when there is none. This is playing havoc with our Matlab routine.
I can manually go in and remove the rasterized border, however on some projects, this is a very lengthy process. Has anyone experienced anything like this, or have any ideas on how to prevent this?
