How do I add a FIM user to BPC?

Hi guys.
I've completed my FIM installation and connected it to the 2 external databases from which I need to pull data in to BPC.
However, how do I now add a FIM user to BPC?
I'm guessing that this is what needs to be done, as when I enter the BPC URL into FIM Connection Wizard, I don't see any appsets.
The problem is that I can only add Domain users to BPC, but the FIM IT User isn't a domain account.
I've also tried adding the BPC Sys Admin domain account to FIM, but this tells me that the username/password are incorrect when I try to login to FIM using the domain credentials (in the format domain\username and also
domain\username)
Again, any help in getting domain users into FIM would be greatly appreciated.
Please help me get around this issue.

How can I add an admin user in Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) 11g r2?

I'm using OUD 11G R2. I just installed OUD with the default setting and setup an instance. I tried to add an admin user with the command:

I got the reason. cn=config is an administrative suffix.
In general, direct LDAP access to the administrative suffixes (using
the ldap* utilities) is discouraged. In most cases, it is preferable
to use the dedicated administrative command-line utilities to access
these suffixes.
If you must use the ldap* commands to access the administrative
suffixes, you must use the administration connector port (with the
--useSSL or -Z option).
It works when I use the command:
    ./ldapmodify -h localhost -p 4444 -D "cn=Directory Manager" -w Oracle123 --defaultAdd -Z --filename admin.ldif
You can verify it by:
    ./ldapsearch -h localhost -p 4444 -D "cn=Directory Manager" -w password --useSSL -b "cn=root DNs,cn=config" "cn=oimuser"

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to add a special user to the "site collection administrators" of the personal site on sharepoint online when the personal site is creating.
Per my knowledge,
there is no out of the box way to accomplish this with SharePoint.
This is a forum which is supported for SharePoint On-Premise.

You cannot add a new user to your desktop. Each user account is independent. You add them with the Accounts system preferences. You need to do this from an administrator account.
Open the Accounts system preferences. Cliick the lock in the lower left and enter your admin password to the prompt. Now you can use the plus just above the lock to create another account.

Aside, why can't the skype support use skype-screenshare? I wanted to show what I saw. Instead, we had me sign some online contract, gave control of my computer to the support person. Spent a fair amount of time doing this. Enable your users to use skype to see our screens, please, Microsoft. You can still record the conversation and record the screenshare, can't you?

I need to configure Safari to contain an additional User Agent string. This is an IE sample of what I need Safari to add:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.2; SV1; THISIS_ATEST; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
I know you can add the Debug menu and change the User Agent but this does not permit you to add an additional string as in the sample above.

You wouldn't be creating the AD user via code. You'd have the AD user created automatically when you configure the Windows AD authentication in BusinessObjects Enterprise using the Central Management Console. Enterprise will connect to AD and create users automatically.Sincerely,Ted Ueda
