hello rodale, what you're seeing is probably a side effect of firefox not being able to save certain preferences into its profile folder.
go to ''firefox > help > troubleshooting information'', click on ''profile folder/show folder'' and close all firefox windows afterwards. a windows explorer window should open up - in there delete the file named '''user.js'''.
in case this didn't solve the issue yet please also refer to [[How to fix preferences that won't save]].

Try the following. This might help you.
Edit you Formsweb.cfg file with following code (add the code to your file):

separateFrame=True
lookandfeel=Generic
[look2]
separateFrame=True
lookandfeel=Teal
[look3]
separateFrame=True
lookandfeel=Khaki
and save your file.
Now, when you call your form in the address bar look for " ? ". After " ? " add config=look1 now your form will take Genric look & feel.
or
config=Teal now your form will take Teal look & feel.
That's how you can change the look & feel at run time.

A similar kinda of question was posted previuosly where the requirement was the label text was needed and following below code was given as solution :

My specific requirement is i have an input field on the screen and i want reflect that value as the column label for one of the column in the alv table. I have used he above code with slight modification in the MODIFYVIEW method of the view since it is a process after input. The component gets activated without any errors but while run time i get an error stating
"The following error text was processed in the system CDV : Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible."
i have checked in debugging and the error occured at the statement :
lr_column = lr_column_settings->get_column( 'CURRENT_YEAR' ).Please can you provide me an alternative for my requirement or correct me if i have done it wrong.

I found it myself how to do it. The error says that it is not able to find the reference object i.e it is asking us to refer to the table. The following piece of code will solve this problem. Have to implement this in WDDOMODIFYVIEW method of the view. This thing works comrades enjoy...

Completely new to the forums and I hopefully my query is straight forward. How do you change the direction in the pre-built tween effects available within Flash CS3 (primarily the Wipe effect). Example code:

Sorry for posting something so pointless!
You simply add 'startPoint:5' onto the end i.e.
var Animate_Box_2:Object = {type:Wipe, direction:Transition.IN, duration:1, easing:Strong.easeInOut, startPoint:5'};
TransitionManager.start(Box_2, Animate_Box_2);
startPoint:5' = can be any number depending on the direction of the Wipe you want.

What you really want is a way of automatically mirroring the the X and/or Y coordinates of the keyframes within the effect. This ability would be very useful.
But right now there's no way to do that. You'd have to do it manually. That effect actually uses the Slide parameter to generate the movement (instead of a discreet X/Y coordinate for the position.) Changing the first keyframe value of the Slide parameter to a negative number still doesn't give the effect I think you're looking for.
So, it's probably easier to just rebuild the effect the way you want it from scratch.

Using Field-Symbols in a user exit to change the importing parameter

Please don't ask why but I need to use a user exit, changing the importing parameter. I decided that I could do this using field-symbols.
Please excuse my ignorance but I have never used field symbols for something such as this.
Here is my goal: Loop through an internal table (im_document-item). When I find what I need I want to make a change to this line (not so hard if I am looping into a field symbol) and also append a line to the end of the table im_document-item.
I have the following so far:
DATA: wa_item TYPE accit,
wa_item_out type ACCIT_SUB.
FIELD-SYMBOLS: <document> type acc_document,
<accit> TYPE ACCIT.
LOOP AT im_document-item ASSIGNING <accit> where saknr = '0000211000'.
* Modify the curent line
wa_item = <accit>
* Append a new line into table im_document-item.
ENDLOOP.
How can I use field-symbols to append a line to this table? Please note that the table in question (im_document-item) is an importing only parameter.

that will allow me to append an initial line with <accit> pointing to the line. Therefore I just have to modify <accit> and the new line will then have my changes?
Yep, that is exactly it. So after the APPEND statement, simply fill the fields of the <accit>.
append initial line to im_document-item ASSIGNING <accit>.
<accit>-field1 = 'Blah'.
<accit>-field2 = 'Blah'.

select sysdate into :Parameter_name from dual;
give your format mask at Parameter_name.

I want to create a simple 1-4-5 blues progression.
I'm putting in a piano for 12 measures and I want it to play in E the first two measures and then play two measures in A, then two measures in E etc...

This is the LEAST intuitive feature in Garageband! Honestly, they should make this do exactly what you're asking it to do the way you're asking it to do it: change chord based on scale position (e.g. 1-4-5, as you said).
First, actually, I don't think you're talking about changing key, I think you mean changing the chord. Here's what you do:
Select a region / chord you want to change. This works best with MIDI. You may need to make copies of the original region rather than simply extend the loop because you need to change individual instances of it rather than the whole thing.
Open the edit window (scissors icon) and with the region you want to change selected, change the "pitch" parameter. The pitch number refers to semitones, so you add the number of semitones it takes to move the chord to the scale position you want to hear.
So if you start in E, and two measures later you want to move to the 4 chord (A), you move the pitch up by 5 semitones. To move to the 5 chord (B) a couple of measures later, you would copy the region and with it selected, move the pitch up 7 semitones.
So, in Garageband language the 4 chord is pitching up by 5, and the 5 chord is pitching up by 7.
If you're not familiar with semitones and forget the numbers, you can just change the value and you should be able to hear if it sounds too low, too high, or Goldilocks Juuuuust right!

I have no recollection of customizing this particular Firefox menu option by adding those folders, nor can I figure out what to do in order to further customize it. Can anyone tell me: (1) how can I change the original "Look in" option so that it opens with something other than "Mozilla Firefox" (which, after all, I never need to access)? (2) how can I add/delete/change the choices offered in the column on the left, so that different folders are listed? (Currently, if I want to access my Windows folders/files, I first have to minimize the Firefox screen; this seems to me a nice shortcut, but I'd like it to include shortcuts to the folders I use the most, which does not include "Mozilla Firefox"!) This sounds like a Windows thing ( You can post a photo and I can tell you for certain). Those folders are Windows system created folders that your computer has had since it was installed, all Firefox does is use the Windows File picker, which is what you see when you open that window. So, to customize you'd have to do that from Windows Explorer (not Firefox).
The Window should however remember what folder you were in last.
