How do I configure Listener2 to use the advanced connectionType?

I am trying to configure the db.customURL parameter of the listener2 config file according to the Installation and Configuration Guide Release 2.0. But it does not work:
SEVERE: The pool named: comnprd_db is not correctly configured, error: Invalid Oracle URL specified: OracleDataSource.makeURL
oracle.dbtools.common.jdbc.ConnectionPoolException: The pool named: comnprd_db is not correctly configured, error: Invalid Oracle URL specified: OracleDataSource.makeURL
Here is the config file. The file without the connectionType and customURL parameters works fine. But when I add these two, it fails with the above error.

The custom URL works fine in other situations, so I assume that there is something that I have omitted to do when I edited the config.
I will really appreciate any thought on where my configuration change has failed.

If you assign the same wireless network name to both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, then devices will automatically connect to the best quality signal that they "see" based on their location in relation to the router and the capabilities of their device.
For example, a newer laptop will connect to the 5 GHz band automatically if it "sees" a good signal there. If the laptop is a few rooms away, it will likely connect to 2.4 GHz since this will be the stronger signal.
An iPhone can only connect to 2.4 GHz, so it will always connect to the 2.4 GHz band.
If you use the option to assign a separate wireless network name to the 5 GHz band, you can....in theory....."force" a computer to connect to the 5 GHz network. 
In practice......this does not always work well.
The problem with this......the 5 GHz signal may not be as strong or as fast as the 2.4 GHz band....it all depends on where the computer is located in relation to the AirPort access point. So, connecting to 5 GHz does not guarantee that the device is connected to the best signal.
For most users, it is best to assign the same name to both bands and let the device connect to the best quality and fastest signal....automatically.
After all, isn't that your goal? If yes, use the same name for both bands.
Or, do you want to force devices to try to connect to 5 GHz....even if that is not the best signal?  If yes, use separate names for each band.
