How do I get a microsoft employee to respond to me by email?

Question

None of these forums address an issue, and there isn't a contact email on the company website.
Don't tell me to search, I already have and it's not addressed neither here, the company's website nor any "help files".
Don't ask me to explain the issue, most who I tell it to give an ignorant and arrogant response.  I've yet to meet someone who can grasp the issue, the failure of microsoft to accomodate a portion of its users. 
The company spends millions of dollars on letting people customize things, on multilanguage versions, on accessibility for the disabled, etc., but not one single dime on another minority group inconvenienced by their poor programming.
I want an email address of an actual person involved in system development, not some useless "help desk" that answers questions based on a script.

I get how frustrating it can be to not know where to take your problem, especially after repeated attempts and continuing to get told "sorry that feedback doesn't belong here."   I get reports from several people not about TechNet subscriptions,
not about MSDN, some people even ask here about products that aren't Microsoft Products.  Someone posted here asking for help with Facebook.  These are people who just need some help and they dont know where to turn.
There are so many different aspects to each Microsoft Product, and so many different products, there is just no one person that is an expert on everything.  
So, we can't answer your question unless you ask it. I will monitor this thread for additional replies and if I can help you with an answer or with a better place to ask, I will.

If you really think your issue is related to the subscription or the TechNet Website, and I screwed up, I apologize!  Please repost your question to the discussion forum and include much more
