I made a playlist that I need for a funeral tomorrow. I did it on my mac, but only some tracks are going to my iios devices which i need for the funeral. the rest are locked in the cloud. i need immediate help!! somebody? anybody?! Please!!!

iCloud doesn't store playlists - are you referring to iTunes Match?
You can also sync playlists directly from iTunes to your iOS devices via USB.

Since that password is tied to his Apple ID, you will need to contact Apple; as far as I know, it will be a somewhat lengthy procedure and you will need to furnish necessary paperwork (including a death certificate as far as I know). Best to either stop at an Apple store or call them to find out exactly what it is you need to do.

Have everyone share the same iTunes store ID, but use separate IDs for iCloud. The ID you use for iCloud does not have to be the same as the ID you use for the iTunes & App store.

You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, you will need an Apple product. Once the account exists you can logon to it from a PC.

A partition is just a section of the disk set aside for a particular purpose. In this case, we're talking about a Mac partition and a Windows partition. They have different formats, which is how the data is stored. The disks that came with your Mac will create the Mac partition when you install, but most likely you'll lose the Windows partition. You've got kind of a mess at this point. What you should do is install the Mac OS and get everything as you want it. Then run Bootcamp to create a Windows partition and let Bootcamp do the Windows installation for you. Grant gave you good advice earlier. Don't let Windows do any partitioning. That's how you got into this mess.

I don't know what you mean by "iCoud pics", since you can't archive pics on icloud. The only thing you can do is have camera roll be part of a backup to icloud. If that's what you mean, then the only way to get them back is to perform a restore to the device, which means you'll lose anything new since the last backup. On the other hand if you just want to get pictures from one device to another...
Sync them to your computer and then sync to the other device.
Or.. email them to yourself.
Or copy them to a service like Dropbox and download them to the other device.

go to settings and sign out his apple id in the sections i tell you:
1.game center
2.itunes and appstore
3.messages
4.icloud(delete acount;it wont realy delete it will only remove from your ipad)
5.facetime
and then enter your icloud in each and every section

5) Tried running Itunes in 'safe mode', running itunes as an administrator..nothing.
Was that iTunes' safe mode as opposed to Windows' safe mode? iTunes safe mode is invoked by holding down CTRL+SHIFT immediately after clicking the icon to launch iTunes and continuing to hold until this message pops up:
Click continue, then close iTunes and reopen. With luck iTunes now opens normally every time.

You must put each device on the Verizon cloud.
Not both lines on one.
Go and set up a my Verizon account for the second line and you will have Verizon cloud service on that line.
Oh the term "icloud" is a trademark of Apple Inc. Verizon is not Apple.
