How do I get enough storage to download iOS7 if I have already deleted all of my apps, music, and pictures?

I am trying to update my iPhone4 to the iOS7 but I do not have enough storage. I don't know how to get more storage. I have already deleted all of my pictures, apps, music, and text messages. However, it's still says I do not have enough storage. I don't know what to do!!

If you cannot clear enough room on the device to do the update via the phone, then connect the phone to the computer and iTunes and update that way.

Download again, move the existing file out of the applications folder first.

Mail is backed up automatically. If you make backups automatically, open Mail application and then, open the Time Machine app (in /Applications/Utilities). You will access to the Time Machine interface, and you will be able to see all your mails of all the backups you have, and you will be able to restore them. It means that your mails are backed up onto the Time Capsule

If you deleted from within the OS, did you empty the Trash?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to do this, not good, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:

Why does Thunderbird keep re-downloading e-mails I have already deleted?

I delete my e-mails and sometimes with-in minutes they are re-loaded. I have even tried deleting and then emptying my trash right away but that still doesn't work. It is very annoying to have to delete the same e-mails repetedly. I use POP.

If they are not being downloaded again just reappearing then maybe you have not been compacting your folders on a regular basis.
As it is unknown whether the Inbox has any corruption, please do the following.
Suggest you move all good emails out of the Inbox into suitable folders for organising and Delete unwanted emails.
Empty Trash and Junk folders.
Then, when Inbox is empty:
File > select: Compact folders.

I've learned know there are two different storage parts local and the iCloud .Well I've already made the mistake of buying more from iCloud .That did not work so I basiclly deleted everything on my iPad and it's still saying I have 2.7 left never changed when I started deleting so I'm still. Did you try rebooting your iPad?
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
Or resetting all settings might give you a correct reading. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all Settings. If you do this, all of the device settings will have to be entered again.

Some of the albums in the Beatles package I downloaded from itunes will not sync with my iPhone 5. Some songs won't play. They did sync to my iPad and they all play on my iPad. What can I do? I've already deleted all songs from the iPhone and re-synced.

I downloaded the entire Beatles collection from iTunes in 2011. Some songs skip and won't play. Some albums won't sync to the phone but they sync to my iPad. I've deleted the entire music library from my iPhone, shut the phone down, turned the phone on and synced again to add the music but now 2 albums won't even sync (Rubber Soul and Revolver). I've tried dragging the songs to the iPhone, no luck. Any thoughts?

Sounds like you may need to re-download the entire albums from iTunes. See this KB article for how to download past purchases: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519.
I'd suggest doing it one album at a time. Delete one, download it from your purchase histor, then the next, etc.

I don't believe there is a way, because the server is going to continue to retry sending the messages until a time out happens. Once the time out passes, you will no longer receive the bounced email messages.

If you lose sound for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email and other notifications, system sounds have probably been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled in two different ways: either by the side switch (located next to the volume up/down controls) or in the Recent Apps tray. The initial default is via the side switch.
Check the status of Settings > General > Use Side Switch to:. If this is set to Mute, the switch on the side of the iPad will mute system sounds.
If this is set to Lock rotation then the mute system sounds control is in the Recent Apps tray. Double tap the home button and, in the tray which appears at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is on the left. Is it is crossed-out tap on it and mute will be turned off and system sounds will be turned ON.
