If you want to change your iCloud ID to another existing ID you'll have to delete the account, create a new account with the other ID, and migrate your data (including the calendar) to the new account. To do this, first go to Settings>iCloud on your iPad and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPad. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (Note, this will delete the account from your iPad but not from iCloud. You can not transfer music (or anything else, for that matter) from one Apple ID to another. However, the iTunes library doesn't care which ID was used for the purchase. All music, apps, movies, etc. from multiple IDs can reside on the same library in the same iTunes.
Before I continue, I need a bit more information. You referred to your mom's ID and your dad's ID. Do you also have your own ID? Which music and apps, etc. is actually on the iPod? Which music and apps, etc. is actually in the iTunes library?

You could enalbe your iPod as a disk using iTunes. Also, I found a helpful program when my powerbook deleted all my music from my computer. If you have iTunes on the computer you downloaded the stuff on to, search google for Music Rescue, download it to the computer that you are transferring the music to and, with the iPod updated with everything you downloaded, us Music rescue to transfer it from the iPod to iTunes. If specified, the program will also rebuild playlists etc... but if they were smart playlists they will not be transferred as smart playlists. If the computer with iTunes is not on the internet, using your iPod as a disk, transfer the installer to the other computer and install it.

I have a iMac and my family all use it. We all have our own profile/account logins. My daughter has her own iTunes account (but with my credit card) and i have my own itunes on my own login profile account with the same cc # and expiray date/etc.... She insists on having her own account and to have her own music on her own ipod touch. I have my own ipod touch. However, I want some of the music that is on her account on to my account (and thus my own ipod). I am the 'administrator'of the iMac.
I don't want to have to pay for the same songs/albums twice. My daughter doesn't understand this whole concept of saving money and paying for things more than once.
I also don't want to burn her music onto a CD and then import onto my account for several reasons: it is a hassle as well as i may not be able to have the cover art if i do it this way. Can anyone suggest what to do?
