How do i go to my Account Overview page?

i need to verify my account but i dont know how to get to the account overview page. it says that i must verify my account before adding another card onto it... Please help! thanks

It sounds like you may have run into some old instructions. The account overview was located on the Classic Experience. Sorry about that!
Here's how you can verify your account in the New Experience:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Follow the steps to complete your profile.
You are fully verified when your profile is at 100%

    I am using CRM 7.0 EhP 1 and I have encountered a item I need to address in regard to the display of a Marketing Attribute set on the Account Overview page (BP_HEAD/BPHEADOverview) on the Web Client.
    The component in question on the page is BP_DATA/MarketingAttributesEOVP.
    Once the Attribute set is selected on this component, I require that the Atributes display in the order which there are maintained in the Attribute Set Template Profile in transaction CRMD_PROF_TEMPL.
    However, currently they are displaying alphabetically by attribute description on the Web Client as default.
    Any idea how to achieve the requirement above as standard if possible?

    Hi Jonathan
    We experienced the exact same issue.
    We raised this with SAP OSS. There is no standard mechanism for altering the display order unfortunately.
    The only options are custom are we were not prepared to make this sort of adjustment to the system.

    It's the only element that isn't in sync with the other elements on page, when compared to home.html for example.

  • No Territory Data on Account Overview Page

    Hi,
    I am working on a requirement of Territory Management. I have completed all the basic configuration. Now, when I am creating a rule for a Territory in WebUI, I am able to see all the accounts which have been assigned to this territory when i click on 'Display Relationship'. But, when i go to Account overview page(of any of these assigned account), I am not able to see territory data under assign Block 'Territory'.
    E.g.- Suppose if I create a territory Rule with postal code range between 40000 & 50000. I am able to see all the accounts which have this postal code range. But suppose, if i go to account overview page of nay of these displayed Account, No territory data is present under Territory Assignment block.
    What steps should i implement to achieve this?

    Can you please check that the Navigation Bar Profile you are using has Generic OP Mapping for MD110_TMGMT set.
    You can check/maintain this in the IMG customizing path: SAP Implementation Guide

    If you are using a non-standard nav bar profile, please check it against the SAP standard one.

    I have a overview page for Service Request(SRQM_INCIDENT_H - component). Now, I want to remove the EDIT button from the overview page and want to place it for each assignment block.
    I have seen the there is concept calles VIEW_GROUP_CONTEXT. However, I am not sure how exactly I need to apply that and what code and where I need to write.

    we removed in our system a lot of the standard buttons in this overview page like this:

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement to read Ibase details in Account overview screen.
    I created component usage of ICCMP_IBASE in BP_HEAD.
    My need is to get Ibase data (without enhancing ICCMP_IBASE) in BP_HEAD dynamically, when a partner is selected.
    I have an IBASE link in account overview screen.
    If I write code in wd_component_usage, how will it navigate to ICCMP_IBASE and get the respective data for the partner.
    Any idea how to go ahead?

    Bit confused with your requirement, please clarify..
    1.Are you trying to show ibase assignment block in account overview page(this requires component usage/binding) or
    2. You want to have a ibase link in account overview page on click of that it should dynamically navigate to ibase view and show the ibase data(it requires cross component navigation)

  • Service Request information is not getting updated in Account Overview

    Hi All,
    As a standard functionality, when we open Account overview page, we see list of contacts, roles, Service Requests etc that are linked to the account.
    We are able to see the contacts, roles but not able to see the service requests. We tried creating service requests and associated the sold to party partner function and able to successfully save the Service Request.
    We are not able to see the same in Account Overview screen.
    Any pointers on this would be of great help.

  • Transaction type of sales order under Account overview doesnt appear

    Hi Experts,
    Need help, We are implementing the replciation of sales order from CRM 7 to ECC. Now i already manage to maintain the transaction types and created a link in navigation tool bar.
    Now the problem is the assignment block of sales order and quotation under account information create new button doesnt appear the transaction types i maintained under CRM->transactions->settings for sales transactions->define profiles for ERP transactions. and the sales order created doesnt appear on that assignment block as well..

    New button on sales order assignement block in account overview page shows the list of transaction types which are maintained via below customizing.
    Spro->Customer Relationship Management->Define Transaction Types..
    All the transaction types which are active and defined in leading transaction category "BUS2000115 Sales" for the same Channel will be displayed.
    Not sure if defining those transaction types under erp sales order will help in this scenario..

  • Opportunities in account overview without partner function dependency

    Hello,
    on the account overview page we can see the opportunities as well as the interaction history for a account.
    In the interaction history frame we can see every activity and opportunity where the account is involved.
    In the opportunities frame we could only see these opportunities where the account has a special partner function in the opportunity.
    For example the main account role is prospect.
    This account is involved in several opportunities with several different partner functions in the opportunities.
    We can only see these opportunities in the account overview where he is assigned with the role prospect.
    We did a customization for the time-frame in IMG: Customer Relationship Management => Master Data => Business Partner => Specify Display Options for Business Transactions.
    Is there a similar way to customize the partner function dependency for display?
    Or is there another way to show all the opportunities (in the opportunity frame) where the account is involved, without partner function dependency?

    I believe you could influence this via the BADI CRM_BP_UIU_BT in enhancement spot CRM_UIU_BP_ENHANCEMENT.  You can edit the selection criteria CT_SELECTION_PARAM as needed. 
    You can review the code CL_BUPA_IL_OPPORTUNITY_COMP to determine what criteria is being pouplated before the BADI is being called.  In addition the filter value of the implementation needs to be 'BPQOPP'.  From what I have seen SAP is hard-coding the partner type selection for the opportunity selection.

    Hi,
    I haven't actually tried doing it, but can think of the follwing way:
    1. Go to the BP.
    2. At the top of the page you will see link as 'more'
    3. Click and it will show you Factsheet.
    4. See if the required view is there in the factsheet.
    5. If its there, then see the technical details
    6. Add that particular view to the overview page using Application Enhanacement Tool

  • Need help on integrated ITS URL format for CIC Account Overview

    Hello CCS Experts,
        We just upgraded from 46C to ECC 6.0 ( CCS 464 to UT 6.0 ). We used to have external ITS for CIC0 in 46C , Now we are trying to make CIC0 work with Integrated ITS. Our basic Integrated ITS services work , did all the configuration like SICF activation of necessary services ( Including EWB_WEBGUI and EWHV for call center ), publishing sevices to INTERNAL site using SE80 etc... And Test service works fine on all these services.
    But when I go to CIC0 and click on Account overview , I get Service Can not be reached. I have checked transaction CICAM and maintained it point to the internal ITS machine with the right port number. But no luck...
    The old URL used to be as below for ISUACCOUNTOVERVIEW.

    My question is how should the URL be changed to work with Integrated ITS , Need specific format. Has anyone had this issue , or can direct me to some customizing documentation.

    Looks like you have a customized overview instead of the standard one. The standard URL looks like this
    http://<your.its.url>/scripts/wgate/ewhv_acct_ovw/!?view=ao_isuacct&classid=isuaccount&~okcode=+
    Your URL shows "zzewhv_acct_ovw" instead of the standard "ewhv_acct_ovw". See if you have created a custom class based on the standard one.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
    Step 1
    Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select

    from the menu bar.
    Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

    In the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports (not "Diagnostic and Usage Messages") for crash reports related to the crashed process. Please post all of it anyway.
    In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
    Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report—they're very long and rarely helpful.

    Just go to Settings>Mail..>and the accvount yu want to delete.  Scroll down the screen and there will be a big red delete account button

    I need help in how to sync the one itunes account we use as a family with the two iphones my wife and i have and an ipod touch that my son has and a nano that my daughter has. Please help.

    That article applies, as far as I can tell, to all things called iPod X where X can be nano, touch, classic etc.
    We don't have two iPhones in the family as yet but as I understand it each device can have separate settings for syncing calendars and contacts. For example my iPhone syncs these over the air with the Exchange server at work so if/when my wife gets an iPhone it would be easy to have hers sync to our computer
    To make sure your apps don't inadvertently merge turn off Automatically sync new apps from the apps tab when you connect your device.
    The Apple support document How to use multiple iPods with one computer suggests a number of ways for managing the media content. I use method two (Sync with selected playlists) with a slight twist. Rather than regular playlists I set the grouping field to indicate which users should receive which tracks and create smart playlists based on the content of this field.
    e.g.
    "Alice's Tracks" is "Grouping contains Alice" + "Kind contains audio"
    "Bob's Videos" is "Grouping contains Bob" + "Kind does not contain audio"
    Tracks that both Alice & Bob want on their iPods have the grouping set to "Alice/Bob"
    etc.
    I currently manage our family's five iDevices using this system, each getting a different selection to suit their tastes and the capacity of their device. An advantage of using the grouping field is that it is stored in file tags (for non-wav audio files anyway) so that it is relatively easy to recreate the playlists should the iTunes library get trashed and need rebuilding. Also useful if you move files about manually as playlist membership is preserved when you delete & re-import the tracks.
